We felt the reviews already with a bad feeling previously read, but full of good hopes dangers. Unfortunately left us relatively quickly. The hotel has it best times long behind itself. The complex isn't very large, on the quickly visible bodies clean however should you in the back corners look. As German one is relatively alone! German is at the most staff rarity.     The staff are friendly, can but unfortunately very behavior German but is nevertheless always tried everything to clear up. Complaints were immediately turned off. Cleaning of the room was done well.

    Entertainment during the day however pool is ok. The entertainment evenings leaves however much to be desired. The entertainers put in the effort but almost only on Polish & Russian and definitely not entertaining. The beach is ok, unfortunately very many defective loungers the actually in the garbage belong and far from enough. Cushions as in the catalog ( against an extra charge) described, we have not seen.

    The beach is not far, 2 minutes on foot or simply the free availability of shuttle service use. ( Esel with car)... Cool thing Unfortunately are neither shops still similar in the surroundings available. A taxi is essential to get anywhere. The 'old' airport in skaanes is unfortunately despite information the closed is, still active, but it didn't bother us really.

The hotel is a absolute insolence. Where these 83% recommendation comes one can only guess. Is probably because it mainly Poland visited, the at home other standards than German tourist are used to. When we arrived we were just shocked. Next Tag will be charged change of hotels made. First we got not even our rooms and had to spend hours in the lobby persevere. Chairs on the beach broken and a lot too few available. Also without cushions. The beach itself was great only the hotel bar at the beach is actually no bar, but a small shack. There ... are neither meals nor good selection of drinks. Fanta or Cola, that was it. The beach is also close at the hotel and is so full of garbage, plastic bags, Dosendeckel and much more can in the water find. Disgusting. There were also very many locals at the beach (, although in the description private beach is it public), the sat then all disguised in the sand and drank tea. Caution in the month August! Jellyfish Alarm! All of us (6 persons) has a par and my sister even a Feuerqualle and now has a nasty scar of them. The do pay hurt! Further to the hotel itself. The food is very bland and hardly enjoyable. I am really not a person who complains but I never eaten so badly. Everything tasteless and the buffet looked like a battlefield. Plates were always filthy and quickly. There are no new brought. Whilst showering evenings we were even after 3 time to inquire at the front desk no towels. The we had to the cleaning lady steal, the wanted us not give. The bathroom is so moldy. Just disgusting! The shower curtain had already come to life. There were other German in the hotel, the exactly desperate of their French Polynesia as we were. The tour operator agreed with the change of hotels after inspection immediately and was it really no good hotel is. The already says everything. We sat evenings outside as suddenly tiles from the wall fell. A hit on head and the vacation really unforgettable, in the negative sense. Not obstruct-fairly, there no lift! The city of Sousse to visit is also not recommendable. The trash everywhere and even flies through the air. I was already once in Tunisia however in Hammamet. Not comparable. In short: the hotel we have changed after 1 day, afterwards we were in port El kantoui and is can only be recommended;-) read hotel review

The food absolutely disgusting! The potatoes have not been peeled, if yes then lay the skin potatoes in between. Quite einseitg the food and not appetizing! I personally had stomachache as I didn't really eat. I am very unsatisfied with this hotel and very, very glad that we only a week there were however we have way too many paid, I'm not 1 year to work the vacation so looks to leave I had expected more by 87% hotel recommendation! 3 days without fresh towels, you had to only 2 to the front desk it just does. Exactly the same ... with the TV 4 days without, if the all inclusive was then was told we will immediately care on the next day you had to again afterwards run! Furthermore in the small kiosk the owner is very pushy. Never again! Am so glad that we only a week were there! read hotel review

We had a queasy feeling the review read, but we thought oh come the fussy people, but I have to say no, it's really bad. Starting at the rooms, the pillows and sheets were dirty with stains, as well as the towels. The staff members were friendly and also spoke German, with complaints they were very hard, with tips everything worked. Poor was that we evenings at 19 o'clock still no fresh towels had and the cleaning ladies search had. In the hotel are the Tunisians the quad tours, camel riding and so on want to sell very pushy always ... say no. In front of the hotel is possible the poor Horses at the carriages and taxis, the also not in peace leave, please do not with the carriages the poor animals. In the hotel one is correctly waived if you Eastern Europe comes, this over 300 room hotel were high count 15 German. Positive the pool it was nice and for the whole day animation, the entertainers were also very pleasant. Negative evenings lay on the chairs already everywhere towels in the morning. In this place is the dog bury, there is far and wide nothing. In short: this hotel is for people who gladly completely alone let and only by the pool or beach beach chairs and happy to only Eastern Europe around itself to have would like, the for cleanliness no value put, it is, if you evenings at 19 o'clock not showering and in the morning, around 9.00 already beer want to drink.     It was far and wide nothing to the beach it was only a few minutes but also only broken couches and not enough for so much guests and the one in the next city came you had to go by cab

Older hotel, but price/performance ratio is OK. Great service people, great housekeeping, great reception, great entertainment (who likes it) also for children. The pool was very bad to our beach time a lot of seaweed. Three star country category not forget if you want more pay must also more, small tip works miracle, you will see. Food in general was very good. Restaurant boss and boss waiters in the restaurant, as well as the chef deserve special praise the are really great. The hotel was a let down. The room are horrible. Mold on the walls and furniture, the only are nailed. Staff is unfriendly. Have the hotel was seen as dissatisfactory. So we had at least a nice holiday. read hotel review

We were pleasantly surprised as we the reviews have previously read. The reception was excellent. Very nice and helpful staff. To every meal was our table with flowers. Special wishes were immediately fulfilled. In the room were each day fresh flowers and towel art. The entertainment was not pushy and at the pool it was free Wi-Fi. As mentioned above, good location, good food. We had first room without TV, after a complaint was the amended. Entertainment programme only of entertainers (almost each day the same), but nice, rare artists from outside. read hotel review

If, uncomplicated but without bad surprises wanted to spend a beach holiday, the is in this hotel certainly well cared for! We had a 4-star hotel, the not so good were the whole impression of the hotel. The food is varied enough, the staff was always friendly and the area was constantly kept clean overall. Less have fallen us the sport offers in the area, what was less in the animation team, than in the facilities of the hotel. Not beautiful we found also, that in the hotel area were constantly several cats, there also, and the number of guests ... also 'all inclusive' were fed. I now hope not to have raised against me all animal, but should be somewhere but limits, or? All in all, we were but as described very pleased and our expectations for this three star hotel with moderate assessment were exceeded in general! read hotel review

In Kerstin October 2010 in Saadiar I will certainly not more to the food always cold usually verkockt gewürtze looked always and without good but it was really bad drinks were also the last verdühnt the Everything but the beach is in the proximity of the all inclusive bar was when I was always there to you got but always water or you could buy what near until two o'clock at night the music blasting bass from the disco with the room I had my first right after the first night was no problem changed but you could hear the ... bass and every night there also about two hours, I will go back and recommend it can also not more read hotel review

I returned today from the hotel saadia come back. If you like a areas should remain a while. The offer is not all the ideas of a three star hotels, the choice was large, but tasted bad. However, I must say, that the staff was fantastic. Other highlights include the waiter and the 'pool (Ben) you'. Very helpful and friendly all! The animation team was also great. Unfortunately the choice was not very varied and the music of ten in the morning until 1230 very loud. Weather was fantastic except on one day, Of guests were mostly polish and english ... to see. I was with a German couple the only German there. The first room was full with mold, but I could not move to another. I am going to be in next year again to Tunisia, but not in this hotel! read hotel review

Rooms basic but clean, maid service daily. Staff whent out of there way to make us feel welcome and that was before any tips were given out. Pool staff always on hand very friendly and often anticipated your needs for sunbeds. Animation team worked tirelessly throughout the day to entertain everyone. The children were amased at the teams enthusiasm and were occupied and happy from the moment they got up until they went to bed. The nights mini club show always got the children up to join in and often a few adults then after that 9-30pm approx the adult ... entertainment started which was just as good. The food was a good mix of local food with something to eat for everyone. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience and children are already wanting to book a return. read hotel review

We were very pleased overall, the food was really good, the staff was mostly friendly and the pool and the sea clean. However, were both at the pool and also on the sea the most beach chairs broken, to get to a beach chair at the pool you could not after ten o'clock and had to be lucky that it have. As our TV broken was, despite two complaints were not taken care of. The conversation with the tour guide only led to a repair. You should be aware, that this is no luxury hotel, but the price/performance ratio is ... good. read hotel review

I think, the we spend our holiday there again times. Price/performance ratio is acceptable. Room: room something badly soundproofed conclusion. Conclusion service: the staff seemed overstrained something sometimes, with regard to the number of guests (many) but understandable. We were in the June 2010 with our family. It are very few German tourists in the hotel, I estimate about 80% polish citizens are the preferred. It was already on the first day. The TV worked and was not only after standing beg repaired after six days. The toilet flushing functioned not, so the we the whole time public toilets had to use. Horror! The room had a safe which you could use but not, since it was just so in the closet, and it could have been. If you also on security and for its family values, the ... finger should keep away from this hotel. We were attacked by a polish drunk people. The hotel did nothing! This is a man who pestered five or six hours a day other guests. We asked the hotel to call the police because it was located also to injury. The hotel does not lead to police, no matter what happens, because the reputation it to fear. The man in charge of half ran amok over several hours, was also not thrown from the hotel. Statdessen has us our tour guide for security reasons in another hotel. umtgebucht, food and the room cleaning lassesn very to be desired. We were in the June there. To about 80 to 90% were only polish citizens. It began on the first day, our TV did not. After six days and eternal beg it was repaired. Also our toilet flush did not, so the we the public toilets used. This was to extract themselves. Furthermore, we could not use the safe, since this loose in the closet. The food was horrible, had to fight also three days with diarrhea. The garden and grounds is OK. Security for your family is not in this hotel. We were attacked by a drunk guest of ... many hours before other guests and pestered for hours. We and many other guests wanted the the hotel the police, they did not do so, the man was not also activities away from the hotel. We then moved with several other German for security reasons in another hotel was what great (Sahara beach). read hotel review

Organizer Neckermann was, in the middle of march 2010 booked, all inclusive. Hotel has only three stars and you could see the also. Hotel is already something old and something ausgelutscht. Unclean processing of tiles (bathroom, floor), but otherwise clean on the surface. Staff must be brought up by the guest, otherwise it is not so good. Something tip miracle made here and there. Travel agency has complaints immediately remedied. It was, for example, a room change (due to the loud disco) immediately possible. The food was rather SpA was okay something for vegetarians. Animators were amateur, but much of ... the female guests interested. They speak German. Management order less pleasant were the 'vulture' in front of the hotel in the form of intrusive buggies and taxi drivers. read hotel review

Once and never again; saadia stay there was the purest disaster. They cleaned our room only once, at the reception after we had requested wary. The dirt was in the truest sense of the word swept under the carpet. The food is a disgrace, and the disco noise (we had our room directly above stupidly) until three o'clock at night was unbearable to. The rest have given us five animators nightlight. read hotel review
