The hotel consists of a main building and from a side building. The cleanliness in the hotel is excellent! For the most part were German guests in the hotel, a few french and a few russians. From babies to retirees everything was to be found. We really enjoyed that. read more

    We have a room without view of the sea booked. We had the room on the 5th floor and on the Grifid Bolero looked. It was very quiet. The balcony all hollywood rocking chairs (except unfortunately on the 5th floor). Smoke is on the balcony not allowed. The whole hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We had not a problem, there we anyway the whole day and evening outside were. The rooms are high modern decor. A mini bar is included ( with beer, beer with lemon and grapefruit, water, Cola, Fanta). And if you for example more beer instead of water like, you have to only at the front desk notice.

    There is a main restaurant, a à la carte restaurant, a pool bar, a beach bar and a salon bar. In the main restaurant there were theme evenings ( for example Italy, Bulgaria, China etc.) the food was always varied, warm and very tasty. When you go out to eat, you will be personally to his place. You will be asked, how many persons want to eat, and, whether one inside or outside to eat would like. With us the waiters noticed, where we would like to sit, so they tried to allow us every day there to sit. At the three bars you get everything, what you want. Because of the ultra -all inclusive we got really everything and not through some local drinks.

    Such a great service my girlfriend and I have never seen before. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist greeted upon arrival. It was explained to us, where we in the hotel find, when the restaurant can be used, where we snacks to take us, etc. On the way there I unfortunately notice, that my combination lock on suitcase is defective, so I suitcase not to make could. I went to receptionist and described her the case. She phoned immediately with the maintenance man. It was within estimated 30 seconds with me and the castle cracked. Otherwise was inadvertently the key card broken. This was immediately without to moan replaced. Quite on the contrary! There was even a smile. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. We had every day a very clean room. Otherwise was every day our bed nicely decorated I would like to mention, that everyone speaks German.

    Animation children's entertainment the vistamar offers. The entertainers were super nice and tried hard. We were always asked, whether we want somewhere to attend. They were but not pushy. Quite on the contrary. Evenings were different shows. A music quiz, a dance performance, once bingo... etc. This show is taking place, where the salon bar is, so that during the shows also comfortably to sit and which can drink. At the beach and at the pool are enough sunbeds ( with cushions) and sun screens available. In case you at the beach no pool chair immediately finds, one can adhere gladly to one of the 'beach staffs ' shall apply. The takes care of the loungers.     The airport transfer took in about 30 minutes and back an hour and a half. Directly in front of the hotel can a promenade long run. Here you find shops ( for example shoe shops, clothes shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, pubs, casico etc.). Discos there is also. In October the but already closed. If one party would like must one in the summer to the gold beach drive. Excursions if one does not have so many. You could on on a day trip to Nessebar make, a route after varna... But much more besides give it there not.

We have recommendation for this hotel decided. We weren't disappointed! In spite of the late travel time ( in October the season is almost over.) we were greeted with a friendly service cared for. The kompl. Staff were anxious us each desire from the lips.! We had a room in the 5th floor with a view of the sea, incredibly clean and beautiful. The beach was great, if not always very clean ( cigarettes, cups and so on \u263a ). Chairs and umbrellas were for us always available, no matter what time you're at the beach went. It ... is a small piece further. The food was good, the restaurant excellent. Something there for every taste. The animation was not pushy, we have but not used. The area was already a little in the bedroom, but we didn't mind. Apart from that ( in the season) you can certainly super much undertake. In short: great holiday, gladly again at any time! read more

    In october only geisterstand. Most hotels have closed. The shops, restaurants, bars and recreational activities on the promenade and in the rest of the gold beach are except for a few few nailed up and locked for the winter. Not much for partygoers but nice and quiet for the relaxing holiday. The city varna is just by bus or taxi to reach.

The whole hotel was full of pensioners. Every evening there was the same program. 3 days long was missing the bottle opener in the room. The water and pool was much colder than the sea. The pool in general had already better days. The beach was not very clean and everywhere there were cigarette butts around. Half of the umbrella and chairs were defect. The guide was hardly to be seen. The promised bus after Albena was not. The nicest were the black sea and the weather. People rather drive on the Sonnenstrand. There are the hotels many beautiful and ... new and the beach on Miramar is totally clean. read more

The hotel is a rather small hotel at the gold beach, but definitely no disadvantage is. We had all-inclusive and therefore food and drink at all times available. The hotel is very clean and the employees are very hard. There are mostly German tourists available, why many of the employees the coerced in German. read more

    The size of the room and furnishings were completely sufficient. With a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a desk, a small couch and coffee table, small wastebaskets, large wardrobe, hammock with a table and beautiful large bathroom is everything available what your heart desires. Furthermore there are a mini bar, which filled up every day is, an in-room safe, which with 59 leva for 10 days is quite favorable, a hair dryer, a tv and a telephone. The food is very good and varied, however was missing to us sometimes a little bit of spice. As soon as a tray was empty, was a service staff member immediately and filled it back to. As a highlight there were every day, both in the morning, at noon, as well as evenings somewhat completely fresh. In the morning times smoothies or freshly squeezed juices, lunch angedünstetes vegetables and evenings fresh sliced meat. Every 2a 3. evening there was' themes' like for instance asia or bulgarian.

    Service is really great. Everyone strives to please and always friendly. When we arrived in the night we had to initially in a different room, but we were immediately versicherteam next day in another to come. The bags are a to the room brought. As compensation for the room changing we got a basket with apology. The rooms were always really clean and the housekeeperinnen have everyday something new with towels and cover solution (a rose, a hare, a turtle and so on). In the hotel a hairdresser offered, which really is cost-effective.

    The animation was brilliant. It was definitely never boring. With various sport and offered to entertainment, from volleyball and soccer until water aerobics, Zumba or kickboxaerobic, is something there for everyone.     As the hotel by the beach is must one only over the beach promenade. From the 'party street' is one so far away, that you are as good as nothing easier. Around 20 minutes away on foot and one is live. Opposite the hotel is a small bar, the laguna bar, with nightly live music. Along the promenade are small stalls with souvenirs, clothes and other souvenirs. Properly shop to be able one must however after varna and the best in the grand mall.

We had a lot of fun in Bulgaria and lived in a great hotel with great location! If again Gold beach, then go to Grifid Vistamar! Friendly, competent staff. Great service and expertise! A small way in the 'party', nevertheless peaceful location! Optimal the hotel's own beach with beach bar. What a bit annoying is the entertainment and the live music directly opposite the hotel, every evening for hour... :-( We have a party vacation with friends and come would gladly come again here back. read more

    we stayed at arrival a room in the main building in the 5th floor. Previously I had two e-mails to the hotel written, so we were given the apartment on the 5th floor. The view of the sea breathtaking was. ;-) also the furnishing has a substantially better quality. The bathroom is huge and very nice. The price for the safe is 68 leva for two weeks. It is a little unfortunately, it is not included in the price is. Wi-fi for the room is for 24 hours useful life 15 leva, for 12 hours 10 leva. The reception quality is very good.

Transfer time to the airport, about 30 minutes. There are numerous purchase- and entertainment possibilities, if you from the hotel right down, the way there is approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot. With the small railroad cost a simple travel for 2 persons 6 leva, this stops after a request by the push of a button everywhere.

    We stayed at arrival a room in the main building in the 3rd floor. Previously I had two e-mails to the hotel written, unfortunately could these because of the high incoming mailflut not be taken into account, so that we-as originally requested - no room in the new building were given. On the next day we could us however a room on the 6th floor in the new building and were immediately moved, since the view of the sea breathtaking was. ;-) Furthermore are the rooms in the new part also enormous bigger and and you can see and smell the new state. Also the furnishing has a substantially better quality. The bathroom is huge and very nice, unfortunately lack however a few small places to put things. The price for the safe is 49 leva for one week. It is a little unfortunately, it is not included in the price is. Wi-fi for the room is for 24 hours useful life 15 leva, for 12 hours 10 leva. The reception quality is very good.

From the location and the beach the hotel is fine. But by the immediate proximity to the surrounding bars ( loud music until late in the night) and proximity to neighbor hotel ( loud generators and and departing buses day and night It was in the rooms despite multiple change very loud. read more

A great hotel with a variety of food and drinks. A wide selection at the buffet so that something there for every taste was. There were also every day a highlight. Big room, only the walls are a bit bare. Top of course the short way to the beach. Unfortunately it was only in September the pool bar already at 20:00 o'clock was closed. The hotel is really can only be recommended. It was for us no reason to complain. It must however say, if you are going to the 25 September in this area (gold beach) travels, you should be aware, that the first supermarkets already removed and the variety of possibilities to buy significantly limited is, there are a lot of vendors stalls already close. Close to the hotel there is a monastery in the rocks, this is very worth seeing and you can wonderful through a hiking trail in the forest back hiking. read more

It is very nice, has a beautiful pool area with integrated pool bar and all of the staff were at any time friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean, the food really very diverse and good. If you, as we all inclusive-plus bay need at any time to be concerned about eating and drinking -it is always the possibility available, to 'fatten'. There are after a week a few pound more of course inevitable-) In the basement there is a very well maintained spa area with a nice pool, two different saunas, a wonderful relaxation room and a small ..., with modern devices equipped fitness room. read more

    We had a room on the ground floor, with a view of the car park. That was certainly not the best location, but it was all clean and was cleaned daily. On each balcony there was a small table and a hammock, where you can get nice comfortable to sit. The content of the mini bar was free of charge and was every day replenished. In the bathroom was a hair dryer and integrated in the living room was a flatscreen tv on the wall. 5 German television channel there was also. Air conditioning is available and works. A safe could one for converted 25 Euro rent.

Great hotel, pleasant and always helpful employee. The food was varied and very delicious, much praise goes to the chefs. The staff were always cooperative and very friendly, if you had a request they have always tried a possibility to find. The hotel of 100% recommendation, we would in any case book this hotel again, however not in September there the weather in the week for us only a whole sunny days had. The new building, right in front the left, is even better Equipped, has however 8 floors and that is too high for us. In the lower area Were no rooms / suites available. My friends and I had a lot of fun in the hotel and also outside of it. Recommendable is the quad safari, as well as the trip to Nessebar. The staff in the hotel are all very friendly and accommodating. It is always everywhere very very clean. The prices outside from the hotel for German brilliant Cigarettes cost for example only half of what you in Germany cost. But also a meal with drinks in a restaurant is very convenient. Souvenirs there was plentiful and everything was very cheap. Compare Bulgaria for example with the Turkey, then it is, that ... the production quality in Bulgaria better and the prices below. Were very positively surprised. The hotel crosses at a price-performance -comparison in any case very good. Complainers there will always be. We were satisfied all around. If you Ballermann flair searches must about 1 kilometer walk or with the small railroad go. However end of September is in the evening already some or many restaurant empty. For people who want to relax a good travel time. Pleasant temperatures for the beach, for swimming and for strolling. You don't need annoying air conditioning. read more
