I myself, was with my girlfriend for 5 days in this beautiful hotel. We were at the front desk very friendly greeting and in our rooms brought. The room features a bath tub, tv and wonderful balcony! The food was very tasty & varied. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the in the restaurant and at the bar! With us was unfortunately still no animation, but by the pool is a amphitheater, very beautifully built! The pool inside and outside is very beautiful built.! The value for money was perfect. Grand Ring hotel? Gladly again anytime. read more

The hotel has a quick, friendly and accommodating staff, with unfortunately only minimal English. Food, typical of the country well, in many variations, there is a rich selection. In a week very comfortable. Another visit in planning. read more

Annoyed (probably: badly trained and overburdened), neglectful staff at the front desk, neither English nor German speaking. The opposite of hospitality. Room fustian, dingy, no nachttischlampen (!), service: non-existent. Mostly Czech and Russian tourist. read more

    Little, from us definitely not desired. There is a excellent and very recommendable spa in the hotel with professional, client-oriented and flexible staff in a very pleasant atmosphere. If you stay in the grand ring lands, should the spa not to be missed.
