We spent our honeymoon spent in the hotel, the ' kuschelangebot ' absolutely recommend. All of the staff were very hard. (especially many small attentions!) Food is really outstanding and not to beat! By the outdoor pool in the spa area has a beautiful view of the mountains. The heated stone loungers in the sauna are also a hit-spa in top condition! read more

For wellness-seeking almost a gem, because, although the hotel was very well booked, we were in the spa always in a very small, compact round. The rooms are big and pleasant. Our room had the bathroom into the room integrated - the toilet is only by a sliding glass door from the rest of the room separately. And as we for sleeping rather a bit cooler rooms prefer was leaving the shower also always a little cold. I would the next stay rather another type of book (had the blütenblätterzimmer ). Also was the building, in the our room was ..., a bit noisy-shaky steps from the room next door were sometimes a little disturbing, especially, because it was so nice was quiet! The biggest room for improvement at the building in my opinion in the food area - not, that something 'badly' was, but it was not exceptionally good. Many little things like an almost cold supplement, a dry fillets, slightly dried on ham as a starter and the sliced bread was sometimes' sporty crispy '. We can but nevertheless imagine, to come back again. read more

So we were the 1. time the rescuers in pöllau and it won't be the last time - in the summer we are going to come again - we were thrilled-although it is mainly a conference hotel, and since i think is very good-the staff was are very friendly and gebensich very customer-oriented - dogs are also allowed-it makes a very good holiday there- read more

    The room, a standard room, was functional decorated. The desire to a room with a bath has been taken into account. It was big enough. A compliment to the hotel photographer, the the pictures for internet and catalog shoot. In natura looks's mostly a bit different from. But this applies to the most publicity pictures to. Room and bathroom clean, only the carpet a bit stained. Hair dryer, shower gel, lotion available. Unfortunately there is only one small and a large towel per person. I need to wash my hair always an extra towel. Bathrobe and slippers for the spa in the room. A sliding glass door separate toilet. Minibar and enough clothes irons available, special on the bed possible.

    The breakfast buffet was excellent. Endless selection, very many regional and organic products. Everything was fresh, apetizingly arranged. Fresh and to order eggs, waffles, rice pudding, ham, salmon, cheese, cereal in many variations, homemade jams, spreads, fruit, vegetables, freshly squeezed juices, wide selection of bread and pastries. Unfortunately the bread was on sunday very cold, as if it from the refrigerator. Lunch there is a small buffet with soups, cold and sweet snacks and salads. On saturday there was a small (free!) Wine tasting with a dedicated sommelier, the job obviously fun. A very nice possibility regional wines to try, new and not so well-known Winzer to get to know. Great as an aperitif suitable. Unfortunately we could the evening menu not test, i already much looking forward to. We as a group with a buffet catering. Unfortunately, also the best, buffets the downside, that the quality the products by the warming in the rechauds suffers. The hors-d'oeuvres at the 2. evening unfortunately repeatedly. And even if always be refilled,, suffers from especially also the optics as soon as the first on the trays herumgestochert have. Apart from the breakfast i am not a fan of buffets and prefer waitress served food. It is more relaxed and the chef can be whole show and the quality the products in the best possible way to the guests bring! The restaurant is organic gourmet award-winning.

    Very friendly and hard-working. I have only domestic staff, all clean and tastefully arrayed. Partly very young staff. The request for a extrapolstet the maid immediately fulfilled. The room was very clean.

    There is a beautiful spa area with heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, relaxation rooms. Everything very in good taste and cleanly. If the hotel fully booked, as it was in our case, but definitely too small and the noise level quite high. It may have been in the summer better, if the beautiful large sunning lawn can be used. The fitness room we didn't try it. I had a full body massage booked, very recommendable. Friendly masseuse, clean, tastefully decorated room. In the waiting area there were biotees, juices, water, apple and bananenchips. Water and juices there was also in the sauna area. Everywhere, also in the rooms there are magazines to borrow. The open yard around the hotel is very well maintained.

    Around the hotel 'much area '. Beautiful styrian hills, initially herbstnebel, then in the sunshine. Who action and commotion and lots of infrastructure is expected didn't feel comfortable. For hiking, nordic walking, walking, walking but just amazing. Pöllau is about 10 minutes' drive away. A visit to the patisserie ebner is very recommendable. I've long never such a nice café experienced. The mehlspesen were excellent. Furthermore, there are plenty of providers with products from the region, as seed oil, honey, fires, in the area.

Our 4. Stay at the haus the saviour -family was a cinch, and makes as always want more! Instead of our honeymoon in the sunny south to travel, allowed we would a few relaxing days in the hotel rescuers. Although the building until the last square was fully booked, so you noticed the as a guest hardly any. As always the staff were very concerned about every guest tried hard, especially we want mr franz from the serving staff out. One of our highlights and a treat for the taste buds was the wine tasting with mr p., the sommelier ... of the hotel. His humorous art and his expertise makes it every time for a great and entertaining experience, that you cannot fail. Nevertheless the building was fully booked, we found always places in the wellness area and often sweating we completely alone in the hirschbirnsauna. Mrs R. is every wish and tried hard to be always every request to fulfill. Also wishes to the change a Ganges in the 6-course menu were solved immediately. For the large construction in the coming year we wish all the best and we are looking forward very much the building in a new light to visit! read more

In the hotel rescuers there is absolutely nothing to complain about. On the contrary, our expectations were more than exceeded! To mention is that we despite active seminartätigkeit ( very good hotel booked) lucky and it in the wellness area so good as always alone were-this is probably not always that. The all-time benefit package includes a very good breakfast buffet, a very tasty four course menu in the evening, and even a small but fine lunch buffet, it from to o'clock returns. All of the staff ( also the managers) are extremely friendly and accommodating, however not pushy. A ... unbelievably great hotel, in the right relaxation and relax if you want! read more

    The rooms are very spacious and absolutely clean. So good we have already long not more to sleep! Wanted not any more out of the 'feathers', if not the 'pool' in early morning hours ( from 7:00 A. M.) again called would have! (by the way all alone)!

    Also here everything great ok! 'all' are extremely polite and accommodating. Sometimes you can even get specialties of the hotel the cost or schnapserl on the house. Which we especially stress is, that meat & vegetables( schnapserl ) and so on from the region and since one has really the feeling, something to eat what healthy & good for the body is! Excellent cuisine! All of the staff is especially to praise! ( is particularly praiseworthy)

    Lots of possibilities for exercising, also a lot what is organized, nordic walking, lauftreffs and so on ( is always friendly invited). The outdoor pool so a nice view - just amazing! You love not any more out ;-)

    In the hotel rescuers there is absolutely nothing to complain about. On the contrary, our expectations were more than exceeded! To mention is that we despite active seminartätigkeit ( very good hotel booked) lucky and it in the wellness area so good as always alone were-this is probably not always that. The all-time benefit package includes a very good breakfast buffet, a very tasty four course menu in the evening, and even a small but fine lunch buffet, it from to o'clock returns. All of the staff ( also the managers) are extremely friendly and accommodating, however not pushy. A unbelievably great hotel, in the right relaxation and relax if you want!

    The hotel is directly at the pöllauberg, it is therefore for sport and hiking excellent. Absolute while resting. On your doorstep run and bike trails. The view is beautiful! Excursions there are enough, you must but definitely use! ( we were too lazy, because we in the hotel easy to liked a lot)

Hotel is not too big laid out. Primarily for seminar guests laid out, but when spa guests you got definitely not too short! All members of staff are very friendly and accommodating.
