Bad price-performance ratio for Zürich

Overall i was a bit disappointed from the Mercure stoller and would therefore also not recommend. If you your demands a bit lower expectations will it really be acceptable. And i am talking about as well as the price-performance ratio.
Now to my comments:
- the room way too small (i had additionaly one facing the main road.)
- the elevator on the other side in the building, so i had to with the suit-case and also so always the stairs up and down.
- the staff well, since i would have more friendliness expected (perhaps i also only ... two bad days caught.)
- the breakfast with 28 chf a usual prices in Zürich but if you then see what you get for it. Since i am on the 2. day then go to the bakery next door
- the bathroom a joke for a 4 star hotel, totally small and as soon as one the radio on, is the loud music and you can't even the volume rules.
- on the 2. day was the bed made, but the towels and the shower gel etc. In the bathroom was not replenished and replaced.
I would go for a third or quarter pay less for this hotel then one can go those mentioned above. 'mängel' (for a 4 star hotel) possibly still in purchase.
But: there are certainly other hotels in Zürich, the same are affordable, perhaps even only stars and you satisfied is.
Something positive about the whole i have to say the hotel is very centrally located! read more

The hotel is adequate for a city break, whereas the rooms partly quite small and the breakfast extra is. This has the price 'washed '.
You should in Zürich in any case comparisons. Cleanliness was ok. Breakfast i skipped, since i 27 sfr then nevertheless exaggerated were. You can nearby reasonably priced breakfast, z. metzgerladen with pastries, or small café. read more

Practical standard 4 star hotel in the outskirts of Zurich. In comparison with similar hotels in Zurich city center, Stoller provides a good quality-price.
The rooms have been recently refurbished, they are just a little too small. The restaurant/breakfast area is very small and a little old fashion. The food is ok. read more

The hotel is located directly the zurich albisriederplatz (stop for 2 bus lines and 2 tram lines). A driving directions is by train via station hardbrücke from the airport possible. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Some rooms have balconies (which amongst others the not available from smoking a little 'compensated'). The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are very friendly and help out also with questions to the city. All in all a pleasant hotel for business - but also city breaks. read more

We felt really great in this hotel. The rooms were clean and modernly furnished. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Parking spaces there are directly in front of the hotel. These are but limited (about 10 parking spaces are impossibly) and subject to a charge.
A tram station is about 50 meters away and one arrives within 7 minutes to the center.
All together we had in the hotel a very good stay and even nothing to complain about. We would Mercure in Zürich definitely book it again. read more

The city hotel is a great base for a short stay in Zurich. We were celebrating new year's Eve and loved the reviewer, since we took the tram nearby the hotel is located on the brush KliP BiB, train station and to the center without having to change arrived. The public transport went to four o'clock at night, so was the in the hotel after the partying not strenuous. On foot you could also from centre in the hotel about 30 minutes for the, the longer partying want. read more

Publicly very well connected, it was you in 10 minutes in the center.
Courtyard room was quiet.

The room facing busy route with tram are noisy. Unvermietbar are actually the room right next to the elevators. I had room 303, the noise from the elevator are unbearable, as if a heavy wooden a Steinfußdocen would be. The lady at the reception reacted with indifference mißmutiger on my complaint. I will enter the Stoller not more. read more

For the price and the location ideal for a short trip hotel. We had booked a package, as was the very expensive breakfast was already included in the price. From the hotel all ports of public transport. Room to the rear out book, then you can tell from the street noise hardly something. Apart from the excessive, the hotel is very good. But the prices are generally in zurich for Austrian standards to expensive. The room was beautiful and it was nothing to complain about what we us could have, apart from the price! ☺ read more

A nice little city hotel, not far away from the centre of zurich and with very good tram connection. Parking is bad, even more galling that the parking must be booked so expensive.
We had a superior room which was with VIP welcome. It was unfortunately nothing to say. Rather much on that the staff seemed very Unmotivated and unfriendly. The minibar was for a hotel of this class äuißerst sparsely equipped. Otherwise the facilities of the room is good. The noise level was, despite the room facing the street ngenehm low.
Unfortunately it is no spa area or other ... ' highlights 'in this hotel. For a city break & long weekend but very recommended. read more
