Vacationing with my husband at the beginning of May! I recommend this hotel to those who want to not only lie on the beach, but also fun! Here is great animation team! They will cheer up your morning, afternoon, evening, if you want it! Very gently! This team of professionals! Especially memorable OBAMA! Dark-skinned man, active and positive! So moves beautifully! We had a large double room with extra bed and still there was no lack of space. There was a large bathroom and a large wardrobe. The balcony was also very big and there was a clothes rack for drying of the things. The furniture are truly getting quite old, but still usable. The number of guests was manageable maximum 200 of which many czechs, russians, swiss and german. read hotel review

    There was a main restaurant and 2 à la carte restaurants and several bars. We were only in the main restaurant and this was fine. There was a daily changing buffet, time asian, grill, Italy, internatioal and so on. So you can always try something new. Drinks you could tap alone (beer and wine) and liquor was always there.

    The staff is very friendly and hard-working in the respective language to communicate. We liked the tip boxes, the we had not yet Egypt. Room cleaning was also reasonable.

    Nice pool area and beach. The deck chairs were already quite old, but still usable. The thing with the towels is everywhere in Egypt right, therefore, you should carefully otherwise get one a dirty distributed. There was no entertainment, only one evening the obligatory drehtänze and belly dancing. There was a great diving school by extra divers on the premises. There our son diving with great guids and we have with which the trips for snorkeling and diving. ( dolphins and turtles)

    The beach is great designed, also for families with small children is a great playground available. The distance to the Marsa Alam Airport took about 45 minutes in the lobby there were a few stores to browse, but at the airport are the prices low! The house reef is very nice and easy to dive to steep and snorkelling.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. The rooms were not the newest, but it was ok. The meal was also always good and everyone found something. In august we were 2013 that were due to the unrest in Cairo not many guests. read hotel review

A very run-down hotel for the gesäftsführung the staff save is the bottle away and upset only the guests as well as the drinks (not for drinking, washing-up water). Competence host quite highly regarded. We were allowed for a pig old sunbed was broken (senility) 5 0 €pay. Us becomings not see more. read hotel review

The political situation the staff is visibly tense and this tendency has also to the guests transfer. With bottles of water will be saved. The buffet selection was rather poor and not very varied. Fruit was almost never get. At mealtimes went regularly the plates, glasses and cutlery. Prepared plates on the tables by the staff cleared, if you are still a drinks picked. The purest cat-and-mouse game, you had a plate was the cutlery, and vice versa. There were drinks, you had no glasses or similar. At the bars they saved at all what it is. It is a ... very nice hotel, but unfortunately nothing is made. The pool couches are very fragile and old and when the bust, not wantonly, you should also pay cash! 50 Euro. The entertainers were from Italy, which did not disturb, but you have only the own countrymen addressed. German and austrians were completely ignored. In the restaurants and bars was the staff at the half out. Some have clearly trying, but the owners would like to in every corner and ends save. If you don't, and only went snorkeling, should rather another hotel choose. In the diving station are excursions with the boat only for divers possible, that is the first time of about 120 dives in Egypt, whereas no snorkelers are welcome. So my wife and my son at the haus reef stay, which was really not the nicest one. Therefore i had to my dives halve, to with my son enjoy the vacation to may, which we normally at the boat make. read hotel review

Very run down hotel. Is certainly no star hotel more. Ancient hard dirty mattresses, no cushions available. Air conditioning cools in any room, let alone in other rooms such as a bar, restaurant and reception. Food was very bad. With bottles of water will be saved. read hotel review

The hotel area was very nice and tidy, also the rooms. Also the food was great and very varied, also the staff was friendly and attentive. The big drawback was the very loud and very disturbing italian entertainment from the neighbouring royal brayka, which several times daily the whole beautiful bay basses and the peace and tranquility very impaired. Repeated complaints from other guests also unfortunately unsuccessful. We would Brayka Bay resort anytime again, but only if the noise from this animation is! read hotel review

Hotel is ideal for snorkeling or diving. But only in return. Evening entertainment zero. The infirmary you should not take. For a consultation of the incompetent doctor we paid 7 0 €. Also in this hotel unfortunately, there were guests from Russia, on the corals and photograph. As flight to Marsa Alam book, otherwise there were trips with bus or car about 3 hours after Hurghada. Through the political situation lack of regular guests from central europe. The utilization is miserable and the management tried desperately new clienteles routes. In may were the nice czech and a wild partyhaufen with entertainers from Italy. It was the peace and quiet there. Daily noise from all pipes over the bay and the open-air disco. Otherwise they saved at all what it is. Comfort without or with strongly reduced air conditioning at over 35 °c is simply miserable. The furniture is just for the beach. The food is simple all-inclusive abspeisung. The bay and diving are still of course ... excellent. So we did it with a 1-2 stars taucherbude to do. As a keen diver i will unfortunately have to resign. read hotel review

We were for the 3. time to dive in Brayka Bay - diving as always top and highly recommended. - rooms are simple, but okay, the food is typically egyptian and was also not always to my taste, but there was not a pasta station. For lunch there were recently at da Mario poolside restaurant pizza and chips on paper plates to go to the beach. - massage/beauty/safari beach sellers extremely pushy - always more russian and eastern european guests. Particularly unfortunate: Check-out at 12 o'clock at noon, since this year, but also the all-inclusive bracelet during the out cut ... off! If you have time for lunch to go would like, must for at the front desk 12 Euro per person pay! The customer service, a blond lady from the Netherlands, is the whole lunch at the pool and in the restaurant umhergeschlichen and has paid attention, that none of the departing the food is. There are much better hotels in the region Marsa Alam, scuba diving is this hotel in my opinion however one of the best. That would be the only reason for us, go to travel. If you don't, or much snorkeling, should look for another hotel select. read hotel review

The garden and the beach is very beautiful, but the cushions on the beach chairs is an impertinence. The cleanliness of the rooms is completely okay, but the furniture would have to be urgently renewed, damage to the plaster repaired and angerostete badezimmerausstattungen be replaced. The buffet selection was rather poor and not very varied. Ausgetroknetes bread and two types of jam from small plastic portion-packaging for start to the day minimal. The chair cushions are in the room, on the balcony and in the outside area of a restaurant dirty or had holes in them. After many bad evaluations to have read, we are on the april with a mulmigen feeling in the plane has increased. But it was the most beautiful hotel/reef which we ever in Egypt visited. The service in the hotel no matter in which area simply stunning. The people are all very friendly and always for a fun. We would come back to this hotel again any time. We booked an excursion to 'blue trip' booked, however, the hotel reef 1000 times nice and top maintained. We had a room in the Hotel Neptun inn which has a great location. 2 ... minutes to the beach, and the main restaurant. Only deficiency lots of italian and russians while we were there. Children animation only on italian. Still definitely recommend. We will come again. read hotel review

The hotel is outdated and much have to be urgently exchanged: armatures in the bath, cushions on the beach chairs, new paint in the bar etc. ' The complex is really nice: lush palms and bougainvillean, but the food has opposite last year even worse. Monotonous tasteless, the fish every day salty! I had a softer mattress-as last year - they had not, were all in use and it was not possible within of 14 days a anywhere. But the one could everything still stand, if not 70% russians in the hotel and while consistently such, no manners have, the ... plates vollschaufeln and not finish and in the morning, if the beach bar opens, already queue for in your own, extra large glasses rum -Cola-rum pick up. It is disgusting, if people try their all-inclusive ' abzusaufen'. Also you can tell the political pressures of the population the waiters and other staff seemed depressed and childish happiness, which so many had, has disappeared. A shame. We will be back to Egypt drive, but only in egg hotel where no russians are. read hotel review

Great hotel. Great staff. Unfortunately because of crisis here and there in need of renovation. Remains a great hotel with great beach and house reef. Example complaint: a wall in the restaurant was not very clean. A waiter to hingewesen. Next day all walls freshly painted! That was service. I was astonished, the the hotel so few reviews,. That is no wonder, since only very little german speaking guests in this hotel were present. The guest structure was in the january about 80% eastern europeans, the rest were westerners. German guests were rather rare. Although very many families with children were there, there were no animations for the children. Not even mini disco. But the Small in the evenings the bar expenditure-raved themselves. The hotel has no entertainers, so that there were no activities. The evening dislodges one with board games since also the evening shows are missing. read hotel review

    The rooms are neat and well equipped. Only the shower had some mold. To the very hard mattresses had to get used to.

    The food was overall average. It is very difficult to have a single review of the quality the meals to be. At 1-2 days it was quite good, then again very hard to get used to. In my 12 maligen visit in Egypt was the quality the food was rather in the lower third category. To time the food cold from of the kitchen came.

    The friendliness of the staff is not really available. If the restaurant chef in jeans, raincoat, asked chewing gum the hands in the trouser pockets sunk the guests leg in the restaurant not welcoming, you can the waiters not expect. Where to eat the beverages even on the machine had to be tapped. In the bar in the evening had ma, even though they were not busy often wait long for service. A ray of hope was the cleaning of the rooms. The room boy cleaned very well and everything was very satisfactory.

    The staff is very friendly, somewhat german can soon everyone, with english it always folds! The cleaning of the rooms was perfect, what not at all is appropriate, for the wi-fi the not at all alright is, also 5 €in the hours have to pay and perhaps of which 10 minutes comes online, because nothing goes! Help also no complaints! Entertainment was at the time not at all, so no hotel for children! Also one should the doctor avoid if possible, is also rip-off, each drug, whether a tablet or cream with 10 €are you!

    As already mentioned, there was no entertainment, for children or juvenile completely unsuitable! The beach is very beautiful, all the beach chairs and umbrellas were ok, only in the pools one could not, were much too cold!

    The distance to the beach are only a few steps, unfortunately in the winter months most shops closed, so shopping is not and this is really strong advantage of the shopanbieter in the hotel! A small bottle of oil 27€ an isolence! And so it goes with all products! There should the hotel really move the reißleine anywhere, if tourists are abgezockt in such a way!

The location of the hotel a bay is dreamlike. Unfortunately is a large complex with approximately 450 rooms Under construction. The guests this area must be the beach with Brayka Bay parts. The furnishing of the rooms corresponds to the standard the country. In the main restaurant the staff is overall good. The dishes were very hesitant, or only after asking cleared. The food some cold from of the kitchen. The complete staff in the restaurant makes a unmoutivierten impression. In the bar run 3-4 waiters around, but no one is, that no drinks on the table stands. Also here ... everything very unmoutiviert and unfriendly. The only ray of hope in things friendliness is the roomboy and the employees the front desk. To our zeitunkt the hotel was about 40% occupied. Of which felt 70% russians. The rest of different nations. The entertainment, if you then took place was entirely in italian. Another gripe was the plague of flies. Hardly had it is on the beach chair you from 10 to 20 flies pestered and the for fourteen days. read hotel review

We had a nice week at the Brayka Bay resort. Especially the diving school is very recommendable. The nearby riff is just in the winter very recommendable as it is very sheltered and large enough for many dives. read hotel review
