Mondo Eden is located in the middle in the center from Antwerp. This has the advantage that you everywhere on foot within walking distance ( train station, zoo, bars and so on). The downside is however the atmosphere around the hotel and the parking spaces. In front of the hotel at the street fantastic (of 22 until 9 o'clock free). On the Diamantparkplatz 50 meters from the hotel for 12 euro per day or in the narrow underground car park from the hotel for 20 euro per day ( Respect for VW T5 bus not purely!). In the hotel there ... are 2 elevators, whereas it with the times annoying, always the bell from the elevator in the room to hear. Breakfast was very rich, newspapers lay out.
Wi-Fi was free, was at times better or worse, depending on the room. In the lobby it was always good. Two German television channel ( ARD, ZDF). All rooms have air conditioning, you also used to heat.
Traffic in Antwerp is terrible, especially if yet couple streets be built and the streets then be amended. read more

Suitable for a city break; longer stay could the relative narrow Leiden. Breakfast reasonable. In good 5 minutes to the train station; the town center is also reached quickly. read more

Hotel Mondo Eden Antwerp (formerly called Sandton Hotel) is just a stone's throw away from the Keyserlei, located between the Central Station and the Diamond Exchange near the Diamond Parking. It is situated at a dull and rather quiet street, about 300 mtrs. from the Meir shopping street (a place to avoid). The really nice shops are in the Meir’s neighbourhood. The hotel has its own parking, but you have to realize that parking in Antwerp is very expensive. The best is to go to a Park & Ride where you can park for free and take the tram to ... the city centre (eg. Metropolis; tram 6 brings you to Astrid Square, the Central Train station). With reference to public transport is the hotel perfectly situated. Be aware that entering the hotel it still bears its old name Sandton. The hotel has 66 rooms spread over 5 floors, and there are 2 elevators.
From the lobby you reach the breakfast room, where in the morning a warm/cold breakfast buffet is served. read more
