For us it was the end of our round trip. Rental car and two days relaxation by the pool.
The parking cost 19 $. The hotel is very centrally located. And that is literally to take! In front of the hotel there is a four-lane main street, on the side dito and behind a waterway. No matter it didn't bother us one hears nothing in the room. The pool area is super and the transport you didn't notice anything. Unfortunately you shouldn't own drinks and food with at the pool take, but it must be expensive to buy. Could there ... be smoked! A box Budweiser costs for example 5 $ and chicken nuggets with fries 9$. All together fair, clean and friendly! P. s. Starbucks is in the hotel! read more

We were for the 2. time in this hotel and were delighted again. After a long flight and the subsequent cruise the hotel is great. We also wanted to do nothing and for relaxation it is ideal. The pool area is very nice. Who to the beach would like, must walk a bit. The chairs at the beach you can in the hotel reserve and pay. We were thrilled once again of friendly, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Who commotions needs and wants, should rather in Miami Beach book. With the taxi you are but also fast there. We are definitely ... coming again. read more

The standard of the hotel a 2a three star hotels. The pool area is absolutely dirty. Everywhere rubbish and in the water swim hair and plastic cup. In a corner of the pool sponge frothier dirt.

In large and on the whole a good but, somewhat older hotel with small defects.
The staff at the hotel is friendly, helpful and child-friendly.
It is at the front desk no speak German but, we are also in the USA.
But mention, for those, for it might be helpful.
The room staff was exceedingly friendly, especially very child friendly.
Small faults we had for example about the Balkongriff, the was broken. You had to the balcony door almost with the Fingerkuppen open. Was during our stay not even repaired.
The Hoteltürschloss (with Kartenzugang ) was completely relaxed. Several times ... we have the card insertion must, until the door opened. ( but after 3 days, without that we to lodg a complaint had had repaired).
The pool area is very nice and generously built. Loungers there were enough and the towels you get free of charge and you can also to the beach take.
But also by the pool had my wife on one day the cleanliness with the staff complain about, as the shallow entrance area into the water, very much dirt had piled up. This is the area, where mainly the children played.
But otherwise, we were with the hotel in general very satisfied. Only completely honestly, 100% positive review, personally I would not. For us rather 75-80% recommendation.
To the issue parking costs (16 Dollar per day / hotel's own parking) I can only say, park rather
On the nearby Walmart Center. There is free the car also during the night and is approximately 10 minutes on foot from the hotel. We were initially not sure, but with the customer service from the Walmart asked and you told us, the go reasonable. Have also 2 weeks parked, without a ticket to get.

We were at the start our round trip in this hotel and really nothing to complain about. The beach we didn't use, therefore we can't comment on that, but the hotel lies on a through road, you only cross needs, which we knew in advance. The pool is very nicely arranged, but not to the sea back, but situated on the canal. It is an area filled with very high building, those who like it quiet, is not there so in good hands. For our purposes but optimal. Breakfast is in Amerika rarely inclusive, there is not, but the buffet ... has fulfilled our expectations. There is everything, from the fresh fruit salad until the omelet, with all the trimmings, freshly prepared. Only the price is for a family with 2 children perhaps vebesserungswürdig. ( altogether for all 36, -dollar plus tip only for breakfast). read more

Hotel is situated in the midst of a high houses gorge. Holiday mood is less. The opposite beach section is by far the worst section in this area. Very small, dirty and too crowded. For a day on the beach better go to Miami.
Hotel itself was very nice. Clean & quiet room; soft and comfortable beds and a large balcony. Unfortunately also here again, only with a view of the many high-rise buildings.
Price/performance ratio was right for us. 78 euro per double room/night.
As a starting point for excursions in the regions is the hotel but very recommendable.

Very well-equipped modern hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, from which (shopping/Sightseeing) tours good can be carried out. Since we were there for almost two weeks before we were given a free upgrade to the room (10. Floor, two balconies with sea/or view of the Intercostal waterway). Rooms are nicely designed, modern shower! Nice lobby, the bar is an inviting place to relax, because the free wireless internet access is possible (additionally in the pool area). Network access in the rooms only cable possible. Valet parking for a fee of $18 daily- is however not really recommendable, since the parking ... spaces directly at the hotel. But also therefor per day $ten prepayment required at time of booking. The beach could not compete with the section in south Miami or sunny Isles, for example. Pentry kitchen well equipped (coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets), table-Ware is however none available. read more

I only stayed for one night, so I can't say much for the quality, but the first impression was already on OK. The Bellman (Jeff) were very friendly and helpful and could even keep his 'customers' apart. He arranged everything and recommendations to restaurants etc. The hotel also has its own beach area with beach chairs and sun loungers. To the beach it is, however the the busy Collins Ave. Cross. All in all the hotel is, for a longer stay. read more

We had the Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach Resort for its location between Miami Beach (about 30 km) and the Fort Lauderdale (about 15 km) and chose from our choice not really loved it. The busy Ocean Boulevard is located in the maintained surroundings some star hotels with a beach. The 10 -story hotel Crowne Plaza is but the interior of the Intracoastal Waterway side and unfortunately it has no direct access to the beach. No entertainment, recommended restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Car necessary. Add to that quite a high parking fee of $14 per day. Ammenities include ... a restaurant with breakfast buffet, which we didn't use it was because the dinner wasn't tasty. The lava tiki bar by the pool was closed, as well as usually the small Starbucks shop in the lobby was Unfortunately our travel time the weather rather cold so we couldn't use the spacious pool. Our corner room was quite comfortable and large, with view over the bridge from the Hallendale beach boulevard. The tasteful furnishings included 2 balconies, very large bed, flat screen TV, kitchenette with microwave, sink and refrigerator, complimentary Internet access and large toilet/shower with in-room sink. For a stay in this region next time I would rather stay a hotel right on the beach or in the Art Deco district, where you don't have to cover every way by car. highly recommended is a visit to the famed Sawgrass Mall from Fort Lauderdale, in the nearby Aventura Mall (rather expensive) or in the newly opened Gulfstream mall. We stayed 3 nights before our cruise in the hotel. The location is quite OK, just across the street from the beach. Unfortunately the surrounding area offers otherwise nothing - absolutly nothing else. Yet there is the possibility of a microbus respectively in the center of the place to go to the beach promenade. There it is also very nice. right next door is a gas station, where snacks and beverages. The rooms and the pool area are very generous and prima. very bad was the service in the restaurant and at the bar. Totally unmotivated and gelangweiltes staff, the ... breakfast buffet is in each inn in Germany comprehensive and offered next to scrambled eggs and sausage only cream cheese, a few fruits, dry bagels and muffins, toast and 2 sorts of jam - for almost 16 dollar downright rude. The lady at the entrance is fell asleep every morning at the counter, the employees were extremely curt and were totally listless at work. For this stay this hotel was OK, but again we would not want to stay. read more

For 2 days, after an exhausting flight and up to our cruise very nice hotel to relax. The room 6 Floor was very modern and spacious with balcony, where smoking is allowed. It is all available and very clean and stylishly furnished. Breakfast is offered at the hotel, typically American, but very good. The pool area is wonderful, very clean and spacious. At the pool bar, you could very tasty food and not have to somewhere else, drinks great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to come back. The surrounding area can say nothing like ... as we were looking for somewhere to rest our heads and the hotel not before 7pm. read more

We particularly recommend the pool area. lots of palm trees and beautiful surroundings. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, they would just need to cross the road and you're on the small, not überlaufenem beach. In front of the breakfast in the morning if you even a coffee or tea in the room, want to cook can do. Coffee and tea every day for two people refilled. The room was very large and well appointed. Hair dryer is available, fridge available and can even be filled. If the in all of the rooms is, we couldn't say. ... We have booked but standard room. Electricity and don't forget an adapter! Bus services are all within easy reach. But you shouldn't hope the information, when you step off The bus. That meant that we time a sightseeing tour ($3 ) read more

The hotel is right across the street from the hallandale Beach. The staff is super friendly When you arrive you are directly in front of the hotel welcome, your bags are out of the car loaded etc. The rooms are large and modern. Only the sink is not in the bathroom but by a sectioned off right next to the bed, which is not untypical for American hotels. To Miami south beach or by car about 15 -20 minutes. The hallandale beach there except for the beach not much but if you travel by car, food is not a problem ... or shopping. read more

Nice, comfortable hotel - but very large. We had a good sized double room on the 7th floor. Floor. We had stayed at a little southern Miami Beach and you will get in quality and for the price not a very nice hotel, I can say I time!
