We stayed the beginning of November a week in the very nice fishermanvilla 'de tabbe 15' in makkum beach resort, which is in the north on the ijsselmeer is, spent. The fishermanvilla is located on a cul-de-sac and has 3 bedroom, a large living-and dining room with annexed kitchen, a bathroom with jacuzzi, a guests-toilet, as well as a sauna. From the terrace from, with schwimmendem jetty, has a wonderful view on the ijsselmeer and on one of the many waterways.

This vacation was rather sobering to disappointing. We had on the terrace with a row (at least 20 nests), and to a sit outside was hardly possible. Even after 2 maliger complaint and control was not Mr over it to be. The extra charges as Bettwäschegebühr had even with market laundry fee and, although almost 60 €for the thorough cleaning will be charged is, we found in the house things the previous tenant. The thorough cleaning? Doubtful! The design of the house ( Starvilla ) was run-down and had its best time already long time and the curtains were stained. ... The check-in at the front desk found rather emotion-and unmotivated and the sum of extra charges we were only on strong demands explained respectively detailed expressed. read more

It is not a hotel, but a holidays complex with lots of small vacation homes. We had the Solovilla in the Friesche Vlaak 30. The building was perfect, presidente available, that you need. We have the beachresort makkum for a weekend stay with 8 people (18-24 years). Our accommodation was the beach villa XL, the really very good equipped was. 2 bathroom with all in all 3 showers, 3 toilets, Underfloor heating, flat screenTV and DVD player, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, terrace. The location of the accommodation at beach resort don't forget: all units are on channels or direct near the IJsselmeer.
the staff at the front desk speaks very good German and is very helpful, therefore, a check-in and check-out easy.

the restaurant and other facilities such ... as for example boat Rentals, minigolf course and so on I can unfortunately say anything, since we didn't used have (because winter).
the beach resort in any case recommend and will stay there again. But probably in the summer. read more

We were very often in the scchon beach resort makkum and we were very often. The näcshte holiday is already planned. We've already stayed in many Haustyoen, but we liked it the best beach houses. This time we even had one, directly on the sea. The view was great. If you have two families in this house want to spend your Holiday, this is great, as there are 3 features a basic bathroom.
All employees were very friendly and helpful.
The näcshten doctor in town, I had to visit. Therefore I cannot say, that it was very good. It has ... helped me.
The fries in the corner of the food were satisfactory.
In the winter there are unfortunately in the park itself not so much to do, since everything was cleared sit.
But for relaxation, sauna, walking, excursions with the Kindermachen and go for a stroll, it is a perfect he holiday.

We had rented for two weeks with six fishermen a villa. The size and the architecture of the Villa were great. The terrace is slightly above the water (channels) built, with a view on the IJsselmeer, fantastic.
For children is the offer huge, starting with playgrounds, you can borrow and various boat on the IJsselmeer or ride in the park, it is Cokarts, bicycles and beach 150 meters from the house away. Ideal for small children, as it was very flat.
For cyclists is the area also perfectly suitable, it is quite extensive bicycle trails in Holland great, beautiful beside ... the road. We felt safe.
Ring to the park gives it a great many opportunities to fishing, four men were as our very active.
We want to forget also not the beautiful town in the area, such as makkum, Leuwarden, workum, Sneek and many more. read more

We have a weekend with four adults and 1 child in a very tastefully furnished Dike (Number 35) spent villa.
The decor in the hotel was very comfortable and stylish (upmarket maritime decor), except for supplies as toilet paper and towels everything was there, the beds were (as before booked extra) have already referred, Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, electric fireplace, a nice warmth made-so as the weather was not quite as nice. The view of the water was awesome. The wind whistled through the doors, the leftovers from new Years Eve were still on the lawn to find, but ... inside is very cozy. Curtains, blinds and shutters (electrically!), American fridge, induction stove, two car parking spaces, all this is the best. Unfortunately, only three German channels (ARD, ZDF and NDR) and instructions-many Dutch AUD. But you can manage.
In low season it is very isolated in the area and around it, to the definitely different holiday periods. There was a abstract (even in German) with the most important factor and so they also had a day trip. But I would have wished for a tip, a supermarket where you can, then we couldn't so long to find.
The final inspection was short and easy and check out also worked well.
All in all it was a nice place to stay, however we did go to the advance chose our Dike Villa just reserved and surcharge firm, which was a good thing Sunday a beach villa would have probably also interesting. For the entertainment you mainly ourselves. The main building we didn't used (was too far away from our villa.) read more

unfortunately the hotel was not completely clean, dust, dirty
laundry from the previous guest, no instruction in the heating system, dirty unwashed dishes in the
closets.

So we were a few years ago the first time we stayed at the beach resort and since 1-3x makkum year there. We have stayed with family and friends to makkum. All love it.
We stayed at the minibar was refilled daily almost all häusertypen through. It is just the beach villa and the newly built houses ten people.
The fishermen October we stayed in a villa. We always book houses with a sauna.
The service is really great and if you what was missing or out of order is, the front desk immediately. The park is very clean. Unfortunately ..., there was only one drawback. The houses are in the outdoor area in the Autumn winter not always so clean. The chairs outside and the table are equipped with spider webs. But this is only the only negative.
Online you can book on the side also perfect. There you can take the housetype with the relevant equipment pick. We therefore always book about the park itself.
For children the beach was just beautiful. the kids can play in the water, because the water wasn't up to our knees is complained. Perfect! Leisure time offers in the area with many.
You will never be bored.
The newly built by front desk has since last year more leisure time activities. For children and families. The house itself for parking and not only with a car. This is also very good.
The houses are very comfortable and subject to owner decorated. read more

The grounds are nice and well arranged. Children can move around, only the cars around the vacationers everywhere on the grounds is 30 km/h. Beautifully designed mini golf course and numerous playgrounds on the premises. There are canoes, as well as small electro-boats to hire the you for trips on the quiet canals on site. Unfortunately the boat rentals, and the output for a tennis rackets already at 5 p.m. - for the summer a bit too early for my taste. There is also a restaurant, where one could have snacks. We had a Deichvilla we with 6 people lived in. The furnishing was perfect. Everything was available. The view of the sea was amazing and directly from the terrace. We go there again in November and have booked a beach villa. read more
