The hotel is very nice and clean.
The wellness area is pleasant, although a little dark.
A pool does not exist, what some could miss, because no bathing beach in foot distance exists. read more

Very beautiful hotel in an old Palazzo from the 18. Century. It is nicely decorated and very modern. The staff are very nice and helpful. Linguistic barriers exist also not, as the staff Italian, English and French.
You shouldn't from the somewhat dilapidated environment frightened leave, because the power the historic part from Palermo from.
The breakfast could be better ( caters to the mainly English guests -. It seems), but scores the restaurant. Particularly the head waiter Paolo is an original. Very accommodating and above all attentive to its guests.
This hotel I can highly recommend. read more

The hotel is very beautiful. Large room and large bathroom. A massive bed. The staff nearly all very nice and helpful. Breakfast for Italy very good with cappuccino, coffee, scrambled egg Bacon (way like). Of course also a lot of sweet, but the delicious. Everything served on the roof terrace. Also serves as a bar and restaurant. The town center and the train station are within walking distance. Apart from that runs the bus 103 from Porta Felice to the important points. Nice and good restaurants and pizzerias (Beati Paoli) nearby. (Piazza Marina). There is also a large supermarket. Sure ... not our last visit in this hotel. read more

For a hotel in the middle of Palermo, it was quiet, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff friendly. The breakfast could have been more varied and the room was not always cleaned well. read more

We were very happy with this hotel. The nearby construction site did not bother us. Our room was on the upper Floor with a view of the road not so busy. Annoying, the garbage disposal, this came at 23 o'clock. Palermo is a very lively and vibrant city. read more

I am a those who travel alone in Palermo former. The hotel was fine for my needs.
The people at the front desk were helpful, but not necessarily accommodating, the one or the other even surly and defensive.
The breakfast was in buffet form of 7-11 o'clock.
With the rate I was not very happy. The selection was not large and varied.
The scrambled eggs, the bacon, etc. were not kept warm and were around ten o'clock already cold.
If you want to eat at half past eleven did so, while will have already been dismantled.
the room was very ... nice, there was no balcony but, because it was.
The hotel is very loud, the air-conditioning a bit noisy and the central location is Umgebunslärm to hear (horns, etc.) with ear plugs but it was no problem.
I would book it again, because I think the not so successful in other city hotels are no different. read more
