Great hotel. Great staff. Unfortunately because of crisis here and there in need of renovation. Remains a great hotel with great beach and house reef. Example complaint: a wall in the restaurant was not very clean. A waiter to hingewesen. Next day all walls freshly painted! That was service. Unfortunately, there was a few (german) guests which the wip entered. After warnings from the staff. If you are looking for such a great diving spot travel; please touch definitely not the wip! read more

I was astonished, the the hotel so few reviews,. That is no wonder, since only very little german speaking guests in this hotel were present. The guest structure was in the january about 80% eastern europeans, the rest were westerners. German guests were rather rare. Although very many families with children were there, there were no animations for the children. Not even mini disco. But the Small in the evenings the bar expenditure-raved themselves. The hotel has no entertainers, so that there were no activities. The evening dislodges one with board games since also the evening shows are missing. read more

    The rooms are neat and well equipped. Only the shower had some mold. To the very hard mattresses had to get used to.

    The food was overall average. It is very difficult to have a single review of the quality the meals to be. At 1-2 days it was quite good, then again very hard to get used to. In my 12 maligen visit in Egypt was the quality the food was rather in the lower third category. To time the food cold from of the kitchen came.

    The friendliness of the staff is not really available. If the restaurant chef in jeans, raincoat, asked chewing gum the hands in the trouser pockets sunk the guests leg in the restaurant not welcoming, you can the waiters not expect. Where to eat the beverages even on the machine had to be tapped. In the bar in the evening had ma, even though they were not busy often wait long for service. A ray of hope was the cleaning of the rooms. The room boy cleaned very well and everything was very satisfactory.

18.12. 2012-08.01. 2013 in the 3w. We have our stay really enjoyed, our room was huge and clean, with view on the sea and well-kept garden area! The food was okay, except for the morning bread, it was as hard as a rock, unfortunately! read more

    The staff is very friendly, somewhat german can soon everyone, with english it always folds! The cleaning of the rooms was perfect, what not at all is appropriate, for the wi-fi the not at all alright is, also 5 €in the hours have to pay and perhaps of which 10 minutes comes online, because nothing goes! Help also no complaints! Entertainment was at the time not at all, so no hotel for children! Also one should the doctor avoid if possible, is also rip-off, each drug, whether a tablet or cream with 10 €are you!

    As already mentioned, there was no entertainment, for children or juvenile completely unsuitable! The beach is very beautiful, all the beach chairs and umbrellas were ok, only in the pools one could not, were much too cold!

    The distance to the beach are only a few steps, unfortunately in the winter months most shops closed, so shopping is not and this is really strong advantage of the shopanbieter in the hotel! A small bottle of oil 27€ an isolence! And so it goes with all products! There should the hotel really move the reißleine anywhere, if tourists are abgezockt in such a way!

The location of the hotel a bay is dreamlike. Unfortunately is a large complex with approximately 450 rooms Under construction. The guests this area must be the beach with Brayka Bay parts. The furnishing of the rooms corresponds to the standard the country. In the main restaurant the staff is overall good. The dishes were very hesitant, or only after asking cleared. The food some cold from of the kitchen. The complete staff in the restaurant makes a unmoutivierten impression. In the bar run 3-4 waiters around, but no one is, that no drinks on the table stands. Also here ... everything very unmoutiviert and unfriendly. The only ray of hope in things friendliness is the roomboy and the employees the front desk. To our zeitunkt the hotel was about 40% occupied. Of which felt 70% russians. The rest of different nations. The entertainment, if you then took place was entirely in italian. Another gripe was the plague of flies. Hardly had it is on the beach chair you from 10 to 20 flies pestered and the for fourteen days. read more

We had a nice week at the Brayka Bay resort. Especially the diving school is very recommendable. The nearby riff is just in the winter very recommendable as it is very sheltered and large enough for many dives. read more

We have the Brayka Bay because of the excellent hotel reef booked. The scuba diving vacation at the diving station ertra divers we really liked. We were 5 years ago already once in the Brayka Bay. The house is certainly older ; the service and everything around it are just better. If you're not dips or schnorchelt is lost! More like this by the pool sit is not included. read more

For the 2. time- this time for christmas- i have this hotel to relax visited. The beachfrontzimmer to the beach, nestled in lush blmenrabatte, very recommendable. The restaurant is inside not very attractive, but it is the outside much schönener - in winter as well (jacket clothes). Divine are the massages, i daily a retreat (there is special price) So: who only a couple days relaxation, is in the right place here! read more

To my stay 2008 the hotel has slipping behind. Garden is very nice and tidy. Rooms are a bit shabby but clean, if you have a tip not economical! The food but is a catastrophe, cold and/or not. Also the beverages leave much to be desired. For glasses at dinner must be quite fast at the buffet are, otherwise there was only plastic or paper cups. It is a pity for the diving basis extra divers, since these top managed. read more

From knee-deep water you find beautiful fish. The diving center under german leadership is friendly and competent. The hotel has good facilities but you can see the things is slow a bit outdated, the special in the main restaurant. The offer for children is not huge but the know the rather short sandy beach and the pool to appreciate. The hotel is quite on alone 1 hour south Marsa Alam airport and 30 minutes north Marsa Alam city. To the shops and service in hotel there is no alternative. read more

Great hotel on an excelent house riff. The food was good and a lot of it. No lines for waiting. Rooms were clean. Brayka Bay has beautiful gardens in the resort. A lot of playgroud for children. It is a quiet resort for a relaxing holiday. We loved it. The beach is great. Also for small children. Great house riff with a great coral riff. But don't go there if you would like to party. You'll be boured. We'll go there again. read more

Hotel room a bit shabby, but nevertheless yet reasonable cleanliness good (it was constantly cleaned). Hotel guests are early risers: at 6:15 o'clock is at the beach already active business and the first snorkel look from the sea;-) diving center well. Partly a bit too many divers for the size the decor. The employees do their best. The boys, which tauchflaschen tend are great. For a smile collect immediately nitrox-bottles and drag the shoulders to the beach. Nearby reef really great. The locked areas ( riffdächer ) are surprisingly well accepted. When not attention will be from the ... staff immediately reacted. Great. read more

We had a beautiful room, bad was the quality and the selection of dishes. The public toilets in the restaurant and the bar smell unpleasant, are dirty and the large beach is possible just a women and a men's room is required. We know the egyptian standard of 16 travel, but this was already very at the border. Great is the beach and the reef, as well as the garden. As you but the conditions in the restaurant good rating, understand we do not. Every week the menu repeated. The chefs at the grill station have learned nothing, because almost ... everything you b-b-que with was at least from a side black burned. We were 2010 already once in this hotel, but this time, the desire on a renewed vacation in Egypt spoiled. read more

The hotel has its best days behind itself, broken tiles, moldy joints in the bathroom, broken furniture, ausgeriossene curtains. The staff outside the front desk spoke bad English. The food in the restaurant looks initially good, the quality the meal is moderate. In may I had booked complex the more beautiful room, with the family we got a doppelbungalow, was actually optimally, only the damage were already very significant and sometimes there was damp brickwork in the area of the airconditioning. Worked but so far, the climate has had a good temperature and the about 37 °C. After we the rooms only for sleeping and showers respectively move used were the construction defects actually no big issue, the location was as requested optimal, the family room sun-loungers otherwise the other end the hotel, we had contact, and our wishes were fulfilled. read more

    Renovation just urgently necessary. Only more with color and silicone it is sometime not more. It did not bother us, but everyone is different feeling. Definitely there are some major differences in the quality the room. Furniture was sufficient, simple but good. Tv channels in German, we had ZDF, more not. bettuntergestell, better not look up, a bad carpentering, a few zusammengeschraubte boards, a holzrost and the mattress, finished the part-very rustic. If you like stronger beds preferably, the it did not disturb, it did not also disturb us, but nevertheless, this is much better.

    The hotel complex location is great and very beautifully in the bay. Snorkeling, diving and swimming is perfectly possible. Unfortunately the active balneology and probably also the somewhat windy weather the view in the water sometimes somewhat affected, in the morning but it was mostly good to very good. Garden area extremely well maintained, if you in the restaurant and construction the hotel also so stickler would be, then may other hotel complex warm clothes.

The hotel is a little rustic and ageing. In the hotel description it said the men should for the food wear long trousers, but far from it this was not the case, all had short on, lay perhaps also at the hot weather. Diving school is great. Drive you directly at the beach with the boat out. The great about this hotel is there was no jetty or chetti has thus can one directly with the diving equipment into the water.
