The complex is in an immaculate state. There was for children, as well as for parents employment, if you wanted... Great spa area, fitness room and also the outside area, like volleyball field and football field were great! Thanks, it was really a week relaxation. We are definitely coming again. read more

We already were before some years in this hotel! At that time, we are extremely good. Then we were in one of the, in my opinion newer, apartment houses. This time we stayed in a suite at the main building, which we as a family room used. This use is a little cramped but okay. The building is extremely noisy. Our neighbor, was extreme snorer. The schnarch noise, as well as the constant complain about his wife heard regularly and the whole night through. This was only from the live music in the roof bar topped. After complaining my wife ... in the lobby, this was (felt) louder and was contrary to the statement the receptionist until 23:30 o'clock. Also the chairs back heard at, as if it in the room happened. There the hotel was booked, were also the dining rooms more than overburdened. Our waitress was not the dirty plates clear up respectively drinks supply. According to statement the waiter, is regularly the staff reduced. This is definitely on the quality of service! Our tip: if possible room in the apartment houses book. Not on the 5 floor! Or party until midnight participate;-) We will in the future a rather small house choose! read more

Positive: very friendly staff, very clean, large apartments, pools very good for children, many families with very small children ( so, if two straight a tantrum, instils understanding and no shake of the people in the environment). General Comments: A) food: the food is good, the choice is in the morning and evenings huge. We would have a smaller selection in a same time better quality of the dishes desired. Example: wether for example 15 different desserts (of which two very good, eight and five not so great are) really necessary I doubt. Here would be a smaller, continuous very ... good offer ( without back every day switch ) in our opinion better. I also address the issue with warming etc. When Büfettausgabe clear-possibly would be less more. Nevertheless - so that no misunderstanding: the food is good and would not hesitate to be recommended. B) noise: we stayed in a apartment house ( really very beautiful room) in the 4th floor, East side building. Unfortunately the speaker sounds the evening event the neighboring hotels direct in the direction of the apartment house. Of 21 until 22:30 o'clock you can also with the windows closed/ curtains easily the program consequences. For someone who likes evenings in peace with a glass of wine in balcony sit wants is the less suitable. The Aldes Gran Vista may nothing-we however also not. In short: a very nice hotel which overall for families with children recommendable is. read more

The hotel offers everything you only wishes: Spacious apartments with about 50 meters² of living space. Double room. Three pools and a shallow pool. Playground. Volleyball court. Football pitch. Tennis court. Spa with wellness treatments. - a bar on the roof terrace (6th floor) with a great completely view) A bar/A restaurant at the pools. And especially worth mentioning a TUI-kids club with love caregivers ( our daughter was extremely comfortable. We were the second time in this hotel and next year will again fly. read more

We are with two adults and teenagers arrived. The service was from the start perfect. Both on arrival ( friendly, competent, room was from 09:30 A. M. available), as well as for the return trip ( small breakfast also at 03:00 o'clock). Restaurant and terrace always nicely set, the staff to 90% very nice and we never had problem, to find a table. The buffet was diverse and always well filled. Sure, sometimes the dirty plates immediately cleared. But it was for the staff also extremely lots to do and it was something very rarely. Apartment comfortably furnished. ... Large and very clean ( applies for the bathroom). Big balcony with pleasant seating. Not so great: we were from the neighboring hotel frequently with their entertainment program treated to music. The air conditioning could also once again updating. Wellness area very nice. All in all a successful vacation in a beautiful hotel! read more

Very nice resort consisting of hotel complex and 2 apartment houses where in a house even a small wellness oasis houses is. The spa area small but sweet. Mostly up, but the steam bath and the sauna in swimming gear used and this does not. In Germany one does not go also with swimsuits in the sauna for reasons of hygiene but since it was common. Beautiful pool area for children and adults. A wonderful panorama bar on the 6. floor with stunning views over Can Picafort and the bay of Alcudia. read more

    Apartment according to the catalog 52 metres ² did not checked but is not too much promised-great layout. Furnished nicely (what older) but clean. 2. large flat screen tv (if you need them) 1 times bedroom and 1 time. In the living room. Safety deposit box for a fee but is then also up 1500,- Euro is insured its fee value. Large bathroom, small kitchen, nice balcony manageable and from the bedroom from the living room. Air conditioning also worked well.

    The complex is in a next to (cul-de-sac) street, not far from the centrum. Beach about 500 meters away reached by a purchase passage those run all kinds of souvenirs. The short walk to the beach promenade is not boring. Bars and shops in abundance.

Overall it was a really great stay. There was lots of possibilities to relax, sport and the child to keep you occupied. Unfortunately were the pools very cold. The children's pool was nicely furnished only for very small children still more often times the water the slides parking. read more

Here you can be comfortable. Always enough chairs available. Merely the animation was the quality of the hotel not match. Entertainers more on self-portrayal as on entertainment of the guests orientated. Otherwise there was nothing to moan about. On the day of departure the electricity in the apartments because of maintenance turned off. read more

Quiet, pleasant hotel the for a relaxed vacation is ideal. The hotel is divided in the main building ( Gran Vista) and the apartment houses ( Aldea Gran Vista). Facilities belong a large pool area, a indoor pool, two tennis courts, a playground, a volleyball-space, three bars/ bistros, a large fitness/ spa area, a children's club and a mini-golf course. From the bar on the 6th floor of the main building you have a wonderful view over the bay of Alcudia. read more

    We had an apartment in spa hotel with a pool view. The apartment was for a four-person family completely sufficient and had a kitchenette and a spacious balcony. A mini -safe ( for a fee) is also available like an airco and the obligatory flachbrett -tv-device in the living-and sleeping area. Hand towels and beach towels, as well as a hair dryer in the bathroom available. The blue pool towels must in the spa area will pick you up and three times the week in the morning be replaced. During our stay was our room very thoroughly cleaned. The chambermaid lucy, very good work and there were nothing to complain about.

It was almost impossible not to its costs to come, even if it right at the beginning of the dinner on smaller waiting times came, if lots of guests the same meals to itself take wanted. Decisive for our booking was the good service, the warmth of the staff and the demand the children, the definitely again in Gran Vista have a vacation wanted. The service we were already convinced.     The animation was pleasant discreet, there were several sporty events. On the hotel area -based mini club offered this year the program from TUI best family the mascot trolley trollbert. The spa area offered steam room, thermal bath, ice grotto, sauna and two spa tubs, a pool with 30 degrees warm water and a fitness room. There were fitness classes and the classic female pampering program offered in different variations. The evening entertainment was this time some surprises ready. Saturday played a band rock hits the 70. Years. And it was a good read -Vegas-show. The mini -disco was for our kids the regular evening compulsory, but even once to the dessert during dinner declined.

    Quiet, pleasant hotel the for a relaxed vacation is ideal. The hotel is divided in the main building ( Gran Vista) and the apartment houses ( Aldea Gran Vista). Facilities belong a large pool area, a indoor pool, two tennis courts, a playground, a volleyball-space, three bars/ bistros, a large fitness/ spa area, a children's club and a mini-golf course. From the bar on the 6th floor of the main building you have a wonderful view over the bay of Alcudia.

    The hotel is on the main street from can Picafort. The beach is about 500 meters away from the hotel. One had to through a small passage with the typical tourist shops to go. All shops are from the hotel comfortably within walking distance. The supermarkets mercadona and Eroski, as well as a German grocery store are in indirect shareholder proximity also on the main street.

Great hotel, all together tiptop and recommendable. Only the beach in Can Picafort was not recommendable, what didn't mind, because in 20 minutes one is by bus/ rental car/ bicycle at very nice, not crowded, beaches. read more

The Apartmentbereich is for families good recommendable, beautiful big room, with dining area, kitchen and a really big balcony. Large maintained bath and good equipped kitchen complete a good apartment. It is cleaned daily. Negative were the very narrow and often broken elevators. Great pool area with in any case free loungers. The swimming pool by a very nice somewhat hilly pine and palm trees garden surrounded. It is both the possibility to the in the sun beach chairs, as well as in the shade to lie the whole day given. There are two Baby/kids pools, one with a super ... slides for the little ones. The swimming pool water was a little cool for my taste. Frühstückstechnisch you couldn't complain, rolls, toast, egg dishes, solid, fruit, types of yoghurt dishes and sweet was enough, coffee, tea, milk, soft drinks and frischausgespresste juices also. Evenings there was soup, meat and fish dish, vegetables, Noddle variation according, plentiful salads, cheese, Vegetarian meals, as well as a lot of sweeties for any taste. For my taste were the meat dishes from and to too few seasoned. The waiters were very attentive, quick and always friendly. The front desk always had an ear to lend and was very helpful. The baby/and children's entertainment was lovely, varied and they were really hard. You could in any case air mattresses, little bucket etc., borrow. Liked a lot also, that you hardly any out of the hotel is, plentiful shops, Doctors and restaurants finds and the way to the beach also only 10 minutes is. read more

We had an apartment with a big balcony to the pool and were in spite of the brought expectations positively surprised.     Our apartment was perfect. I had the impression, as whether the apartment houses newer date were as the main building. Nice large, clean and nice balcony. 1 tv in the living area - 1 tv in the bedroom - both with the usual German channels. Fridge sufficient in size. I would have liked a larger gläsersortiment desired. Sparkling wine- and consumption in the apartment is not really planned. But it was only ' a side note, the no deduction can be justified.

    The dining room is in different divided into areas. Thus we had in spite of the high run (it was at the time of our stay about 1000 guests there) never the feeling a kantinenflairs. Also the dress code in the evening makes sense. So creating more restaurantgefühl. The food was varied and tasty. Especially recommendable the live freshly prepared courses ( fish, meat etc.) in the outdoor area evenings a place to capture was not good. We had no desire (as other guests) already half an hour for opening on a table to wait.

    The staff were without exception very friendly. My complaint about a ratternde air conditioning was immediately (immediately!) a technician through taken care of. Whether the speed I was really positively surprised. It is very speak German. Our cleaning lady was very sincere. Alone as the Teddy our son as part of the cleaning on the bed draped was, was heart- zereissend. The bar, kitchen, reception and animation team was always friendly and helpful. Alone the free pool towels may so slow be replaced. The wear was partly to look at.

    As already suggested above is the pool area very nice. Several pools with different sizes and hights - there is something for everyone there. The water is cool-but refreshing. After the 3 days rain, that we might experience, was the water however so cold, the only a few hard gesottene still brave enough, (my son ( voluntary) and I (under duress) were of course). For the kids there was a kids club and for the adults sports entertainment ( beach volleyball and co) Midget golf we played - very recommendable fun for the whole family. The evening entertainment program was mostly by the young sports and kinderanimateuren decorated. I found it impressive, what the young people since every evening on the performances. Kudos! In the sea was the water whereas always warm. It is very nice flat - ideal for kids. While the central beach section several seaweed was to be found, the somewhat northern this section of clearest water. For this is worthwhile in my opinion the mentioned above a bit longer hike. Fee for 2 loungers and a sun screen: 10 Euro price level in the beach restaurant: really cheap!

    Can Picafort is not just a city worth seeing, but we already knew that. The hotel is actually located on the drive from can Picafort, but the shows not, because the massive hotel area the necessary distance creates. The distance to the beach is although it is only approximately 400 meters, but with over 30° and two beach bags, as well as child and baggage in tow the way also times quite long. Just right, if you (like us) the crowded beach sections want to escape and a few more meters marches, for a quieter spot to catch. From the shopping area we were disappointed. Almost only junk, cheap trinkets and brand name imitations: if that is, what the German average tourist on vacation inquires, then 'cheers meal'. Hence, there are one point of criticism. OK, but it was at least the budget rested.
