We have three beautiful days in the hotel and we felt very comfortable. The hotel is well run, the staff are always nice, friendly and helpful. The buffets for breakfast and for dinner extensive and tasty. Also at the bar one was well served and you can comfortable hours at the fire to spend. Our 2-room-apartment was not recently renovated, but clean and a decent size. We really enjoyed it in the hotel and we may have a repeated stay imagine, the hahnenklee-responsible are very willing to make an effort, new momentum in the place to bring, hopefully, now vacant ... shops and gastronomy objects moving again. read more

Beautiful from several houses zusammengewachsenes hotel with smart small sauna, their special charm then lead could, if the peace and stay area not way too cold would be.

The hotel is very centrally located and yet quiet. The food -half board- was for breakfast great, exactly like the buffet in the evening. Zimmermäßig or bath there was nothing to complain about, only the mattress was a little too soft and the tv had his age. The a sauna was sufficient. Towels were also enough.
Only the resting room and the loungers were not so the hit. All of the staff were always friendly and nice. Here was the value for money. read more

We were mainly for hiking in hahnklee. The hotel is for this ideal starting point. Very friendly, open-minded, helpful staff. Spacious, clean, practical equipped room. The bathroom was however nevertheless quite small and without luxury ( for a four-star hotel) the food ( breakfast and dinner) from buffet was good and extensive and there is something for everyone. Evenings there was additionally at the buffet two hot dishes to choose from. But they are rather rustic respectively home cooking. From the quantity however surely good.
Perhaps it is missing for a four-star hotel a little of the' special something'.
Nevertheless ..., we were comfortable in the hotel and would go back again. read more

A very nice and tidy hotel complex with spacious rooms, first class breakfast buffet,
Delicious dinner and very friendly staff.
Also the free time-, wellness-and beauty treatments left nothing to be desired.
The new Sommerrodelbahn from the bocksberg we have also tested - real fun! read more

A lovely hotel in a good location, but wrongly 4 star and unfortunately not the price for the journey justifies. The breakfast went to at 10:30 o'clock, what is actually very beautiful, but by our 1 week vacation with the staff at the buffet our food is very good, and then this with us guests in the breakfast room and also have to be consumed. Our question, can a four-star hotel no staff room afford? We have no money paid then with the staff for breakfast. The same goes for the bad cleaning of the rooms, our sink in ... the bathroom was in our week vacation 2 time roughly cleaned, the mirror not at all cleaned, what again not for a four-star hotel speaks (large value was that the toilet paper in the holder to fold, here would you prefer to use the sink daily cleaning are). The indoor pool and the pool are have already gotten very old, at the same time the promised jacuzzi which rather a tub with jets ailver, jets work only partly, by the pool are no chairs, only in the outdoor area. For the cold time of the year very bad. read more

It is a very nice hotel directly am kranichsee. The hotel lies with the best location right on the bocksberg with cable car, ski slope and new Toboggan run. Service and dining were great. The food is very good and also special requests were gladly fulfilled. There is a beautiful wellness area with a pool. Our room had direct views of lake kranichsee and was very big and had a open fireplace! We will definitely stay there again. read more

A wonderful weekend with friends in a beautifully located hotel. Everything was perfect. We can definitely recommend.
The rooms are really spacious and very clean. The food is tasty and the staff were super nice.
We stayed with our waitress Hanna lots to laugh about - also the belongs to a pleasant stay in addition. Very nice excursions you can from there make. We were in Goslar and in Wernigerode. In Wernigerode was just Rahthausfest and there was lots to see and delicious things to eat. Goslar is a must when you are there. Keep up the good work! We ... would anytime again you live. read more

Wonderful hotel with a lot of charm and very friendly staff.
Breakfast is perfect but also the specialties for lunch and in the evening for every palate a benefit.
The rooms are really spacious and very clean.
The hotel is SI CH in a gorgeous area directly on the lake.
There are the most beautiful hiking trails and nice places to relax and relaxation.

Prophet honored ladies and gentlemen we were January 2009 the first time in the hotel am kranichsee and found it great, even now (January 2012) was the stay good, except for the food.
