Beautiful quiet hotel (none of the tiresome club hotels with constant loud music by the pool), guests mainly german and british gesetzeren age and lots of regular guests (everyone knows each). Food rather ingeniously, as fish-fan one comes on its costs, all inclusive is perhaps a little exaggerated, breakfast and dinner completely enough. Room small but nice, tv ok, no teletext, 4 or 5 german channels, selection of tv-program a little strange, am not sure, whether anybody present seniors in the-death-metal channels, as well as an austrian alternative-music-channels look at them? Bath spacious, joints a bit scruffy but the seems ... with everyone hotel in the south standard, no matter what price range you book. Bösestes shortcoming, the wifi hardly worked, had the laptop to work with, it was a daily fight a connection together and maintain. Things in a quarter of an hour bargain leave, drag so easy 1-2 hours, so what that detracts from the holiday feeling. Receptionist is accustomed restarting router, use but not much if the routers in a hole behind a thick brick wall hidden. Further work the wifi only in a corner of the massive lobby and otherwise nowhere in the hotel. It costs nothing, but i would be happy to have been prepared to pay for it if it tidy worked. But supposedly soon sorted out, according to staff. To the front desk, strong praise, all very friendly, especially the swiss lady! read more

A beautiful large hotel with friendly staff. The buffet in the morning, as well as in the evening was very good! It is in any case something for everyone. The short distance to the fine sandy beach is also a huge plus point. We would at anytime spend another vacation there! read more

Has all exceeded my expectations. Very beautiful hotel. Very well maintained, very clean, eat delicious... Weather windy to pleasant, not swimming weather in january. They were wonderful 5 days on Lanzarote, starting at extremely good knowledge at the front desk, absolutely brilliant, fresh and varied food, access to the internet there were only in the lobby, that was a little inconvenient but also promotes own self-discipline! The outside area beautiful and well maintained. Because of the strong wind it was too cold in the pool to go, but the Cappuccino by the pool us for the weather compensated! Big praise altogether at the hotel and whose staff! read more

A wonderful hotel, ideally located, as far enough away from town in order not to be disturbed, close enough to walk to. The hotel has us wonderful, the breakfast was good and rich. That staff was very friendly, our room was with a view of the pool. The only fault is, that the beds drifting apart, as it was two single beds are. The pool could december/january be heated, because 20 °c water is very cool-we still fully enjoyed. From full board or all-inclusive i would advise against it-there is in the environment many nice and also inexpensive restaurants and ... The pool is freezing! But would have the pool not cold, would the hipotel la geria will be charged my favorite hotel and i would every year again go there. Heated but finally the pool then everything is good. Daily complain the guests. Everything else is great! read more

We were already many times here in the hotel (occasionally in Playa Blanka) because the hotel in the meantime need was. This iar but done and now we go gladly anytime again back. However, the chef was not there. The food is a bit worse. But otherwise we are very Satisfied and in the ' april again. We like it especially, very quiet in the hotel and on the complex is. read more

The hotel (4 floors) is medium sized and somewhat older, however in good condition and very clean kept. Balcony view around the pool and mostly also with smb or megabyte. Age structure of the guests, mostly 50/60+, lots of long-term vacationers (between 6 where and 3 months), regular customers, repeat offender for years and so on hardly any family with children or young people, whereby starting from the 27 and for new year's were few young people, families there. The majority of the guests came from Germany, England, few dutchmen, italian, french and danish. read more

    The rooms are very alright, a bit small and small faults, but immediately. Modern and nicely furnished with plenty of storage space (also in the bathroom). I had room with megabyte booked It was lovely. The beds comfortable and when i expressed their wish, the beds together to bind (always went apart and was then on this crack) was done immediately. The only thing to complain about, the somewhat older sheets/covers, by 'iron/lack machine' yellow stained. You should discard, because is not very nice and unthinkable for star hotel. Were changed immediately, but during the next change, this are returning to the fore. Not good. In the room there is no wi-fi, but in the lobby area wi-fi and free. There are also 2 computers, but it costs 10/20 minutes 1,- / 2,- Euro many had their own laptop or table computer and could then connect. Password at the front desk. Here there is also the remote control for the tv (flat screen ) ARD, ZDF, RTL and Sat.1. And against 10 Euro deposit bath towels.

    The food in the hotel restaurant was very good quality and delicious, but the selection was/quantity the offered courses rather mediocre. I can only the breakfast evaluate, i have to say no 4 stars. Juices (only from and the orange juice was fresh) from the package, fruit from the can. At fresh fruits there was (in the 14 days, when i was there) alternating and daily either apples, pears, mandarins, bananas. Either watermelon or honey melon, and cut always kiwi, orange or grapefruits. The same was true with the cold cuts, if not gauda was, it was edam or camembert. If there is no (greasy) salami was, then pfeffersalami (as greasy), greasy Sausage (also here every 2 days the same sausage). The 'sweet' corner, offered only always the same (about 10 days long) croissants nature or (al mini) with shoko or vanilla. Very boring. Also fried eggs were before (often 1 plate full with about 20 pieces.) , unfortunately one stacked, so that always a mess and very nasty appeared. One will be full, no question, even sparkling wine there are, nevertheless, a lot is already after 4 days boring. From other, the all-inclusive or half-board, i have learned, that in the evening better is.

    The staff, always hard to help and to be friendly and everyone (except for the putzengel -understandably-) spoke german. Nevertheless, i regret to (always once again) say, that many of the guests not 'adequate' behavior may, too loud are, to is inconsiderate, very negative opposite the staff (criticism is the one thing, degrading insults, another). Long-term or regular guests, the few changes in course of the years see, complain and 'earlier was better'. Or if the eggs, omelets or scrambled eggs, not 'kindly' at 8.01 are finished (breakfast is from 8 o'clock). And similar, incomprehensibly, where on vacation where actually all peace and time. I, nothing negative on the staff to say, (i say, as calls into the forest, so it schallte also ) very friendly and hard-working and i prefer the kudos, as lots of patience and nerves it has and it deal and further smile. Safe runs, not always all ok and here and there was a problem, but they were solved immediately.

    The very broad, extensive beach is from the hotel easy to reach. There you will find chairs and sunscreens for a fee. The sand is dark but very nice. The sea slooped very lightly, so that you here very well could go bathing and swimming. The pool is alright, unfortunately already at 8 (as usual) reserving and in the afternoon were the ' sunny spots' unfortunately. Entertainment i from and to in the evening notice, very good and funny. The christmas and new year's eve program was great. Below of the pool is h a small diving center and spa (both not taken into account).

    The hotel (4 floors) is medium sized and somewhat older, however in good condition and very clean kept. Balcony view around the pool and mostly also with smb or megabyte. Age structure of the guests, mostly 50/60+, lots of long-term vacationers (between 6 where and 3 months), regular customers, repeat offender for years and so on hardly any family with children or young people, whereby starting from the 27 and for new year's were few young people, families there. The majority of the guests came from Germany, England, few dutchmen, italian, french and danish.

    Directly at the promenade. Behind the promenade is the broad and nice beach. 2 beach chairs and umbrella 8, -only 1 beach chair/umbrella 5,- on the road there are in both directions approximately 5 minutes out shopping and rent a car. The airport is relatively close. On foot until there are around 3 to 4 kilometer, nice walk and you can Incoming or outgoing flight watch. One sees from the beach from the deep approaching aircraft. The aircraft noise was acceptable. But also to Puerto del Carmen to the nearest shopping center/puerto calero it was about 3 kilometer, you easily can be done. Arrecife is by bus (for 1,65) about minutes accessible by very nice shopping mile.

We stayed here for new year's. Great gala dinner and new year's eve party. Perfect location, right on the waterfront and on the cycling route. Service in the bar not always very good. read more

    Modern and nicely furnished but relatively small. We booked a room with sea view - the ocean was actually nothing to see (trees, pool). After we had complained about this, we were a different room offered, there was but also. The beds we found really comfortable. Unfortunately, there was early in the morning sometimes only lukewarm water for showers. Actually were the rooms quite clean, we still on the week way often visit of cockroaches.

    The food in the hotel restaurant was very good quality and delicious, but the selection was/quantity the offered courses rather mediocre. Fish and meat were always freshly prepared. Unfortunately, we had to every evening at the entrance of the restaurant in line and wait for a table - even if we 2 hours after opening came. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed with the number of guests and were very hectic and rather little friendly.

Below of the pool there is a small dive centre (bahianus), which we happy to recommend. The base is rather small, familiar and the owners are very friendly. The diving was a lot of fun.
