very new hotel, which is in the middle of the old town is located. The hotel was completely renovated and 2009 newly opened. It has 57 rooms and therefore seemed very comfortable and informal. Both the rooms, the breakfast area, as well as the pool very clean and well maintained. We do not have any dirt, wear or something like that seen. The guest structure was mixed. Too many couples ( without children) from Germany, France and the Netherlands. Super modern facilities for Disabled guests.

Tastefully decorated hotel in an excellent location in the center of Seville's old town. Quiet, small alley without passing traffic, just a few steps away from the Cathedral and the best bars and pubs. But attention: sometimes no natural light in the rooms (if rooms facing the courtyard), very small dark room, poorly cleaned/maintained (dirty bedsheets, dirt under the bed etc. ), Granitumrandungen in the bathrooms is extremely stained, although the hotel is relatively new. Incredible clairaudient in the house, quiet sleep with earplugs only possible. Unfriendly and incompetent staff at the front desk. Water in the pool cloudy and ... with oil film on the surface. Unpleasant UPs in the pool and patio area.
