The hotel looks very well kept. The employees are normally very friendly. In the price is the three-quarters guest house included. Guests came during our travels mainly from Germany. There were both older couples, as well as families with children and younger couple there. read more

Lovely hotel in a good location to kaltern. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Appetizers may be somewhat more diverse. Main course a bit small.

We raise a wonderful vacation spend. Particular emphasis should be on the hotel's own Seehaus. There are surfboards, boats, canoes and pedal boats available. The kitchen is very recommendable. The Weinauswah, the wine cellar and bar are looking for. The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. Families with small children will be very be comfortable ( special child care). We had four beautiful days in Seeleiten. The food was great, we had a beautiful quiet room with a view to the really grandiose garden and slept well. Maybe a two tips: bring your own hair dryer with, the in the bathroom it is not. For families with children: the suite quadro has a separated sleep area for the child, but only a spatial. Apart from that is the room open in the upper floor and therefore it's not so much Abgetrenntheit, as we actually have presented. But all together is the building perfect and it is everything, what you ... can wish for. Fresh orange juice I would have for breakfast desired, but that is already everything. The hotel is run by Mr meter and its 'angels 'wonderful led/holdings. I wish to emphasise the possibility in the hotel wine to order on the same terms as in the basement. All are always there for questions and requests. Great we found, that the family meter not too bad at all places to help. read more

We felt very good in the soul possibilities, were for biking and SPA there, everything was spick-and-span a great support given by the desk which the Palnung the daily tours are concerned, by lending GPS are large tours no problem and after the tour in the beautiful pond in the garden or with a massage in the spa area was very to be recommended-reserve ahead on the already from home by mail, works great. The hotel is located right on the main street, 10 minutes from the lake. We had a beautiful suite, but no view, because a large tree covering the view of the lawn. Unacceptable for us was the 2-2.5 hours long dinner Dinner. Partly we had to 1 hour wait for the next course. Since we were with our children in the holiday want to eat, were not interested in you could give the children Yes! read more

We have two possibilities in the hotel restaurant was very nice and relaxing weeks ever. Especially to be highlighted is the wonderful landscaped garden and great swimming pond.
The hotel offers half board with extensive breakfast and the five course menu in the evening also a lunch snack. In addition to a daily changing main offer such as, for example, cannelloni, or Tortelini Wiener Schnitzel it is antipasti and salad. Very pleasant, since our 4 year old daughter used to eat lunch is warm.
Four saunas/steam room are the small side but adequate. The area is very large.
What not ... completely has worked, the room cleaning was. The maid service was new and spoke broken German. Us came to it, as it would not properly trained.
Other than that, the service was good and the ladies at the reception well informed and helpful.
The service in the restaurant was usually fast and always friendly. Sometimes has the Boss himself helped.
In the bar, after the dinner was the well stocked, you were always well served. It was very pleasant on the piazza in front of the bar to sit.
A nice holiday in a great hotel which highlight in our opinion, the great garden and the exceptionally nice swimming pond is. read more

My Parents ( middle 50) the Seeleiten few years discovered it by accident. Since then twice a year 3 to 4 days Seeleiten for you a must. I myself (29 ) accompany as often as possible, since the total package is just perfect: atmosphere in the hotel, location the lake, wellness area and above all breakfast as lunch buffet and the evening menu. It is thanks to the nice Teams definitely again as' come home '. The next vacation for 2013 is already booked! read more

We had the first day a room on the street side with great views, transport were but not used. Get on us, even though the hotel was well visited, uncomplicated a room to the garden side given. The food was very good, the service, as also the reception extremely attentive and very friendly. The room were sufficiently equipped, but with something older furniture. The garden area is well laid out, with much love for the detail. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and promises regarding the activities for much variety. Gladly we will again for a short break! read more

The food was great (breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and in the evening there was always a great meal with salad/dessert buffet).
Our room was relatively new and very beautiful made, with its own small garden and lawn.
The SPA is clean and very beautiful made.

When I read some of the reviews guests, I question me, whether they were in the same hotel, as my family and I. You can always find a hair in the soup, if you want; on the other hand, you can sit back and relax and enjoy the holiday but also easy. The in other words, one can in good spirits existed.
The friendliness of the staff is incredible. Are all very helpful and always have an open ear for the wishes of the guests. It has a warm atmosphere, the the are very pleasant. It is just also here: ... as one called in the forest, it schallt also again out so!
The only downside, I think, are the drinks, the, especially in the case of not alcoholic beverages, relatively high.
For us but is on each case-by-case basis, that we come back! read more

Also after a year break-excellent as usual. I would say, it is once again become better.
The staff, and the owners are very friendly, and helpful. There is no could mention, this was not high standard.
Various changes and modifications to enhance the hotel again.
The food is not to toppen!
Starting with breakfast, a large selection of sausage/Ham/cheese/fruit, eggs in all variations, different kinds of bread, cakes.
Coffee, tea, cappuccino after choice.
For lunch a salad buffet with a warm main courses such as chicken lasagne pasta-chopped meat etc.
In the afternoon I was from the Sacher thrilled by ... the chef. In Salzburg and Vienna have not so good Sacher can enjoy. Thank you again.
At dinner could under various hors-d'oeuvres at the buffet to be selected, as well as a choice of main dishes.
Everything tasted perfect.
The room and bathrooms were all on the newest conditions-and above all but
Very clean.
A house for feeling well. We are coming again.

We were traveling with our two year old son and stayed in the hotel offered fantastic days soul.
Although not explicitly advertised as a family, it was missing the small to nothing. The clientele is well mixed, the average age was probably in the middle of forty. Surprisingly it manages the hotel in a special way, the separation between the SPA/enjoyer-and to make family. The cuisine offered is the soul scales. Incredibly rich breakfast buffet Frühstücksb, with variations of salads varied lunch, antipasti and a main course, as well as a fantastic dinner. The special children's menu Furthermore nothing to ... be desired. The hotel is spacious and invites you to 'Dolce far niente '. Thanks to the mild easter was even sunbathe by the swimming pond possible. Only drawback is the unhappy arranged gym, which is located in the path to the building.
However; a big compliment to the soul-Team-with great pleasure again! read more

We were in the last autumn and absolutely loved the hotel soul possibilities;
I am writing this review now, because I happen very negative review of Alex the read, is not so much the reviews. All the staff were extremely courteous and the boss, especially the wine tasting was with the host. The food was fantastic, our children-have also in the care-
Comfortable, disturbing noise we not have found, although we often the great thanks autumn sat outside.
All in all we were happy, that we for this year have booked again. read more

The countryside is beautiful and to kaltern and the hotel is a good starting point for hikes and excursions.
