Room had some faults (balkontürschließanlage was broken. Bath very small. Fan in the bathroom without function.) You need a rental car in this period (at the end of march), because there is not much going on. Solar heated pool was perfect. It's very windy at the beach at this time. The food was very varied and good. The staff was friendly. read more

I had due to the great reviews of this hotel and was a bit disappointed. It is a tidy hotel, no question. The best part is definitely the very pleasant and helpful staff in all areas! On the way there worked in the room for example two things-it was quickly. Thank you! The rooms (apartment b, pool side) are large and nice. However, the room on the 1. floor partly not recommendable, as the noise from the lobby or (as at home in room 116) from the restaurant loud sounds. Every evening from 18:30-about 21 hours and in the ... morning from 7.45 one heard very loud chair backs. An alarm clock was thus not necessary ☺. My main criticism in the dining room it is very loud and uncomfortable. The tables are so tight, that the guests as well as the waiters hardly through come. The noise level is very high. Was missing any flair. A cozy dinner is on vacation important. This is here not at all. The dinner disappointed the food and was also mostly halbkalt. Who has desire, a the food in the microwave again heat? Also the entertainment for adults was weak, especially in the evening. The volleyballtreff was not on the beautiful beach to play, but you tried the mulitfunctional court should be remodeled, between volleyball net and a safety net ( abdecknetz ) over the place no two meters more space were. Na great! The places were little use, but nevertheless a high nutzungsgebür required, as well as for the fitness room. Which one could quickly for positive change! Anyway, overall still much air upward ☺. Ps: for the buses in front of the house you should not get out. They are often extremely late, drive through, because overfills etc. I am very bad experiences made. Rental car are (unfortunately) to be rather good. If you want a treckingrad or mountain bike needs, should lenders at the hotel maritimo go (http://www. Coastadventure. Net /). They have great value for money and great service. The small rental at the hotel only schrotträder and the good hotel partner opposite was rennradsport concentrated. Coastadventure you can really recommend! Also the 'Palma-bus '-a trip offer for 17, -€ you can with clear conscience use. The bus goes direct to Palma, makes a small tour and takes a in the evening back-without a sales pitch or similar. Hotel in a good location for excursions, parking available directly at the hotel, supermarket and petrol station directly opposite. Fantastic beach. Very good food. Unfortunately somewhat soundproof rooms. Overall a wonderful hotel with great service. read more

    The entertainment for adults we didn't use, there were offers, it was but never obtrusive. The entertainment for kids would have my daughter very gladly more frequently used, but in our week were from three entertainers usually only 1 since. Often stood our daughter sealed door. It was so the only thing, that disturbed us somewhat. The kids disco was for the little ones in the evening always a fun. The pool was usually only the jacuzzi pool, as this simply is warmer. There was always enough loungers at any time. Great we found, that by the pool prohibition of smoking prevails (even if itself now and then which secretly recognise wanted). Smoke only at the pool bar permitted. Very good we found, the during the day always a pool supervision (first aid) was present.

Good for beach vacation suitable, beautiful sandy beach in a few meters away. Possibilities to go out a bit further away, good bus connections on the doorstep. Very good for families with small children. read more

We were for the 2. time in the Ivory Playa and not disappointed. The children have very comfortable, which is a pleasant journey very beneficial is. The food was again varied and good, the staff very courteous, the pool area very well maintained and the near beach for children ideal. We will be back! read more

Really recommendable family hotel. For solo travellers, or party animals not really suitable, since it was a bit too far away is. In the area there were a few locations. To us as a family but it was very convenient. The direct location and the beach was wonderful. The pool was from our children used extensively. The animation program was varied and good made, nice, unobtrusive animators. The hotel staff has big praise deserves, i have seldom so patient see people. Always friendly, always smiling and very kind to the children. Room was ok. Big enough. Although old furnishings, but ... very clean. Only the fridge was very loud. Had it off at night as the kids otherwise could not sleep. Self catering would be the safe a bit difficult. (we had the half board and therefore only drinks to cool) Food was top, varied. Every night another 'issue '. Kids buffet, and a large selection of desserts. Also the breakfast buffet was absolutely sufficient. Conclusion: simple successful vacation! read more

A very nice family hotel. It is very clean. The distance to the wonderful beach is minimal. The rooms were well equipped, only drawback for us were the hard beds. The bathroom was unfortunately very small and there was no shelf space. The cleaning of the rooms found with us always only in the afternoon instead of. If you noise-sensitive is definitely a room to the sea respectively pool side book. The view is of course also much better. There is enough options a rental car parking. Chairs and sunscreens at the beach cost 3,50 Euro per day. The ... beach is absolutely great. In short in our opinion: we can definitely recommend this hotel. Especially is well suited it for families. read more

    The furnishing the apartments was 1 bathroom/1 bedroom/1 living-diningroom with kitchenette and with 2 couches/1 balcony. The kitchen includes a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, sink. The bathroom has bath with a shower curtain, toilet, bidet and sink. In our case was the towel racks half out of the wall. For 4 people was the apartment quite closely, in particular the bathroom. A bath with a shower curtain in my opinion no more than up-to-date. The rooms have enough closets, a safe (you have to pay extra, i think 1,30 Euro per day), telephone and tv (very bad front desk german speaking channels). The state of the rooms was good and clean; i would the hotel three stars miss-more not.

    We booked half board. The beverages for dinner must then be paid separately, the prices are not too high ; a bottle of wine 9 Euro. There's a restaurant. To the peak times for breakfast you should not in the front-cooking queue (there were omelets, pancakes and fried eggs). The waiting period can then 15 minutes. Better directly at 8 o'clock breakfast or end of breakfast time. Generally, there are for my taste too few fresh fruit, often canned fruit. Otherwise is the breakfast good. But should the hotel management consider, if it is appropriate, the bread completely right at the buffet and combining the butter completely to the left. The will always for oncoming traffic at the buffet.

    The staff was always friendly and speaks german. The cleaning of the rooms was reliable and thorough. Also additional wishes were immediately fulfilled, as it was in october but at night all right freshly, so that additional blankets needed (the beds are, like in the south usual, only with a thin sheets and comforter changed). After the morning criticized, we had in the evening instead of lakens a sheets with inserted blanket.

    We had an even non-renovated apartment to the pool side. In previous reviews i had read, that the rooms to the side of the road but quite loud are. My previously by e-mail expressed desire to a room the pool side was fulfilled. The apartment was overall in good condition. The safe must 1,70 Euro per day additionally to be paid. The safe has no combination lock, so that the key always forward must.

    Breakfast and dinner in a tight bestuhlten but attractively designed dinning area. This dining room is-measured at the number of guests - simply too narrow. It is also the only negative this hotel. This causes Quite a crowd at the buffets and in the hallways. In addition to a substantial volume, the with so lots of small children is natural.     The hotel is located almost directly on the beautiful sandy beach (approximately 70 meters distance by a postern). The beach is in this area also not just empty, but by far not as busy, as in other areas. Gas station, supermarket, car and bicycle rental are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants are in both directions in 10 minutes walking distance.

Once again a very lovely vacation, light drawbacks in the cleaning of the rooms otherwise despite end of the season everything very nice and clean. Really nice long-standing active staff, very well maintained pool area with of high quality furniture. Particularly the heated pool with solar energy and hot showers is well accepted. Relaxed atmosphere at the very delicious and up at the end varied food. The beach is wonderful suitable for long walks and the sea is dreamlike for swimming, we are definitely coming again... read more

The hotel has 168 rooms (one of the questions in the evening quiz), and is therefore quite manageable. The guests are mostly german. Maybe some danish and swiss, thus really pleasantly! The room should absolutely pool side, since the room to the street quite loud are. read more

    The apartments are clean and enough room its luggage to stow away. We both on the balcony, as well as in the apartment breakfast and had here enough room. Cooking would be more place desirable. The small kitchen is open-plan with a fridge with freezer, microwave and two burner stove top sufficiently equipped. A coffee machine must one however for 1€ per day or bring from home! ;-) There is a flat screen tv with many international channels (ARD, ZDF, KIKA, RTL, and so on).

    The evening buffet we only used once, as we prefer the restaurants in the area and Alcudia visited. However, we were very satisfied with the food, found the price for a unique dinner for a small family with almost 60 €a bit high.

    No matter wether the frontdesk employees, the waiters at the pool bar, the entertainers or the pool attendant, all were extremely friendly and decent. The best was the kinderanimateure (Sarah, Antonio and Sophie), during the day the with the children games and in the evening often with a show the guests talking. In addition there was still shows foreign artists, including a western-show with a poodle, Flamenco, irish dance, and so on

    We especially liked the new heated pool in the outdoor area! Here you could also by 22 °c outside still great to swim and particularly the many children had here lots of fun! The beach is is very clean and the water crystal clear! Two beach chairs with umbrella however somewhat expensive (4,50 Euro per beach chair). Every evening there was a show, a quiz or bingo! We liked the most the disneyshow of entertainers and kids loved it! :-)

    The hotel is located perfect for a beach vacation. In two minutes is on the beautiful sandy beach and just as quickly again in the room, if you sometimes forgot. The sand is great and the sea turquoise blue. Almost as in Karibik. It is very shallow into the water. Ideal for kids! Opposite the hotel there is a gas station (here there is the picture newspaper for €1.10) and a Eroski-supermarket. We had room only and here each morning fresh rolls, and so on concerned. The bus, the every 15 minutes runs, takes you for a €1.50 in the historic part alcudia or to the harbor, where it numerous restaurants there is. Particularly beautiful is the 'aqua' in the harbor, where you with a glass of sangria nice can enjoy the sunset. The restaurants in 'Port Alcudia' are often very touristy.

    Peacefully located (at least if you an apartment direction pool ), 50 meters to the beach (long sandy beach with fine white sand ), 3 pools, one solar heated and warm shower-ideal in return from the beach, to the children shower-no sand in the apartment and the children are already shower. Large supermarket in 100 meters, small 'national park' in about 2 kilometer away.

It was a great vacation. The hotel was really great. All of the staff were always each Zeitfreundlich. Best was the beach and the distance to the hotel pleased. There were only 50 meters and one could to each time quickly go. The beach was however the blast. White sand and so beautifully flat sloping. Perfect for children. Time and again, with pleasure. read more

When booking of the Ivory Playa you must be aware, that it is a classic tourists -hotel located in a very mature neighborhood. If you don't like that, should otherwise look elsewhere. Since we the not really like, what the hotel not the best choice to us. Nevertheless can to a few small things nothing to complain about. For couples with children sure great, evenings is always mini disco, for us it meant, that there is a comfortable sit on the balcony evenings was not possible, without the entertainment at full volume endure to have. Nevertheless we noticed, that (for ... the, the like us find), the restaurant the entertainment was quite good. We would be a quiet corner preferred, however therefor the hotel can nothing. The food was okay, only the selection of fresh fruit at the buffet was a bit small. Mostly only water- and honeydew melon, actually unfortunately. The desserts may a better quality stand, especially the cakes were finished goods with were an unidentifiable mash crememasse. Against tasted most main courses very good! Room was excellent! Just made the blanket not the impression, than you would after the previous guests been cleaned. Smelled very musty. The staff are very friendly! 100 points-) General in short: good hotel, above all for families for the good price Personal in short: next time what quieter, smaller, is not our cup of tea. read more

The buffet (in the morning and in the evening ) left nothing to be desired. Especially praiseworthy is the friendly staff. Also the cleanliness in the Ivory Playa was hard to exceed. To us it was great nice relaxed vacation, simply because everything was just right. read more
