In principle, the saratz a very recommendable hotel. At the check-in was the lady very demanded, if not partly even overburdened. This, even though not straight peak period was. For couples without children it can be disturbing, if the children of the other guests jarring in the breakfast room run around. This was already for the first time the case, is however of course not the mistake of the hotel.
All together the hotel can however with a clear conscience be recommended. read more

This hotel offers everything, what you for a winter vacation needs. Large and spacious rooms with a beautiful large bathroom, in addition to a great and very friendly service. From the check-in on the issues, the zimmersäubern to check out everything was perfect. All of the staff were always endeavored, the guest to fulfill every wish. The hotel's location is good, until St. Moritz there is only a couple of minutes travel time. read more

Facilities the junior suite. Unfortunately there was a fruit dish as on the internet pictured.
Day ticket only for skiers. Hikers must everywhere the full bahnpreis pay. Ga or halbtax will not be accepted in the upper engadine. This is what makes the engadine very expensive. The valais is cheaper. At the breakfast buffet was trockenfleisch and rohschinken rather hesitant refilled. Cold cuts was always abundant. The hotel manager seemed easy and fast to the adoption. read more

We were very friendly and accommodating receive, the car in the underground car garage it risks, as well as the luggage to the room brought.
The service during the nachtessens very friendly, attentive, however never ' überbetreut' felt. Distance between the tables ideal. Dreamlike breakfast buffet with private low table for smaller children. The november is almost a inside tip, the almost no tourists, hiking in the valleys was still good. read more

A large park, with a trampoline, playground, slide etc...
A private nursery, you have for children.
A fitness room. Fine food.
Indoor pool and a beautiful swimming pool outside.

Very recommendable for holidays with families in the upper Engadine. South-Facing rooms with a wonderful view the Roseggtal. The pool (25 degrees) in the beautiful park has especially surprised. The child care was great! We will be back. read more

The hotel Saratz is a very large and nice hotel at good location in pontresina. The food the art nouveau hall features was all right, although one for the price expect a bit more should. The quality of the dishes varied too strong. Partly very good and in between one asked oneself, what should there on the plate. The service was very friendly but rather inexperienced and partly chaotic. There were food announced the not at all on our plates were or the food were reversed or it was completely something else than ordered. Also I 3 days at the ... breakfast table from a service staff asked what a room number we would have. Point I asked why they would like to know. The lapidary answer was: you know yes never who all breakfasts.?
Also it would be really nice if the manager of the hotel during dinner just good appetite wished so could he also completely besides control as it runs.
For our stay one saw it in any case never in the dining room. The front desk and the bar did our view the best. The front desk, professionally managed by a very likeable and friendly man. ( the is too much more efficient!) also the bar is spic by a young nice Mrs run.
Apart from that we are surprised, that here in this Portal apparently lots of people this level very satisfied give. read more

We were with two dogs in two different rooms einlogiert. There were the erholsamsten days since a long time. No problem with the dogs, the service was very nice and very helpful. The spa area can be a little bit bigger. There the weather super was, lonnten we the whole day outside spend and the area explore. In case of bad weather we would have us more in the rooms stopped or in the reception area, what however not a problem would have been. The rooms are huge and nicely furnished and in the reception area happen always something. In ... spite of the high Total price we would gladly go again. We remember us to go to the a couple of days the relaxation. read more

The hotel Saratz it is perfect combination from family hotel and comfort oasis for adults. We like especially, that both Singesl, couples, families and older people there obviously feel comfortable. Every year see you guests, the one from the last year knows, lots of regular guests. The location is breathtaking, the sun terrace spectacular! We come since 12 years after pontresina to Saratz, the children feel at home. The staff were extremely nice and competent. read more

We are now for the fifth time into the Saratz older. So it is time the first review from 2007 to adapt. The Saratz is one of the best hotels in pontresina. By car approximately 15 minutes on foot of St Moritz. We prefer a quieter location opposite the commotion in Sankt Moritz. It is a typical familiesand sports hotel, the majority of the guests travel with children. For a few the peace and tranquility to enjoy wants, not really suitable, since children now times not always completely quiet are! I estimated the hotel has about 150 rooms? You can ... tell, that the building intensively frequented, here and there especially in the rooms show clear traces of the wear. The Saratz is a stylish House for guests the rather 'low-key' this but at the highest level in a heartbeat.
the guests are especially Swiss and in the meantime much less German. Probably because of the exchange rate to the Swiss Franc. The prices as everywhere the Engadine or in Switzerland extortionate! read more

Very successful combination by stylish and modern. The front desk with the tables and very personal service we very pleasant found. A bit creaky floorboards in the older part A charm, in the very stylish renovated rooms nothing was missing( kettle with tea, coffee; free mini bar, water bottle, Klosomat.). The breakfast buffet is unique. The selection of food and the quality of the dishes in the various restaurants is very good. Children in the gaming paradise in the best way waived. With the in the hotel available babysitting phon you can as parents alone the evening in the ... beautiful bar enjoyment. Beautiful children's menu, beautiful children breakfast buffet, every evening a bedtime story for the small (and small remained). Outside the peak season this hotel is a treat for all travelers (peace searching, traveling alone, families.). During the school holidays, you probably should have a certain tolerance, if you without children travels.
the entire team is extremely accommodating and extremely helpful, the shuttle bus-service is a distinct plus.
we were very felt comfortable and were glad about our next stay in our new 'hotel'. read more
