    Premium double room: size and the condition about 25 square meter very good, Furniture clean, flat screen tv, minibar ok, Cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom without any complaint always clean, 7 days suite: we came from astonished not out, all in marble, separate tv room with a flat screen tv, 2. flat screen tv in the living room, kingsitzbett, bathroom with shower, very big, spa bath, balcony with 2 beach chairs, 2 chairs and a table, separate toilet, everything was great!

The hotel architecture is beautifully decorated. Everything is in very good condition, very clean. In february we were, it was very many british people and the average age is 70 +. But there were also a few young people with small children. read more

    Room with a view of the sea you should treat yourself, otherwise one looks possibly on the very ugly building ruins right next to and above the hotel. Simply absurd terrible! Room was large, huge bathroom, big balcony, unfortunately never used it, as bad weather... Coffee maker was missing!

    We had half board and to have also only ate there. The food is very good overall. The appetizers in the evening buffet, but you could leave out. They were every evening a disappointment. But a lot of fresh salad, very good vegetables, meat, fish and pasta. Really delicious. Also the breakfast deserves the top marks.

    The hotel there is a lack of good management and good service. Very many small things are not 5 stars. The hotel has no face, there are many workers, trainees especially in the restaurant, but also at the front desk. All are friendly, but many are untrained. If for example the weinflasche incorrect can be opened, or the sheer cut beef tough fried, the fish 5 times is rotated with the roast... Then these things, the not in a house with so many stars be allowed to happen.

    To the airport it is 40 minutes to the sea 2 minutes, but you can bathe here at the hotel not. There are too many stones. A shuttle bus goes 3 times daily about 5 minutes to the beach or one runs in 15 minutes to the town Corralejo offers lots of restaurants with delicious food, one runs about 15 minutes we found the location of the hotel between the dunes and the town in the wintertime good. The weather was 9 days long only bad, so you are not able to swim.

Wonderful well-maintained hotel, the we already to the 3 time at the end of january visited. Everything is perfect, the welcome, the service, the best food on the Canary Islands. We are again and again impressed by this nice, relaxing hotel. This time but we did a small point of criticism to register : the pool beach chairs may by new be replaced, particularly the cushions have their form and are uncomfortable. An all around relaxing vacation. If you ever want to complain about something, then, that the butter for breakfast not open offered as the dinner buffet, but in plastic packaged and waste caused. Because the hotel environment largely writes, food, etc. Could be trash be avoided. For travellers, the for a few days a rental car to, a reservation over the hotel reception recommended (cheaper than the usual tour operators!). Booking on arrival on the homepage of the hotel possible! Also recommendable a daytrip to Lanzarote 'on own faust' and booking a rental car at the port from Playa Blanca ... (Lanzarote) for a few hours (ferry about 46, -€ per person there and back, car about 30 €). Altogether cheaper than the usual packages (ferry included island tour, etc.). read more

Perfect! There is nothing to fault. Simply brilliant! We will come back without fail. Tip book a room with a sea view, the view is amazing. Our every wish was immediately fulfilled and the care by the staff at the front desk was excellent. Without order in our opinion a birthday cake with candle to the room served! The breakfast buffet is an absolute dream. Where do you get the scrambled eggs or omelets a la minute made? Our rental car for us free verparkt and call driven up. Who luxury searches, get here luxury. The 'Singapore Sling' in the ... hotel bar is very delicious and can only be recommended. Many noteworthy details remain certainly fails, as you from the swarm not any more get out. The slippers in the evening before open bed are, the Blume in the toilet upon arrival, the welcome gift, the chocolates on the à la carte ausgesuchden pillows. Are, it is one of the many kind details the stay so wonderfully make, that one not any more home would like. read more

Beautiful exclusive 5 star hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Good to very good gastronomy. The location at the beach (rock, sand) is unbeatable-but bathing is not possible! (shuttle bus to the dunes). Next to and in front of the hotel are (unfortunately) large ugly building ruins, which the picture significantly disturb. read more

Very nice hotel with excellent cuisine, where both for breakfast, as well as evenings nothing was missing. Unfortunately surrounded of unfinished buildings or vacant buildings. A real beach is first about 3 kilometers away, and Therefore 3 time from the hotel route. read more

The hotel has the held, what we have promised. All of the positive reviews say a remaining. We had in the week our stay bad weather, but the unique atmosphere and the great hotel services have made up for it, so that we in spite of the sleazy weather a very nice holiday in a great hotel spent. We were already in very many, good hotels, this was the best. The facilities of the service, the friendliness all of the staff, the high quality of the food and the cleanliness in the whole complex are decorated to the highest expectations. ...     Top! Very clean, well furnished, comfortable beds! Big closets for us women! The bathroom left nothing to be desired! Large shower and large tub! Separate toilet and bidet! Pillows can individually be chosen! Great terrace fantastic view of the ocean and the volcanic island of lobos! Beach is lit up so that you at night as well on the sea and the gout look is!

    Pool alright! The hotel very well maintained!. The children's swimming pool 'pleasant'. Great to relax! A few couches scarcity you had to look for if you after 10 o'clock at the pool went! But not bad!

Furthermore wonderful quiet family-friendly hotel, friendly staff, good food. Unfortunately is the spa area ageing ( broken saunaliegen, molded shower heads, unkempt locker room) and is urgently in need of renovation- We are pleased that the beach area next year finally be developed (!? ) read more

Very nice holidays experienced! Nice hotel, very friendly employee, beach directly in front of the hotel not for swimming suitable as to stony slippery entrance which at the usual waves not to be crossed (lava-felsen) sand country however nice, however with appropriate walk good bathing beach available, otherwise bus transfer to bathing beach ( not used therefore quality beach unknown ) available. Very clean rooms and facilities and very friendly employee. Details could be renewed for example a shower pool area and spa were currently broken. Further working showers were however available. Certain small signs of use for example the ... spa should be for 5 stars category fixed are. Beautiful breakfast buffet. read more

We were looking for a quiet and clean hotel without all inclusive, where you really take a break from everyday life can. From the first impression we were already pleasantly surprised, this positive impression extended almost by the entire stay in the hotel. The room ( with a view of the sea) was wonderful and about 70 meters away from the sea. We felt in the two weeks really good and the stay enjoyed. Cleanliness and food absolutely great, the five stars were in any case justified. Beautiful long meal times ( breakfast and dinner three hours). The spa area ... is for our standards however only moderate, since we after the sauna no corner for relaxing found. Saunas (three piece) were good. Massages and physiotherapy treatments Were really good (perhaps a little expensive ) however ambience and expert staff during the treatment great. The Gym in the hotel was good, cardio machines a little bit/were in the morning in any case often occupied, but otherwise for all groups of muscles can are one or two device and even a few decent free weights. Two faults felt a bit disturbed. A limited number of seats at the meal times in the open, the chairs for outside was also not exactly comfortable. To 2. The beach in front of the hotel is not the straight hit. Because the hotel however a free bus transfer three times a day offer, the US about minutes to a very nice and long sandy beach brought it was for us reasonable. We are back more often at the beach back to the hotel walked (takes about 1:20) minutes, therefore we could something from the delicious food burn. All in all a very nice holiday in which we really good our recharge batteries could! read more

    Spacious rooms, with stone floor, double beds, lots of space to accommodate from clothes, suitcases, extra shoe cabinet, air conditioning silent, the balcony is equipped with 2 rattan chairs and table, swimsuits on a device hung up, a verschiebbares screens is in front of the balcony appropriate, the view of the sea and the sound at night really great!
