Magnificent room! Large! Clean! Nice! Ps: yes, there is no toilet brush!

Quality, quantity and taste were very good! No complaints! With us the food was warm (because the guests the büfettpfannen after picking the portion again and again properly closed had-and it was again and again fresh yours). The selection was varied and the menu varied. There was also sushi time and for the vegetarians in our group was extra a great spaghetti dish created (for a small tip of course ☺ the desserts were delicious! In the morning we even a hot chocolate get, the actually not for buffet is. Breakfast was it was delicious-a bit european. There is something for everybody - from the honey to the eggs. The drinks were cool-we are from the chilled machine ourselves' tap ',. Glasses, silverware and so on. Were clean and sufficiently available. It had no one in our group diarrhea or vomiting (you know, that neither salad or gewaschenes fruit food, nor with the tap water your teeth!). Unfortunately, there were only three songs in the restaurant - the we knew it by heart. The service was not always the aufmerksamste. For this price we would have liked but also completely self service. The guys have really tilled - from the morning until the evening! Therefore only a tiny deduction! You could also against money à-la-carte eat out - but the all-inclusive buffet was great, there one needs the not necessarily!

Most of the staff were friendly, could also something german, english anyway. There is a departure on the speed and the willingness to bring drinks (especially after eating in marsa club house)-it was only against enough tip efficient and friendly... Our room was always very clean. The hand and bath towels were also clean. Coffee and tea in the room, were again and again refilled, got daily two new bottles of water into the room provided.

There was also a tennis court, but who likes the with the heat already use - especially, if you are such a wonderful reef for snorkelling directly in front of the door. Yoga and water aerobics were good and the entertainers anyway not really pushy! Music by the pool was from and quite loud, disco and music were not to our taste, but one point of criticism. The loungers and mats, as well as beach towels stayed in the pool area also great. The chairs at the beach were easily uncomfortable and umbrellas not zuklappbar. For this the atmosphere is at the beach nice-as: beach holiday.

If we the reviews from july/august 2012 to look at, we ask ourselves, whether we in the same hotel were... We had a great stay. Perhaps result the worst reviews however, from the low season, or simply that, that some guests more or less sensitive than others ☺ Al we after a Nile-cruise in the hotel arrived, we saw a really nice lobby and grounds. The resort overall is appealing and inviting! The lighting in the evening looks great, the grounds are efficient by gardener. There are also the employees always scurrying and works, so that everything was beautiful-even with lower occupancy in the low season the staff was so very busy. We can therefore imagine, that the employees in the high season overburdened and after an 18-hour day annoying can be - especially, when the tourists also on every stain on the table from the previous guest complain about... Obviously, it is now time to the visitors, the terrible attitude. I believe: dirt and smell at the pool bar (what we in another review read)?! Hello? What can because the hotel/the staff but, if some your body not have in the grasp? As is clear, that the pool 5 times per day discharged must-and as an employee with mini-salary and 18-hour day i on such nasty guests also no bock more... But well! With us jederfalls there was neither smell nor puke or excrement or in the pool - we just behave properly and our business at the places in our room taken care of (as we were not up to the unconsciousness drunk had, we have 30 meters to to the room without any problems back-and no toilet by the pool required) ;-p

Wonderful! The reef of the hotel was really great! We booked the snorkeling loved! It could also easily with the sataya reef compete, on which we (unnecessary) trip had booked (unfortunately no dolphins!). The beach daily 'tidied up' and cleaned. The pier for snorkelling and also the beach are now really easy to reach! In the ' arcade ' in the hotel there is as well a few stores and a pharmacy, the the basics have. Action recommended! We have FTI from a quad bike tour through the desert and was positive feedback about booked. The was great! There are other excursions-but the snorkelling at the reef of the hotel was the best! The airport is though not far away, but we have only two planes perceived as we at the beach there was, was not intrusive.

Big room, very nice, 2 huge beds, seating area, desk, minibar, large tv, safe, mini bar, kettle, coffee, tea, large bathroom with bathtub. For us it gave here nothing to complain about. Our room was below with a terrace, a couch, table and two chairs.

The food was very good, rather typical for the country, but we were also in Egypt, the waiters were always very concerned, everything was always clean.

Everyone was very friendly, whoever could speak english, is however a clear advantage, but you can communicate. Room was cleaned thoroughly, thanks to Ali. We needed a doctor, the quite quickly there was. A hospital is in the immediate proximity, we unfortunately had to make use of, i on the first day broken the foot ☺ from the hotel i got even a wheelchair ☺

Large pool area, what the pictures not at all that can be seen, enough good beach chairs, cushions and umbrellas, every day fresh towels. Entertainment not intrusive.

After a week Nile-cruise where we with the ship were not happy, at the this hotel then everything again well done. The front part the hotel was still under construction, of which one however nothing heard. Everything was very clean, we had all-inclusive, what in our opinion was very good. Mixed guest structure, all age groups were there, lots of italians, east europeans, few children.

The hotel is situated right at the sea. Marsa Alam Airport is 5 minutes away, still no aircraft noise. For people, the outside the hotel want to do something, rather isolated. But it didn't bother us. Excursions were offered by the tour operator, but these are in our opinion way too expensive.

Rooms were very tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows however very habituation needy. Water heater with cups, tea, coffee sugar etc. Was replenished daily. In all-inclusive premium (golden bracelet) you could even the beverages in the fridge use without in addition to pay. What i particularly enjoyed, we had a premium guest the possibility our clothes in the laundry service available, so i went with a suitcase clean laundry flew home.

The offer the food was very rich, but i must admit, that i palatability often disappointed. It looked mostly better than it was in reality.

After we a week on the shelly boat a Nile-cruise did, us this hotel compensated for much The employees were very hard, the complex very clean.

Hotel area was very extensive and very well-kept. It is still fairly attached. From construction noise was absolutely nothing to hear. The aircraft noise no trace and the, although the airport only a few minutes away is. I give times 5 suns for the hotel - outside the hotel i can't rate, since we didn't use it

Room was very big. Facilities: hair dryer, tv, safe, kettle with tea & coffee. Daily fresh water into the room brought. wireless Cleanliness was okay. In of the toilet you could have been better cleaned.

Every day there was a good choice of food. It was always freshly prepared. Restaurant very clean. Kitchen is not really adapted to the german taste aligned but you always find something delicious.

Very friendly staff. With complaints they helped immediately. German is spoken rather seldom.

Entertainment by the pool was very good. Daily water aerobics, yoga, dance, water polo and so on. Pool area was clean and always enough space available, staff again and again and ask, whether one something to drink would like.

Completely everything was very good. Well-kept complex, very nice staff, good entertainment. Is something for everyone in terms of food. But it was a shame, that you because of the wind and high waves not on the reef for snorkelling. Were then but trip 'blue trip' the recommendable is. Conclusion: i would the hotel every time again theb, because for a quick break in the winter is the hotel perfect.

Outside of the hotel there is nothing. The only possibility for 7,50 Euro after port ghalib to drive. Your beautiful small city. There were enough shopping possibilities.

The room had a very good facilities. 2 armchair, table, 2 chairs and desk, ample closets, free safe, lcd tv with 4 german programs. Bathroom also very big, towel change every day. Cleanliness was alright.

Only a buffet restaurant and a lobby bar. There were snacks at midday, not the beach bar, but very little of the pool bar. Drink selection was very well arranged, unfortunately the wine was always warm. Food was of a 3 star hotels. If the livekochenstand (noodles) always in such a way the 10-15 guests lined up, were the other food not asked. Salad and dessert buffet were soeit alright.

Service is friendly, but the language skills (englisch/deutsch) had their limits, one was not really understood. Reception was alright (german). Room cleaning very well and punctually.

The hotel is nothing for guests with weak bladder, why? The beautiful beach (in 2 floors) has only at the end a toilet (2 toilet), but the whole area no toilet, this is in the main building ( 3 toilet) and is also for the dining hall area undelegated. You should always to into the room create. The pool area is very nice, unfortunately the bar is under the level, it must always bend if you have a drink to have would like.

Private beach, very nice designed, but the sandy beach only goes to waterline, afterwards stones, not for swimming, but only for snorkelling with beach shoes. The pool is heated and very big. The hotel is remote, no shopping nearby.

The room was large, spacious, well equipped, also regarding the hygiene and toiletries. The bed we found than getting used to. A 2. blanket we got without any problems.

There is a restaurant, a bar in the main building. The beach bar was in the winter rather only a beverage bar. The restaurant at the beach, with a view of the sea was in our travel time unfortunately not in use. The pool bar was okay. In the evening we sat in of the lobby, had free wireless internet, but the signal strength was somewhat, but the e-mails you could get. The atmosphere was very good. Particularly the bartender Sami we noticed by its quick, prudent service on. He spread always in a good mood. The beverages were served quickly.

Friendliness is largely written. The staff in the rule english was spoken, some could also speak german. There was a rep for service. It was at any time attainable and is equipped with the guests in contact entered. Our room was always very clean and neat.

The pool area was large, clean and well maintained. The water aerobics was fun. Otherwise the entertainment not involved. It is a shame, that raben on the pool their traces. Otherwise were the cushions on the chairs very comfortable. There were large bath towels, you constantly change.

The hotel complex is generously designed, spacious and very nice to look at. The homes are good. It is so, as at sonnenklar tv presented. The food was the swimming pool. Even if the heated pool only 1.10 meters deep had, you could well in the morning swim. The swimming pool is larger than the first impression thinks. Everything was very clean and tidy, but you can tell on the upholstery seating but the wear. The bed was very hard, you first had to get used to it. The food was good. To all meals were also certain dishes freshly in the restaurant prepared. For dinner were the tables nicely decorated, for breakfast not really. We were disappointed from the beach bar, it was rather a beverage bar.

The hotel is directly at the beach, has a bar into the sea inside. Baden needs getting used to. But you can from the pier into the water and snorkelling, which did not work, when the black flag waved. Nearby there is a lagoon. It is sheltered from the wind and you can snorkel. A tauchschle is also. Erreichbat 10 minutes walk at the beach along. Shopping possibilities were limited, but who wants to spend a beach holiday large shopping? The floughafen was maximum 10 minutes away from hotel. Excursions were offered. We have a ride on the glass bottom boat made. A very nice experience. Otherwise lann you to Luxor, what very recommendable is, but Luxor we stayed at the last year visited.

A good size room overlokking the pool. Coffee and tea facitities , fridge , TV , telephone. Building in good condition.

3 restaurants , 2 bars. Food in main resaurant was good and varied. The food in the 2 al a carte was excellent.

All members of staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms kept very clean and tidy.

All entertainers and animation team worked very hard.

On the beach, airport very close. Only one place to go Port Ghalib which is nice quiet few hous out.

To the airport no 5 minutes-but no aircraft noise in the hotel Next place far away, so that the life in the hotel and on excursions limited Walks at the beach are possible and lead to neighboring hotels

Food was good and varied. This hotel is the value for money.

The service at the hotel bar was perfect. All very accommodating and friendly. The manager for all of the bars is responsible (bald african-american man) was the whole day. Not even a hello or how are you. Here his staff thankfully not oriented.

Music by the pool too loud. It echos through the whole area. Pool absolutely great!
