Villa mahapala was a very nice starting point of our Bali trip. The pick-up service at the airport with drinks negotiate guests' complaints left the flight forget. The individual villas offer pools capacity for peaceful seclusion and the public areas offer alternation. The furnishing of the rooms left nothing to be desired, from the outdoor shower and a large bathtub on the outside living area with a pool towards the stylishly equipped sleeping area. Particularly the very natural friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really impressed us and the stay so made. There was always a smile and a few ... friendly words, no matter wether from the receptionist to the gardener. A small complaint was immediately dealt with and the reasons turned off. Additional wishes were also very quickly fulfilled. read more
