This was the worst and disappointing vacation, we have ever experienced. If one is french, then it is safe a lovely vacation. But when German you will not understand at all. The rooms smell disgusting, are dirty and the daily changing only means, that you new dirty towels get. Bedlinen change only with a request carried out, the safe you could steal can, because it was not installed.
The swimming pool was well laid out and the loungers reasonable, but the 3 bars in the outdoor area the pure horror.
Pool bar dirty and mostly without staff or missing drinks ... the all inclusive card, snack bar dirty and unappetizing, the next pool bar closed.
The dining room was dirty, the tablecloths from the day before, food disgusting and the same every day. Absolute use of leftovers.
The staff speaks no German, only fluent in arabic, french and 2 phrases English.
Complaints are not understood and interested also no.
Pushy tour operators of any type in the hotel.
There is no peace, constantly wants someone sell something.
Pbx frivolous, internet corner broken.
Tennis, table tennis, Midget golf, despite all inclusive extra are charged.

The hotel is mostly by vacations from France visited. The staff in the restaurant, as well as at the front desk spoke almost only French, hardly any German and very bad English.
The entertainment team consists only of French, that means for ways to spend your free time as water polo, Gymnastics etc. Are only the vacation guests from France invited, as you with better communicate! Guests from other countries as well as not at all attention!
The hotel and it's facilities are in top condition, clean and tidy and the wonderful flowers and plants just lovely. The beach section ... is rather small. Dangerous road to shower and toilets by wires and hoses, way isn't available! The so-called beach bar isn't recommendable, since this very dirty and so feels, as if it were still in the construction phase. The sea itself is wonderful with endless lots of different blue.
Altogether for us it was despite all a very nice and relaxing vacation as a couple. read more

A really beautiful hotel for a cheap price, with a huge, very well maintained pool ( and separate shallow pool with slide), in the middle of of a beautiful garden in the everywhere the possibility stock, loungers to set up.
The offered food was very big and the dishes tasty, especially the dessert area with a large selection of delicious cakes and tarts, as well as fresh fruit. Since we booked all inclusive had, was practically around the hour the possibility in any corner of the hotel to take a little too, and the food and drinks were against our ... expectation really of high quality.
The way to the very clean and beautiful beach section of the hotel is approximately 400 meters and with a trolley be completed, the every 30 minutes at the hotel entrance leaves.
The hotel has it's own, clean spa & wellness area, but we except for a massage ( recommendable!) was not tested.
Whoever complained here must either more money on the table or should another holiday travel, perhaps generally a higher standard or where a waiter/ gardener eTC. More than etwa 150 Euro. This one should always bear in mind when the professionalism or friendliness of the staff is being criticized. read more

We really liked the hotel, since we outside of the holidays were, we had the really beautiful pool almost always completely just for us:-)
The beach we found unfortunately not so convincing, since we very many seaweeds at the beach had, but the large pool area convinced.
We had a family room with a separate bedroom, the by the size was optimal.
From the cleanliness the hotel complex we were positively surprised, we would have in Afrika with smaller downsides expected, but it wasn't so, everything was clean and no bugs. read more

We were 1 week to the hotel, it has pleased us everything very well. We were already in many good bad hotels. Vincci was really OK. One must be naturally also the price the you paid. Many write the hotel is not well or a renovation needs, forget the price. Many do not want pay but a top quality. We can this hotel highly recommend. Everything was OK, of course, there are better hotels but the price and the quality probably OK. Four star the hotel has certainly deserves. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. General people in ... Djerba okay were. If we go back to Tunisia would go we would have not a problem back to vincci to book. All the say the hotel or the staff is not good is only Quastsch.

Furthermore recommendable! With the usual country downsides, the free Wi-Fi front desk was for me a large plus point. The predominant French audience helps the offer of the meal. The beach should more often cleaned. The rooms are for their age (13 years ) reasonable only the electronic lock failed with me altogether 6 times so I magnetic-triped anytime again encode had to be left open or the card ultimately replaced. The 400 meters to the beach I think for the price also okay, for disabled give it a Shuttlebimmelbahn, I'm planning the Vicci Djerba department again for my next ... visit Djerba. read more

A bit ageing hotel.
The staff are very hard, however seemed the whole atmosphere a bit dated.
The food was very good, particularly the cakes were very delicious.
The towels in the room were in a taupe tone, certainly even know was,
But over the years probably never bleached or replaced.
To over 90% the hotel was by French guests occupied, the very pleasant suffer.
Itself low season there was a good animation program, especially for children.
In spa area an extensive, but nothing special inexpensive spa program offered.
In short: there were clearly better hotels, however of the good ... value for money quality defects accept. read more

My overall 8 weeks vacation in the hotel i had nothing to complain about. The friendliness and the service are hard to beat. The animation is not too obtrusive and noisy, the evening entertainment sometimes interesting. The long way to the beach is easy to reach and is in the season with a railway free overcome.
The value for money is ok. Will gladly again there something in winter. read more

The very good price performance ratio I can confirm now to my four in ten years will continue. The guests are mostly from France, Belgium and Italy, Germans were in the minority, but it seems the food was rather good. The entertainers are very willing to make an effort without being intrusive. read more

You can tell, that in the hotel since opening nothing more has been done (renovation, etc.). Staff was very nice and endeavored, but I would recommend the tour operators, your hotel category herabzustufen, is never four stars value. Also I would advise all, the visit in the near future this hotel, etc. sagrotan on board, as the sanitary areas cannot be bad (had traces of urine from the previous guests in the bathroom, beds were with dirty sheets on dirty mattresses). I know, that you in the countries must make reductions, but a certain cleanliness was not too much ... to ask. If you're plagued is herpes, should appliances carry forward, since the dishes was dirty. Otherwise the country and its people are seeing or very nice. read more

If you fly in the soup, one will find it. I found none. The glass is half full or half empty. For me it was half full. If you want something to complain about, it certainly. If I want to speak German, I'll stay at Germany, where many of the staff in the hotel were powerful the German language, differently than we, could we a Arab:-)The only thing I really can complain about, the beach chairs on the beach. This would have to be renewed urgently times. But otherwise. Thumbs up. I would stay here again. A tip. Visited ... the beach of Laguna restaurant. Heavenly. By taxi for little money to reach. I forgot: there are very few German guests in the area former. But it was for me correct! read more

The hotel vincci resort is recommendable for a seaside holiday. The rooms are large, well appointed and quiet. The hotel area was well-kept and nicely,
Garden laid out. The staff was very nice and courteous.
Very many French and Belgian guests. French language skills are of advantage. The beach section is rather small and the many horses and camels at the beach often dirty. Many dealers and vendors. read more

Very positively surprised we were with the friendliness of the hotel staff, the Tunisian population and living punctuality. Our family room (. September. Bedroom and balcony number 1491) was in the immediate vicinity of the disco-but we had no problems with the sleep. The excursions from the hotel or over the tour assistance we can only recommend it. All inclusive really means in this case to almost any time of the day well be supplied. Grill and pasta stations, dessert buffet and Tunisian specialities from the clay culinary wishes fulfilled.
A final comment; if the act was not self-evident, you ... should avoid public markets. Otherwise get these trips to a gauntlet. We will probably love to go back. read more

on the whole nothing to fault. Service friendly and helpful. It is like the saying :' what forest calls, so it is love zurück' German guests, your Language is not everywhere in the centre. One is nice the Tune Greeks, they are also nice to you. If you know how to fight, you can also as a single person Madam there.
