Best hotel the last 2 years, and we visit only 4 or 5 stars hotels.
What mr Mario writes we can not confirm, we booked this hotel also a voucher ( invent ) there for a longer stay to test and were very accommodating and treated friendly. Absolute feel-good atmosphere.
In any hotel we were so far in the afternoon free an extensive buffet with cakes, goulash soup, viennese sausages and weißwürsten made available. We will this hotel definitely again for a longer stay book! read more

I was on internet on this hotel attentive since we in the Gastein valley to a wedding loaded were and we can say, that the hotel our expectations by far exceeded. We were welcomed in a friendly manner, the room was already ready, the in the hotel and explained in detail.
We enjoyed on the first evening a barbecue evening in the beer garden with excellent grilled ( particularly the Lamb clubs) and we were there from the managers of the hotel personally greeted. On the second day gave it then the dinner in the hotel restaurant. We were at ... any time attentive and friendly service and inquired the owner himself again about our well-being.
The room was clean, functional and lateral balcony. The breakfast buffet left nothing to the imagination! Impressed and the indoor pool with heated outdoor swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the fitness room.
Because of the our stay we have unfortunately the house run excursions joined in - next time but certainly!
Finally we can say, that it is a perfect and relaxing stay is, the left no wishes unfulfilled - we will be back! read more

It is reasonable value for money. For the paid amount you get very much was offered. The breakfast buffet was varied and of high quality. The dinner, mostly with salad buffet, was also versatile, varied and delicious. Different meal preferences from the menu were fulfilled without problem. The family damp was very friendly, accommodating and always around the well-being of its guests carefully. This minimalist on the complete staff, the always friendly and helpful was. We would gladly come again and can the hotel only 'highly recommend'.

In the variety of hotels in bad hofgastein, this house is in my opinion almost a inside tip.
The food is brilliant, only fresh kitchen. In the offer is also a so-called wellness -kitchen, the also is very recommendable.
The atmosphere was very tastefully decorated, not too rustical.
Very nice wellness area with outdoor swimming pool. read more

Solid hotel with great wellness-and spa area! Most impressed us the staff the front desk. Here everything was quickly, easily and especially extremely friendly and helpful manner.
The food was magnificent. The quality of the dishes could not be better! You can tell, that in this house without ' finished products' cooked. We have indeed extremely well tolerated, although we very sensitive to glutamate etc. Response.
The spa area is really very nice designed, only beach chairs are there unfortunately too few.
What us not so good, was the hike the gondola lift. There are only 10 minutes on foot ..., but they were with ski boots, ski and sticks a hassle. But since we a nice guest of the hotel then, that it is directly in the valley station a depot there, the entire ski equipement can store. I would recommend if one really there some days skiing vacation power. read more

A clear informal family-run hotel with amazing service, good location, beautiful facilities, interesting innovations (ski storage room and garage!) and excellent kitchen.

The pictures on the Internet do not correspond to the truth. The bathroom is a nightmare. The staff is overstrained. The hotel is rather for older guests. We don't know how the hotel got such good reviews. read more

The room was quite shabby unfortunately, unappetizing spots on the carpet, broken mirror closet in the bathroom, joints in the shower, which emerges unsightly. Moreover, there were in the night a huge Rauchbelastung in the room! In the restaurant the smoker and non-separated very bad! The service in the restaurant is however really great, whilst the maids some confusion was! read more

Nice, older Hotel in near the bathroom-a fine centre. Very well-equipped wellness area.HCLFHLIn the relax leader with 2 lilies rated. We had booked 3 xHP, there was only salad buffet. Instead there was desseb twice small appetizers. For us this with 'generous food variety' not much to do-it was annoying, since the choice of these very strongly of us will be taken into account. Safe deposit box in the closet there were two, one of them was broken with heraushängende cable ends. The floor of the toilet was not cleaned during our stay. So we could assess the price/performance ... ratio not very good. read more
