We were on hochzeitsrundreise,
Drive about 40 minutes from the airport (100k)
Rooms are large, clean and peaceful.
Sea view must definitely not his, just to the pool with a view facing the beach, is much better in the room.
The complex is being renovated (front desk and restaurant the December be ready)
The pool is very pleasant and directly at the bar.
Breakfast for balinese standards okay, bread ok, fresh egg ok, juice ok, sausage none - as always on Bali-, cheese well, fruit ok,
Coffee well however drinkable! Always changing warm dish (spaghetti, rice, chic, mie goreng)
Snacks ... ( afternoons and evenings) also affordable and okay.
Evenings we were eating out.
In biku ( with the taxi about 20K) super nice, delicious, cheap, ambiance, ( juices and indonesian especially)
Or in a currency pantei? (50 meters the beach at the hotel to the left down) delicious and cheap! Just try everything!
Massage for 8a 10 Euro /h are good!
All together is the gbs a decent hotel, but no luxustempel!
We felt very good, since we rather atmosphere and friendliness attention and details didn't bother us.

Hotel is ok beach not recommendable. The waves are always very high, so this swim not possible. Often was the swim in the sea by instruction prohibited.

The hotel we have in Germany booked. 4 star promised much. We were unfortunately disappointed. The hotel emerged as durchlaufhotel for balitouren. The complex is very small. The beach is right in front of the door, but it is open to the public, so fast sellers at the fence lurk and the cleanliness was not so good. The pool was unfortunately very small and he had dangerous nonvisible steps. It leads furthermore a small sandstraße directly at hotel garden past. No peace the relax in a sun lounger means. Ants in the room there was also, since the wooden doors ... not completely closed. The furniture was rather old and worn. The staff understands badly and is simply too young and inexperienced. There is no good advice at the front desk, where you always very polite, polite and tried. The money exchange is only a bad rate possible. On the doorstep there was however a currency exchange to a good course. There is no fresh towels auto, only after you at the front desk ask. Every day was from 15 o'clock with the establishment in the garden for evenings started, so you inevitably the space on its sun lounger plowed has. In the hotel you could unfortunately not with Visa pay. The beach is by a small wall and a Sandstraße where constantly mopeds and cars drive, from the hotel separately. Unfortunately was the beach at this point anyway not really clean. We are therefore around 20 minutes away on foot direction Seminyak at the beach gone, where he was very nice. For the chairs on the beach one must pay ( always negotiate well)!
Unfortunately are outside of the hotel rather further away restaurants and bars, with this number of limits.

In our full time we were there nothing to complain about! Felt always felt at ease, even when we a doctor used, US the hotel great supports.
The room was always clean. Staff very pleasant, breakfast was generous and something for everyone. Hotel complex iallgemein in very good condition. Varied evening agenda.

Hotel balinese-style in the middle of one Winding garden area located. Great pool with pool bar, restaurant with a sea view. Massages are very cheap.
The hotel lies not in the center but one is fast in the town and it is quiet in a side street with access to the beach located.
Unfortunately we could do not bathe, since the current was too much. Here should rather sanur or Jimbaran suitable. read more

The hotel area was very nice, the Balinese-inspired, green, flowery, a lot water in the area of the hotel was very nice. The view from the restaurant, pool and palm trees of the sea really excellent. The food was OK (balinesian tasted us better as Thai, not spice hard). Something is habituation needy that staff; a really friendly but if you daily 2 from the same people asked where you came from, as you and how long you stay, the service was excellent. It was nice that the hotel was pretty much empty-off-season. We had only 2 times in the ... evening rain, in other words it was perfect.
so in case we again go to Bali, then gladly again to this hotel. read more

The hotel is a bit out of the way, north of semyniak and is very good for people who seek tranquility. Semyniak, legian and Kuta is very good by taxi and hotel shuttle bus attainable. Near the hotel there are plenty of small restaurants, where you at a very reasonable price very good food. The beach is not suitable for swimming, since high waves and water flow. For surfers of the restaurant's cleanliness level was excellent. At the pool there were enough beach chairs, who unfortunately mostly German tourists are reserved for hours, without the people. read more

We were already in 2008 in this hotel. Location of the hotel is good for those in search of peace and quiet! However it is by taxi for 2.50 Euro 15 minutes in about in the shopping district of seminyak and legian (Kuta 25 minutes by taxi) service has deteriorated (rooms with or without tips only moderately cleaned, towels often assumed, slow service at breakfast, front desk and leave somewhat indifferent). Garden area was very nice, Balinese architecture (not a hotel block), small hotel, with mainly German guests. Bathroom very large with a spacious shower. Be careful! Next to ... the hotel is currently under construction! It came to noise, and some of the rooms have a view of the construction site! Definitely at booking, that you have a smoking room, far away from the construction that is! read more

We arrived after a long flight erschöpf in the hotel, where you with a welcome drink waiting for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You have immediately taken from us and helped us. At the check-in we were surprised then, you had moved us into a suite, we know not why, but it didn't matter. The suite was awesome, very large with great amenities. Shower, bathtub, toilet, tv with dvd player, refrigerator, balcony. Etc.! Was enormous. The beach was really nice and right in front of the hotel. You can walk comfortably and enjoy the peace and ... quiet. Massages can recommend this hotel. All in all, we loved this hotel and were sad, that we are not the whole three weeks were there, because we made a round trip and all went couple of days in another location, or on another island (ubud, Pakung, jimbaran, lombok.). But also always great hotel! We will definitely go back there again visit bali and lombok. read more

The breakfast was ok, juices were not drinkable. The cleanliness but not the perfection á la Singapore (since stayed 3 nights). The TV is almost an impertinence, as the Senderqualität ( only 1 German channel) is bad. Although you can (unfortunately only English speaking) Complimentary dvd-rental. In the bathroom were but from and to small dead crabs to find ( but they were after a note on the front desk). The friendliness and service are perfect. read more

Somewhat older area in a tropical garden. Not so good value for money. We paid three of us, two adults., One child, in the garden suite for four nights 396 EUR incl. Breakfast. The FR was not very diversified, but adequate. The friendly staff had difficulty with the cleanliness of the pools. The area was somewhat isolated on the northern end of Seminyak. Very few ways evening eating out or shopping. The shuttle bus needed 1:20 hours to 8km away because of the disastrous traffic situation Kuta. The beach was dark but fine sand and clean, partly very high ... waves. For a couple of days you can still handle it well, but not for a longer stay. We would recommend this hotel only limited. read more

Good quiet hotel right on the beach. The sea is should be careful. A little further toward Legian can you decide to go for a swim and play in the waves. We often the kostelosen shuttle from the hotel to Legian used and on the beach. Back to the hotel by taxi, it costs about 2-3 Ero. 8 years ago Legian was much nicer. Now only rip-offs. To eat near the hotel. Right next to the hotel or on the beach. On the beach it is a bit basic but good!!! We were pleased with the choice of breakfast. Alone ... 10 sorts of fresh fruit. Three juices unfortunately not fresh squeezed. Two types of toast, eggs in any form. Sausage, cheese, jam and so on. If you're more flexible and also use the shuttle and a bit of money on taxi knock this hotel is right for you. We were glad that we had taken no hotel in Legian. There have, in the last 8 years much has changed. Also the food was very overpriced. read more

We arrived at the hotel at 0:00am. We had booked a garden villa! In the bathroom several coackroaches welcomed us and also the whole room and the bathroom area were very dirty! The canopy above the bed was so dirty and it was full of bugs. They have probably never cleaned it. The white curtain around the bed wasn't white but more like grey! Everything was very disgusting. The one and only night we spend there was disgusting! The next day we immediately changed the hotel. The beach was only piled-up sand, on which cows stomped along and ... also left something of them. You couldn't swim there, as the surf was really strong. read more

Nice beach hotel with spacious rooms, which are not visible from other lively venue for guests. Great did occur. The cleaning of the bathroom was unfortunately not optimal, otherwise very nice property and overall would recommend. Great places to eat near within walking distance. read more

The hotel is in an authentic balinese way, which makes a nice flair. The view from the room in the garden with and creeks, really calming and quiet except for the sound of the ocean. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The blankets were every day with fresh sheets. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. The food prices very human. It is clear that the warungs in the food is cheaper, it didn't stop you can to go as good in close vicinity there are. The staff was very friendly, chatty and tried to meet your every need. The ... fixed costs in the hotel were just like all billed could not find as mentioned in some other reviews. German travel agent from DerTour came 3 times a week and was to call them. Again at any time. My son stayed as a student 1/2 year in Seminyak and Kuta and was from the hotel, as there is a Balinese convinced it lacked character. read more

Hotel and rooms are not clean. In the room smells of mold, also on/in the air conditioning. Also on the wall is mold. Other rooms were unfortunately not any better. The complaint to the manager brought no help. Hotel area so overall not in good shape. Staff is rather rum than attending guests. At the pool with loud music, relaxation is not possible. Internet did not work. Spa package is a more expensive than comparable hotels on the island. There are shopping and of eateries. read more

The complex is large and beautifully designed, but don't look too closely. The bungalows have seen better times. The staff was not as friendly as can be expected, especially at the pool bar, the Pezeption and in the restaurant. In addition the Frendsprachenkenntnisse not good. It was missing the continuity in service, I thought a "supervision" to lack. The trees ( Frangipani) in the area were in a very bad shape, the palm trees were poor. Sit at the pool bar in the water was extremely uncomfortable ( you had to hang out or knees). The garden suite was spacious, the bathroom impressive. read more

The hotel is a bit out of Seminak. About 2 km Strandlauf and cross the street about 8 kilometers. There were very good Warung ( small private restaurants) nearby. Hotel is to relax. The sea is very dangerous ( high waves and hardly any pool bar). Better suited for surfers. The staff is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was always the same in the two weeks (3 +). Massage is outside of the hotel were very good and cheap (about 5 euros/1 hour). All in all, we were happy. read more
