Unfortunately, the completely lackluster staff, in particular for breakfast, not to be!
If i the 'chef' or workers with such dirty kochjacken food herausbringe see,
Then passed the appetite!

I booked the hotel with booking.com and I have picked "smokers" room, when I called the hotel and informed them about my mistake and asked for changing the room, the person responsible for bookings said that I need to contact booking.com and hanged up the phone. Only on my second phone when I asked the manager, he promised to change my room for non-smokers. The room was spacious with extra bed for my 5 years old son.The bathroom was rather small size. I stayed on Friday/Saturday night and had windows facing the night club, I recommend to ... ask for other side of the building especially on weekends. We ordered different salads in the evening and they were delicious, unfortunately breakfast was disappointing, small variety of food and the worst were small pancakes dripping with fat. read more

We waited quiet long at the check-in. The staff is not very friendly! When you enter the door they are standing in front of you talking and you have to ask them to go aside so you have space to pass them.
When you are lost in the elevator due to a technical problem and ring the alarm bell-they even ask you if you are really guest in this hotel!
The breakfast and the service the Hotel is very poor.
The variety of food is low and more the standard of a 3 Star Hotel - we know some 4 ... star hotels in warsaw which open more!
The coffee they serve you which cold-you have to ask twice for a refill.
It s seemed to us that the staff is so proud working for Sheraton that they don t see the guest.
The location of the Hotel is very good, the rooms too. read more

We had reason to complain.
In the room was the air conditioning fancy after a complaint we were given no information which has done, if you the problem eliminate could. Only when the 2. complaint on the next day a house technician past.
The seating area in the lobby leave much to be desired, the cushions looked really shabby. With a 5 star hotel actually a ko criterion!
Questions to the employees at the reception could not be answered, or wrong information.
The gastronomy we would have liked to try it, but both places closed.
On new year's eve we ... wanted to Warschau experience and not the hotel. When we after midnight to the hotel came was the access to the bar, with the reason we do not support the service booked, granted. There was so no possibility on the new year in the hotel the community. Impossible.
On the day of departure ( new year) was until 12:00 o'clock the frühstücksbiffet extended, first really great. Only we could not enjoy this because we on demand until 12:00 o'clock check out should.
All in all not the, what we from a 5 star hotel expected. read more

Very good city hotel, rooms are large and with all the facilities equipped, the bathroom is nice and large and modern furnished. The best part was the extensive breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The choice and quality of the food is the best, there was even Kimtchi (Korean) and other asian food. To complain about would only, that the tables very closely and, but the staff are very easy access to the service. The Polish Olympiamannschaft it in the Sheraton loved it. With firmenrate has the room a night with breakfast circa 100 Euro cost. Almost a bargain in the ... relatively expensive Warschau. Eat out you can evenings in the city centre, everything is reachable on foot, the palace of culture and other sights. read more

One of the best Sheraton hotels i ever stayed. Central location , next to the park main shopping ares and 5 min to old city. Hotel has 3 restaurants of a different cousine and also business lounge with great selection on breakfast and evening snack. In very good condition and lovely decoration of a small palace, with a lot of flowers. Rooms are big and comfortable with big bed. read more

The Sheraton in Warsaw with clear conscience recommend it. It affords no weaknesses in the service and offers a cultivated ambience with spacious business -rooms. In the hotel were also the fitness studio and the sauna well equipped and well maintained. The cardiovascular and muscle building -device were all very new. The fitness studio opens very early (~06,30) so that you can before breakfast can work up a sweat. Alternatively offers in, in the nearby park (South) go jogging. Absolutely worth seeing!
In a nearby lateral road is the best sushi bar Warsaw and many more restaurants the (rather ... high ) category. read more

Although the hotel no architectural highlight represents, everything is quite modern and in new condition. We felt very much at ease. The rooms and the bathroom were very large and clean, the beds high-quality and comfortable. Although the hotel relatively busy, stress with the window closed as good as no noise after inside. Positive: the entrance to the room area only works on the lifts and this can only be assured with the key card serve, a additional Security Aspect. read more

The hotel is very centrally located in Warsaw Sheraton on the ulica PLAC three Krzyzy location. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are a lot of shopping streets, as well as several Rgierungsgebäude, such as the Parliament. To the old town is about ten minutes. The front desk was friendly and the Enchecken was quick and easy. The suitcases were immediately brought to the room. My room was for a single room unusually spacious. It was well cleaned and also the bathroom made a pleasant impression. The breakfast buffet was nothing special. Selection something more I wished there ... had been. Also at the speed of the staff at breakfast could be desired but was still certainly edible. Break it down was the breakfast something covered, if one considers the convenience. Very good business hotel with charm in Warsaw. No hotel bunker. The hotel is fairly new, the rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. Which appealed to me, is the American Sports Bar. There you really do get a genial burgers and the atmosphere is typically American. read more
