Our bungalow was large and spacious and very clean. There was enough towels, propeller on the ceiling and an airco. On of the terrace there were 2 beach chairs with cushions (the cushions were great mattresses), 2 chairs and a small table. There were umbrellas (i think there were umbrellas, the asians have however as umbrellas use). Kettle/tea and coffee refilled daily, an espresso capsule machine - for a fee, a mini bar with snacks and beer and juice and water and Cola. Flat screen tv with a german channel and american channels made for the indian market (you can tell from the advertising) there ran for example the new effects of how i met your mother... Hair dryer in the bathroom, mirror, bidet and shampoo donor in the shower! On the rooms are also 2 disposable underwater cameras. I know price unfortunately not.

There were 2 main restaurants for breakfast - lunch and dinner, 1 huge restaurant for the beach bungalows and a good restaurant for the water bungalows. We were in the southern star restaurant for the water bungalows, there was nothing to moan. With a view of the bungalows and the indian ocean we have breakfast and to evening ate. Breakfast: toast, different kinds of bread (even so a kind whole-meal bread), sweet rolls, doughnuts, croissants and a man of alternating waffles, french toast or pancakes made. Tomatoes, cucumbers, pineapple, papaya, melon etc.. , butter, loud things for the asians (fish curry offered on and other weird stuff what you can not necessarily for breakfast like), beans, bacon (beef!) And a eiermann the optional omelets, scrambled eggs-or fried eggs made. Various juices and cereals things. Oh and jam and honey. Coffee and tea were at the table served. Dinner: there was always something grilled beach grill-chicken, fish and beef and a bit funny looking sausages Furthermore there was at the beach grill also always a pasta made. Time with tomato sauce, time with Seafood or cremesauce. They were not like the spitzenitaliener, but fresh and very delicious. Inside at the buffet there was always a curry, what with beef, with fish, chicken. Always white rice, usually fried rice with vegetables or meat, potatoes, as a corner, time as fries, time as a puree and there was always vegetables. Beans, brussel sprouts, carrots... Was also really everything was delicious. The food in the large and whole one asian Touch. I must unfortunately not spicy food, so it was sometimes a bit difficult, but it was for me always something for everyone. The half-board dinner there no drinks. If you get a large bottle of water buys (3.50 $) and this not leertrinkt, you can get the rest of the next day on the table. Delicious sandwiches and cheeseburger for the hungry in the afternoon. 2 burgers and 2 Cola - about 40 $but the burgers are really delicious and it's not in iwo, but the Maldives and had a fantastic view to the beach. There are n thai/japanese (in the water bungalows, there is also the shark feeding) n italian (as you can directly in the deep water snorkelling), n salatrestaurant (very nice), coffee shops and bars... We have just seen, but not used. Therefore no evaluation of the food. Except in vani coffee shop on the north side the island. Since we had at the first day n burger. Concerning the price and qualitatively as in the beach bar, only the service was underground. There was also the all-inclusive buffet the bungalow guests built and accordingly the staff - more mass than great set. A great shame, since the location is great. There is also free wi-fi. We tipped our waiters mura and the bellboy 1 $tips per day given. Think that was okay.

We stayed in a wassbungalow and therefore in a separate restaurant at the beach on the south side, directly below the water bungalows eaten. The service was perfect. Our waiter mura was very friendly and accommodating, he knew what we drank and was always there if you needed him. The rooms were twice daily (in the morning and in the evening) cleaned and there was, if you wanted also 2 times fresh towels. There were also 2 beach towels per day ( one could also more). Also we got 2 time 1.5 liters of water per day and tea / coffee in the room ( kettle) The staff spoke english and what one on the Maldives speaks. All the staff were very friendly, one must say however, it is already after the proverb, as one called in the forest...

Pool looked good, but i can't rate, since we only once passed. Watersports-we were always at the 'palm groove' beach on the south side. Where the sandbank into the water rises. For us definitely the best place. There is the sports centre with a jet skiing (15 minutes 58 $), water skiing (31 $) and surf, wakeboard, kitesurfing, catamaran, snorkeling, banana, tires... Everything was not cheap ☺ water skiing and jet skiing i did, so i know the prices. Everywhere will again 18% tax on it. The sports offer was good and not annoying. There was only 2 jet skiing and because of the prices were not permanently on the way. It is worthwhile definitely. Is nice time the island seen from the water... At the beach there were beach chairs with umbrellas (but only a few!) , a shower and also toilets. U the beach bar.

Large area on one of the largest Maldives islands. If you wanted, you could complete seclusion or with the crowds of of the pool bar romp. We however never made, i can therefore the pool also evaluate ☺ What the age everything was represented, as was also the nationalities. We had a water bungalow and were completely contented. Wireless internet was available at 2 places the island and for a fee still 2 further. We had half board and were completely served. The food was tasty and plentiful and the restaurant was clean and nice! We would definitely come back - however only in the bungalow.

As mentioned, we had a beach bungalow. The service was as expected, clean, had a tv, minibar, telephone and air conditioning. As german transmitters gives it only Deutsche Welle. The tv we got as well as purchase online. The bathroom was not air-conditioned. To us not a problem been, most of the time in the bungalow we didn't in the bathroom for ☺, but at night in bed. Before the bungalow we had its own beach chairs. And we were lucky, that our bungalow you at the beach was, where at 21:00 the rays came to us and we could feed. No concern is from the hotel organized and is also a controlled feeding with instruction. For all the guests there are in the room two bottles of water a 1.5. For us (couple) was sufficient that, as we in the evening in the restaurant also a bottle bought and sometimes in the course of the day a bottle of by the pool. All-inclusive guests a mini bar with the following content: 2 Cola, 2 Sprite, 2 Tonic, 2 bitter lemon, 6 small fruchsaftflaschen. And it is only once a day filled. Since we a beach bungalow had, we have in the main restaurant breakfast and dinner we had. The water bungalows guests a restaurant for itself. I give my rating only for the restaurant, the we had. The dinner was every day similar. Honestly. There was always one dish with chicken, one dish with beef and a fish dish, sometimes even exactly prepared but with different gravy. It does not mean, it was not at all good but the diversity the man, especially with a 4 star hotel. Also here there was again show cooking, for example every day pasta with every day different sauce. Fruit as for breakfast and what the hauskonditorei so could create, who knows, perhaps the cakes a finished product. The salad bar but i was already, the was every day right, but for the vegetables is and one can really a beautiful salad making facilities. And the every day. Tip, so that it didn't get boring. Eat only one sort of meat per day. If you every day all meats were on the plate, then the food on 3. day Monotonous. The rooms were cleaned daily, the hand towels were always changed, the, for the beach. The pool was nice for relaxing. And is large enough. The pool is never crowded, since all in the sea swimming, we also. The sea is very inviting and especially for snorkelling. The complex or the island is quite big and is located in the south of the Ari atolls. It has about 2 kilometer in length and 500 metres wide. The staff is very friendly! The rooms are always well cleaned and the towels are regularly changed. In the vegetable garden are also very friendly staff.

Rooms okay but worn. Clean.

The food on our last visit 3 years ago strongly deterioated. Monotonously with little alternation. No bananas, this you had to to 26 Dollar the kilo buy. The buffet partly empty, if you came a little later no desserts. In my opinion this is intention to the rest of the restaurants on the island full capacity. A pizza about 20 Dollar, oh well... Please note: it is with high incidentals for beverages etc. To be expected.!

Staff was very friendly. English everywhere not a problem. Room cleaning perfectly. Post Austria was not delivered.

The pool was okay. Sport offer available.

We had room number 405, this was okay and clean, but already worn. Very lots of guests of russian descent, partly unpleasant situation, since real thugs including, the any confrontation out of the way went. Lots of guests asian descent with, for european standards, appalling table manners. The loungers were partly already so old, that it ' lacklos' were. But had been successively renovated and. The beach is in the northern part the island very dirty. We have daily between 10 and 15 full baby nappies counted, simply disgustingly. But also other trash from the islands was washed away-plastic bottles, wood waste a joinery, trash cans, cement bags with the label ' villa resort. Garbage at night burned, you can everywhere smell. Spa is not actively advertised, but it was very good.

Transfer was earlier indicated wasserflugzeig adventurous and interesting. With the new airport on mamigili bland, further controls and long stay in transiträumen. But has uncomplainingly worked well.

The room is ok, the furnishings but already getting old. The best is the outdoor shower. I have never seen so gladly shower ☺ It was always very clean and neat.

The restaurants are all very clean, the quality of the meals is good. The prices are for Maldives quite human. Particularly beautiful it is in the zero, a dschungelrestaurant with a tree house. But there are also negative comments, what however the hotel nothing can. Also in the restaurants behavior of the russians, as if you alone on the world.

The waiters is quite friendly. But nobody spoke german. On english you could communicate very well. Everyone is very helpful. Complaints were quickly.

The pool is in comparison to hotel newer year of construction. Normally you need it not, but it is really great. At the gangplanks you could go snorkeling and evening sharks and rays feed.

Sun Island is a relatively large island. It has in any case more influence for the day than on smaller islands. It is very clean and the staff is very kind. Unfortunately too many russians there, not to behave itself can and naturparadiese destroy.

From male we with a small plane to maamigilli flown, from there with the boat to the island. Everything was very good organized. Excursions in the hotel and the operators.

Standard room in the bungalow are with a tv, mini-bar, coffee set, air conditioning and telephone. Sanitary installations are outdated but they are well maintained. The size half the bungalows was completely enough. Daily at least twice cleaned.

In the main restaurant there was no varied food, without highlights and twice daily the same about the entire time of the stay.

All inclusive guests are foisted accounts linked, which of course not on the own budget impact. You have the feeling, that all-inclusive guests definitely not are preferred. The room was cleaned thoroughly. General sanitary facilities were constantly cleaned. On the island there is a small hospital with ärzlicher care. A personal conversation with a deskmanager over the deplorable food brought no improvements.

Sports options for everyone. From the Midget Golf (rather golfplatzgröße ) on badminton court, squash, gym, Tennis, spacious spa area, wasserspot, table tennis etc. A great diving station with the corresponding equipment is also available. Around the pool with pool bar there were pool chairs or of the pool to the 'main'. Towels are directly output on site. Entertainment on site, there are as good as not at all; in the evening in the main bar from time to time a small event in progress. There are daily at 21:00 o'clock a Sting ray-feeding and at 22:00 o'clock a shark-feeding; what i as scuba diver think is, i do not want to explain.

The standard bungalows are mittlerweie ageing. The shower is in the open, directly by a door from the bathroom, which is not really disturbing. The location the island in the south Ari atoll is fantastic. Sun Island was this year with the greenest island excellent, which i definitely confirm. We had a bungalow number 293, unfortunately 10 minutes on foot to the restaurant. The bathroom we liked, air conditioning was perfect good to rules. We had a superior bungalow. It wasn't missing anything. There was air conditioning, tv, safe, kettle, telephone, terrace and so on.

Therefore, that sun Island not the very small islands, I was on the extensive offer of the buffet more than surprised. Whoever isn't satisfied here, who want to not at all be satisfied. The (own ) waiter was always friendly and considerate. About the cleaning there is nothing to complain about.

English I would recommend, German few spoken. The staff were super friendly and with nothing to do, you get a good morning. To the dealing with complaints I cannot say anything, since we didn't have the slightest cause had, over something to complain. Bungalow was always clean, cleaning 2 times per day, beach towels 2 times per day. ( almost exaggerated)
