Medium size hotel ( room 100+ ), well entertained with inner courtyard and pool. In early autumn durchmischtes audience, both for nations such as age. After 24 o'clock it was in the hotel but always mostly quiet, however unfortunately not in the area, oh well! Enough big rooms (no carpet thank god ) and really clean. Friendly staff, helpful. Have half board booked: breakfast as well as dinner were plentiful and delicious. Here the only real point of criticism: too few variety. Was perhaps on the off-season and reduced number due, but nevertheless a shame. read more

    With exception a refrigerator has the room everything that was needed. Rather a small closet for the clothes. The double room is big enough for 2 people with a small balcony ( we were lucky and could sea see ). it was every day cleaned and- in case requested the towels changed.

    A larger essaal, but good is subdivided, and therefore not so great is. Clean. Quality- breakfast and dinner-good, however little variety. Partly pub meals, partly otherwise 'Western' food, but always with a Spanish touch, good Sunday menu adequate and pricewise okay. bar on the ground floor with friendly service.

    accommodating staff. Never pushy. Foreign languages skills ( German and English ) varied, all in all but OK. cleaning of the rooms spotless. here the best: I idiot I wedding ring in room safe was forgotten, and these only on the return trip noticed. My request by email has shown, the ring of the staff and me-after payment of €5 for the dispatch then sent back. For so much honesty: 5 stars

    We were in the late season. Only limited offer at entertainment. the pool and the area are clean and in October also not crowded anymore.

    on foot 5 minutes to the beach as well as to callela purchase-and promenade. Sufficient purchase- as well as possibilities the catering in callela. the hotel is with both flight Barcelona airport to calella ( in the hotel explore! ) as well as with car reachable (Einstellhalle against payment ). excursions: with local train in around 60 minutes after Barcelona center (Placa de Catalunya ). With car also worth it a trip to Girona or Montserrat.

    staff is opposite the younger guests totally unfriendly, we have about 2 hours after our arrival in the hotel the first warning get, as we on the balcony too loud entertained have! During the week 3 further warnings consequences, as well as numerous threats to throw us out of the hotel! also other people are not allowed in our rooms even if from our hotel!

If you want to spend your holiday in calella, you should definitely go to blue. Compared to the other three star hotels, is Mar Blau clearly the best! It could have deserved four stars. The food, the location and the price/performance ratio is ausgezeichnetet. A small drawback was there was only the dining room, as it was sometimes too few tables. The very good quality of the food but more than made up for it. Mar Blau in Cala millor was rather a family hotel, but still it is in a great central location, to the next shopping possibilities are ... few meters away, as well as with the discos. To the beach it is a bit further, about a five-minute walk, but with the strong class of the hotel is only recommendable Mar Blau! read more

The hotel didn't deserve four stars, we can recommend very good, good transport links, the city, here's a tip: the rent is just a rental car, if one day before the car the one ordered, in this case, an Opel Astra, and the next day, with another car, then half an hour late, then you pass for the car should pay a Mietkaution. In this case, we are with the train to Barcelona, groups ticket 25.50 euros for the whole day there and back. If you want to eat pizza I can only recommend this: Don Carlos is located ... in the city center and Marina, these are the best pizzeria there. read more

We would only recommend the hotel! It is in all areas were clean, well appointed, and the food is very tasty. The hotel has three stars really deserved. Only up to about 400-450 meters beach is unfortunately. read more
