A perfect hotel in a former palace with a reasonable price. The triple room was spacious. The bathroom could be an updating. Nice was the breakfast possibility in the courtyard. Breakfast for Italian standards good. Peaceful location.
The hotel we have for a indulgence before a cruise used. Nearby Piazzale Roma, about 10 minutes walk to the people mover. read more

good location: about 5 minutes on foot to Piazzale Roma (zentr. Bus station), to the pier public. Transport on the Canale Grande or to the train station.
You can you from the hotel through charming streets and bridges at small channels be up to the Rialto bridge to go.
pleasant size of the hotel in former terrakottaroten Palazzo, the beautifully restored. Room a bit cramped around the bed, but with very high beams ceilings and double-high window with wooden shutters. Walls stoffbespannt. New wet room with shower very good in the room integrated. Everything very clean and no mold. Good ... heating (we had a cool day with sleet). Very more attentive room service.
breakfast buffet unexpectedly (for Italian proportions) lush with fruit, muesli, Whole wheat bread. Super-start to the day!
International (French, American, Japanese, German) guests Clientele. Both young adults couples or groups of friends, as well as young families with small or larger children and older couples or individuals were in the hotel as guests. It was a colorful Mixture, the any good indeed. read more

very friendly, well-tempered staff, always helpful, varied special wishes despite tips. Great location of the well-kept quiet hotel, not directly in the tourism electricity. Still only a few minutes walk to the train station and the bus terminal. read more

For our 4-day trip to Venice was the 'al sole' excellent! We had the room 108 on the first floor with a view of the inner courtyard. The spring time it was very romantic and quaint. The room was modern and absolutely sufficiently furnished. The bathroom was modern and very clean! Degree course apartment would great, but after all, we are talking about Venice. The breakfast was definitely enough-it must no choice go hungry. The staff were absolutely friendly and accommodating and if you attempted, even a few Breaking Italian to speak, you win definitely Friendship not go wrong. We ... got great tips for dreamlike restaurants and excursions.
the location is 5 minutes to great-Piazzale Roma, the central bus station, even with suitcases to negotiate (2 bridges). The al sole is as a departure point for city exploration definitely recommendable! read more

Venice is a journey worth.
The hotel al sole is located only two bridges from Piazza Romana (bus station) away. One is from there with luggage in only five minutes drive from the hotel. The location of the hotel is generally very good for the sightseeing. If you walk to the water buses or with (stops all lines at the Piazza Romana) pulls is all the same. At night it is quiet. The breakfast in the garden (landscaped courtyard) is the perfect start for a busy day. For a cup of coffee you can/tea to relax and soak it is ... force before going to all the attractions. The room is not huge, but one has everything what you need. a bed, a closet, a desk, minibar, safe, TV a very clean bathroom in comparison to the rest of the room large. On the basis of the bathroom furniture we assume the only recently (1a two years) a renovation took place.
The staff is friendly, helpful and speak good english and french. We could store our luggage after the Auscheken up to the departure in a separate room, as we it us picked up in the evening was also a possibility to make offered fresh, what we thought was very friendly. All in all the hotel is very to recommend. We wish everyone a good and relaxing holiday. read more
