    Room hundstein was great designed. Unfortunately the room was very badly soundproofed, our little during the day never slept and at night is very bad asleep. The balcony door to a small garden area which was rather noisy. The bathroom is the bedroom with a glass separated, also for a sleeping child is not perfect. Because if you were late into the room and the child already sleeps, the light in the bathroom not turning on, as otherwise the light in the bedroom for a watchful child makes. The hygiene is super, the furnishings also.

    The restaurant is very nice and the food was very extensive. Breakfast was great, the lunch great, nachmittagssnack and the dinner a force. The cleanliness in the restaurant could not have been better. Unfortunately in the restaurant no gaming for children, like for instance books etc. For a children's hotel, this should be offered.

    The two spa area were quite different. The relaxing area was very modern and you immediately feel at home. Unfortunately, this is not the active area. The sauna one must itself on, the pool should overhaul (covers relaxed, lichtkabel sags and so on.). The pongo club is nice, but a bit 'rare' equipped!

A wonderful hotel for families with small children, with baby because of long distances sometimes difficult. Rooms are newly renovated, the bathroom was only for 1 person large enough. Varied child care with consistently competent staff. Pool area for children and extra relax area for adults. Friendly staff in the catering trade and houskeepingbereich. Only at the front desk is expertise and friendliness hit and miss, the ladies are rather slow and inform partly very bad (already when booking!). Only a young man has hospitality and dedication from. The remains in memory. read more

    The room was nice, large and clean, but unfortunately in the anteroom and bathroom of sewer smell. What disturbed me the most was the lack of elevators, because packed with diaper bag, jackets and child i'm rather with the lift as all the stairs up and down to carry. I think a hotel in this price range should be all rooms have elevator have made.

    The staff is friendly and make an effort, the frontdesk employees could better begin school until his. Most of the questions could not be answered and i was partly wrong information given. The staff in the restaurant is very friendly and very helpful, and speaks good german. The caregivers are competent and very friendly and tried hard.

Unfortunately our actually great vacation through the handling of a complaint ruined. The hotel advertise on the internet with 2 half days ski kindergarten included. This offer does not exist more! Our complaint was ignored, to our instruction, these with the boss (which we in the entire week not 1 time seen!) Discuss to want, we were as possible: we have nothing in writing, the only on the internet confessed (on the homepage of the hotel!), pretend 'depending on availability'. The hotel has but the skischulpartner changed and it offers not any more at! On the day of departure finally ..., the boss not at all in the house. Also regarding that emails in the follow-up will be ignored. People have clearly expressed, in the area service some compared to the last year was shortened. The 2. shortcoming is the shallow pool: too cold water and cold air temperature for a family hotel. Very nice the design of the total hotels and of the room, as well as of the relax spa. Good gastronomy, nice child care. Unfortunately speaks the staff sometimes bad german. Great care in the restaurant by Renata and Josef. Free bus to the ski lift. read more

My husband and i were very satisfied with all. And we find the bad criticism is not completely true. The only thing which we didn't like so much, is the water in the indoor pool was very cold! Apart from that great hotel with great service and delicious food. read more

We were for the 2. time the mavida (the first time before 2 years). Then we were very impressed (kitchen, room, spa, etc.). This time we were unfortunately somewhat disappointed, but we had only bad luck: 1. the team had 2 weeks before our arrival were changed and was still not properly coordinated. 2. with us was a larger czech group on. Including has the apart from that always very nice peaceful atomsphere in the spa area as well as at the first 2 nights unfortunately the food worn and we could not the of 2 years familiar quality ... find. On demand, we were told of the teamwechsel and that one simply overwhelmed with the large group (this of course all to eat). Man wants to continue no reservations more from larger groups accept. We were very generous with coffee - and dessertweineinladungen quietened! On the last evening the food was again top with asterisks and we very much hope, that way! read more

After 7 visits we say for always good-bye! The former mavida hotel is, is really sad. We were up 2 years ago again and again really amazed. But something must then done, that the quality so extremely has declined. Fas the entire staff was changed. The restaurant manager and the sommelier Andreas, of the lots of regular guests is missing, the hotel has leaving. (it is the Ritzenhof saalfelden). With him is almost the entire restaurant-crew gone. What came, is hard to describe. On 2 evenings was forgotten, the main course to serve, one evening we have 1 hour on ... our soup to wait. Which dishes are served, know the service staff not. The bear only the food from of the kitchen to the table. Used again explained, what the chef thought has, for the guests to inspire. - incidentally, the chef, the famous cuisine of mavidas set up not anymore! - We 2 times another food than ordered received, something we did not talk. Have keep it, and tasted good. A check you shouldn't expect more. The waiter had no clue about the wine. Recommendations he couldn't give any, we should be in the list view. We have had a lot of money for various wines spent. The 'wine tour' to the daily changing menu was always the same, so also here no possibility the matching wine to the court to find. General is the whole organization very bad. - small example for new year's we were with our child there. At 22 o'clock should for children a small fireworks take place. We have our food briefly interrupted, and were at 21:45 o'clock on the way to outside, as the fireworks already went off. One has only parents with children on the arm races see, but on the spot arrived, it was already past. If 22 hours means, it must not 15 minutes before start. - example 2: on the day of arrival we should for dinner go, as we were told, that no table was reserved, as we the dinner for this evening cancelled could, which of course not so was. Another family it was exactly the same. After a bit of chairs and table back we then nevertheless still another place. - example 3: the it at the valley station free lockers for skis is, has at the front desk nobody knew. A wonderful family hotel, which really only recommend! The combination of wellness hotel is just great. During the children game and have fun, can the parents in the wellness area relax. The staff are great child friendly. We are definitely coming again. read more

Again and again highly recommended! For families the vacation are optimal. Vacation for both children and adults. Pure relaxation. The children were loved the hotel, and we as erltern had to the children not always again exhort quiet and not to run. It was a great week! The room ' hundstein' was newly and very clean and consisted of bathroom with shower and two bedrooms and free wi-fi. There is a free shuttle service to the ski lifts. Travel time about five minutes. The food was very good. There were eintraumhaftes payable locally. The food was always fresh and diverse. From coquilles to beef filet. The child care we didn't use, there our kids not wanted. The staff in spa a very good training. You understand their handicraft. The pool was not large but sufficient. For the kids there was unfortunately no ... pool toys. Directly in front of the hotel there is a drugstore and eshält the city bus. Until to the center you can travel approximately 10 minutes. Further there were a supermarket, where you don't really need. The entire staff is very considerate and helpful. You will for the whole day with a smile welcomes. So makes the vacation fun. All are very friendly, breakfast buffet was really good, dinner a bit bland and carelessly. Not really well, the thing with the baby phon. Has a night not at all worked well-we wanted to eat out and our little one has slept. In other hotel for children we had never problem - here it worked just not. As regular guests we are very disappointed as much the service and the friendliness has gone down hill. Service during dinner was very bad and we had to frequently about 20 minutes wait until orders for beverages were taken. Also service at the front desk was very bad and orders were ( for example food in the room) forget /overlooked. Food is as very good! But unfortunately is service and friendliness so sick the hotel not be recommended. A great shame as we always love to come. As we very much money left (spa and drinks) we are very disappointed. read more

We were now already the third time in this hotel, again and again there were new to discover... The food is very good, the atmosphere with children wonderful, you can meal times also as parents quiet guests, since for children always a possibility for playing was offered. The rooms were unique, very clean and peaceful. Unfortunately the hotel has at our day of departure even in the winter holiday started, so that quite a lot of cleaning up noticed. Nevertheless all around a wonderful stay with very pleasant staff and a unique environment for parents and child. read more
