Hotel with 120 rooms, very well maintained, the rooms vary in size and also from the ages were mixed and large. Wi-fi available, tons of channels.     Very good versatile breakfast buffet including juicer for apples and carrots. Gebäckvielfalt, characterised by the many franz. Guests, Baguette, croissants... Several dining rooms in different sizes and facilities, rather rustic and modern. You get on the 1. day a table, the for breakfast and in the evening is. Lunch buffet, as the afternoon snack also in bathrobes can be accessed. Service staff very attentive and friendly. Drink prices as a part of, you can for 20 euros also update for soft drinks, the whole day coffee and tea, in the evening a bottle of wine etc. With children will probably be expected. For my needs would half board rich, additionaly, as dinner mostly (main course) served (4-5-current ), is however so naturally pleasant...

    Friendly welcome, that we do not have the right room, was probably at the tour operator (hofer), still tried hard finding an acceptable solution. Understated but thorough cleaning. Private spa for children. Ski rental.

    Spa spacious, divided in textiles and naked area, A concession to the many french, all multi-lingual signs (some can not read), sauna area and a mountain lake from 16 years, worries but unfortunately nobody to comply with. Private area for children, enough relaxation rooms, and beach chairs. Tea, juices in the sauna area, dried fruit and nussmix including plenty of towels. Two pool, one of from 7.30 open. Very friendly staff, special thanks at Doris for their enthusiasm. Spa spacious, but not very cheap.

    From the highway easy to get to, easy ski slope right in front of the hotel. Next size town-black - on foot about 20 minutes with all shopping and lovely old town. Daily hotelbusfahrten in the area to different attractions. Parking limited available, some guests parking just in front of the entrance, is no matter, garage costs per day 3 euros.

Garage/possibilities to park: few parking spaces available, garage is subject to a charge! We had to several times on a distant parking avoid. All of us have ever visited 4-5 stars hotels have enough free (also garage) places in. Wi-fi: is not included in the price! (?) Okay, we are the (excursions plan, opening hours etc.) But surflimit 50 megabyte, then you will be thrown out and a new register is necessary. Laborious!-( Restaurant: for vegetarians no to very little choice, when ask about ingredients we encounter ignorant views, quality the ingredients were not satisfactory. Flexibility not very ... important. Restaurant marshal very nice and friendly, however for vegetarians also very limited Bar service poor, if you want to order, you need patience. Apart from that: big hotel, very clean, very noisy at night by various events in the house, staff generally friendly, bar & restaurant was the 'comfort-feeling ' not very big and the mini bar is empty, only to order and with the room service. The hotel offers very much, but partly the feeling, with rush a bit overburdened are. Four star sup feel like you are in the comparison with visited hotels (for example gmachl in Bergheim) different. read more

The hotel schwarzbrunn is very big. It is very often also by franz. Bus travel groups visited. This fact makes the hotel very busy and the flair a 4 star wellness hotel is unfortunately not given. read more

    We had a double room booked. The room has normal standard. But was the bathroom very small and already very worn. Partly missing tiles.

    The food was very good. For breakfast there were normal standard. Nothing special but it was enough. What disturbed me were these sweetened billigsäfte. At lunch there was a great buffet. In the evening there was buffet or menu. The restaurant was in different divided into areas. Some areas very cute small. We had to unfortunately in the large area food, there it was very noisy and uncomfortable. At the buffet was unfortunately not until at the end refilled. Since it could happen, that 9:45 a. m. no sausage was there anymore.

In my opinion is the front desk representing the hotel. In this hotel some staff out of place. Throughout the hotel was noticeable to us, that the staff a very stressed impression.

The hotel was just reopened. The staff are friendly, but disorganized. The different departments do not seem to cooperate. The information from of the guests is very bad. There was a lot of paper wasted to inform. The information is correct, but not always. And what is really important is, for example information about the use of the garage or ski storage, will never be so informed correctly. Tip: 8 you to, that you always the voucher is, if you for a konsumation signed. Whilst checking out it can otherwise come to misunderstandings. read more

We were already the 5. time in this hotel and the newly opened spa area the hotel was very good. For inexperienced skiers there is a ski lift in the house, the more demanding skiers can Free shuttle bus in Zillertal drive was not a problem! The food offer was very extensive and certainly there was something for every taste. A successful winter holiday is anything in the way, especially if you as a family travels and not all winter sports are. The staff are helpful, when it comes to recreation for the family and gives also tips. For the ... vacation wishes our family, specially in the winter, there is nothing better. The successful blend of wellness, sports and food is great. The staff five years ago is partially today still there, that is, as we find, very for the hotel. As a guest you feel very comfortable, no matter wether small or large. read more

We were previous year already here, therefore we are returned. This time it was very disappointing. The staff at the restaurant and the bar was very annoyed. We were on the entsafters for fresh juice every morning from the start delayed, until recently, it was not there. Empty promises! The buffet in the morning was okay. Unfortunately was more often not refilled. If we asked, they were again annoying. In the evening we got no pumpkin seed oil and the in Austria? It was from one to the next evening promised. At the bar we had to ask, if we ... appoint. It is no good, although nothing was the matter. The cocktails were so sweet and it took forever-once was enough. The new spa area is really great. The staff there is very friendly. Unfortunately are the prices for massages, facials, etc. More than overpriced. Costs sometimes more than twice the outside a hotels. We do not drive any longer to this hotel, because in other we have the feeling welcome, we had here very often not. read more

Since the hotel was pretty much better are: Very exclusive wellness & spa for adults - very competent spateam - beautiful, large and quiet-pure wellness vacation there is a! Area for families/children in the spa: with small children it will in the winter difficult-could watch, that the parents with the children into the water must, since no sunbathing area beside the pool -however, there is a ' water area ' for children in which these can have fun (no children's pool)-you had to small children but also with, the relaxation room for families in holiday periods too small - children ... must not in the spa and wellness area for adults (also well like that!) - for our kids it was great-'re not that small anymore The breakfast buffet (buffet hall ) since the renovation also very good, the new dining room and the terrace are also very well laid out and stylish Very good staff, cleanliness and especially good kitchen already before Best price-performance ratio read more

After the change we were with mixed feelings to the wellness dangers. The new area we however positively surprised and we have the week enjoyed. The possibility to lay down outside in comparison to before in of the sauna we missed (we did this in the stays in the spring /summer always appreciated). The newly designed part in the restaurant is modern and nice. We had a table in the genießerstube, was very appreciated. This new part has much better enjoyed it, as we were also wood and the austrian ambience more satisfied. read more

Already for the 2. time we were allowed to our holiday in the hotel schwarzbrunn spend. Although our last holiday at the schwarzbrunn also only 14 months ago was, has changed a lot. There were a few under construction not only a completely new spa area has been created, also in the restaurant is some new. All in all were all those spaces' culled ', which we in our last stay faulted had. General: the hotel is in brilliant condition, all areas are very clean and well cared for. For advent season were all public areas of the hotel very ... stylish (and luckily not overstuffy) weihnächtlich decorated.     We had a very spacious room with a minibar and a large flat-screen tv. Everything is very clean and tidy. It was very romantic, the big balcony from the scurry watching.

    As i have already mentioned the buffet area was renovated. In the first moment this now very big, but already after a short time we have us well by right found. As far as we can tell, is the quality of the dishes excellent. The portions are well chosen and fit in terms of size optimal in the atmosphere. For cleanliness and hygiene very valued. Specially in this area by converting some improvement for example:the cheese for breakfast and dinner is new chilled, the ice-cream scoop a to, especially near our kids hot beloved, chest can now with running water to be cleaned. I, itself cook by profession, the chefs at the schwarzbrunn also a huge compliment. Meals deserve the title gourmet. We have the whole week on each course enjoyed, starting at breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired, about the delicious lunch buffet to the delicious dinner. We could each almost not menus. Also for children is balanced cooked, not only always chicken nuggets or hamburger with fries, as we already experienced at other hotels. Only negatives : on the first evening every course served meals. At the other evenings it was sometimes only the main course, which was served. So you had to the starter, the soup, the salad and the dessert at the buffet in/out privileges. With our two children it was a bit complicated and i sitzte in the evening just once to the table and let me use. The beverage prices are very reasonable. Free water from the ' schwarzbrunnquelle' is already in karaffen on the table and was also refilled. So i would like to give my money for a good wine from.

    Again, we were very friendly welcome and received a free zimmerupgrade. For us, this was unbelievably beautiful, as our two children so on a gallery sleep. Also in all other areas is the very friendly and courteous staff, especially with our children. The room was every day with much care cleaned. Dealing with complaints: with us in the room worked the internet not immediately. We were immediately taken serious and the problem repaired.

    The new spa area is very good managed. For our stay was this however only a couple of days newly opened and a couple more small faults be eradicated. For example we only on the final day noticed, that the shower only works, if someone directly outside is. When we our kids showers wanted, was the shower from. Otherwise you feel in the spa very, very comfortable. The design is not to beat and saunas and relaxation rooms, it has everything, what one can wish oneself. The sheet we were all totally fascinated.

    Already for the 2. time we were allowed to our holiday in the hotel schwarzbrunn spend. Although our last holiday at the schwarzbrunn also only 14 months ago was, has changed a lot. There were a few under construction : not only a completely new spa area has been created, also in the restaurant is some new. All in all were all those spaces' culled ', which we in our last stay faulted had. General: the hotel is in brilliant condition, all areas are very clean and well cared for. For advent season were all public areas of the hotel very stylish (and luckily not overstuffy) weihnächtlich decorated. The types of people are mixed, kids center december naturally rather little.

    As stans nearby the inntal highway is convenient, we find the location of the hotel excellent. Stans itself has subject shopping and night life lots to offer, but in the middle Schwaz there is great shopping and Innsbruck is by car 20 minutes away.

Since we were already repeated that you were there, we got upgraded to a really beautiful room, what the current lack of wellness area more than made up for it. Thank you very much. Otherwise everything great, the newly designed buffet area was very appealing, also the partly new dining area very beautifully designed. The all-inclusive offer was again, as always, not to toppen.
