This lodge was average. The rooms are very simple and worn, the mosquito nets were full of holes. The food was however very good. Especially liked a lot us the view of the mt. Kilimanjaro, specially in the morning.
Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience whilst checking out. The staff tried from us more money than we consumed had. They wanted the bill not show. Only after insisting, it was to me and, finally, the right amount will be charged. You should definitely the bill just check before you pay for! read more

Very nice Lodge approximately 20 to 30 minutes away drive from amboseli national park. Greeting by Masai with refreshing towel and juice. Beautiful rooms with everything that you need. Lunch a small selection from the map, in the morning and evenings buffet. Service was efficient and friendly. Clean and beautiful pool area. With animal observation at the Lodgehaben we except mongooses and domestic cats unfortunately nothing seen. Masai work in the lodge. Brilliant atmosphere before the Kilimanjaro. Here we would have liked to have stayed longer. read more

A lodge lodge-style hotel.
The complex is quite spacious. Our hut was unfortunately the last on the complex - was already a very nice piece to go.
There is a small prospect place, the somewhat higher. You can well see the landscape, animals were but unfortunately not to see. Is unfortunately evenings not lit at night. Actually unfortunately, the place would be for a feed actually good.
For a safari lodge there is also a really big pool.
Everything very well maintained.
With clear weather an absolutely dreamlike view at the klimandscharo. read more

The amboseli sopa Ladge is very spacious. But always bell boys are readily available, of course for tip, it is not so bad. The luggages we were indeed formally from the hands. Here there was also Masais, we found it sometimes really beautiful pushy. Apart from that the staff were very friendly and willing to help. At the lunch arrived there and have no Kilimanjaro seen. On the game drive we saw then again elephants, giraffes, lion, many Antilopenarten but by far not as much as in Masai Mara. As we were really beautiful spoiled. The food the lunch was ... so-so, but the dinner compensated us again. In the morning of the next day showed the Kili and we had a good mood and made many pictures as proof. Small tip, always small Keniaschillingnoten holding. ( for bell boy) they want for all and that tip, this is sometimes a bit onerous. We are just not used to. read more

nice lodge at the foot of the kilimanscharo. Entire lodge and rooms in the typical African style equipped. We were quite pleased. Many monkeys in the double bungalows, which are also been through the window and look in front of the bungalows. A 'original' -Massei-warrior
welcome-but it seemed a little put everything. A visit to a nearby
Massei-village was quite interesting, but was on pure Komerz laid-a shame! read more

We spent two days at the lodge. With the weather we had very much luck. Almost the whole two days was the furnishings in the dining and bar areas clouds free. We saw a lot of elephant in the park, and birds transportation.
The staff was compared to other lodges above average friendly. The bungalows were located in beautiful gardens.
In the evening there was the food at the pool. This is a very nice atmosphere.
The bar is very nicely decorated.
Nice were the Massais, the lodge their handicrafts sold. They have extra for us by our colour request ... a bracelet made. read more

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. They were all very accommodating and helpful. Immediately felt very comfortable.
Nice bungalows, but not 100% clean.
Dinner undFrühstück of the choice of food is a bit to be desired, but is adequate.
For one night totally okay. read more

Hotel is located nearby of Kilimanjaro... You can see this before the breakfast wonderful mountain. Dreamlike Location. All the bungalows were very large, very clean and the garden walk impalas and in the evening you can watch the hyena feeding.
I can only recommend this lodge. Nearby is obviously nothing... Only nature, animals and poor Kenyan families... Roads are also very, very bad or not available. Car tyres and spare tire with good take. read more

Round huts in the African style, beautiful and extensive facility, animals we saw here rather few, but the view of the Kilimanjaro was great. Lunch menu in the evening buffet. We were 2 nights at this lodge and would not hesitate to book here again. read more
