We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The playroom was well stocked with clean toys for all ages and welcoming. The food was outstanding for adults but was a bit too adventurous for my children. We really hope to return in the future. read more

The hotel has the most fantasic location with a great viewof the high mountains of the Valais from the balcony
It is always very clean and tidy and the food is excellent especially the dinners which are served in a very cosy dining room A major plus point is that the familly are always very involved and a lot of the staff have been there for up to 30 years and I know them all
it is especially friendly to children otherwise the guests cover many european nationalities and every age read more

It was a most wonderful experience for us and even though we did not take the kids along, we noticed the warm, loving family atmosphere, friendliness and extra care to make all hotel guests feel very welcome and special - esprecially the children. The utmost care is taken to accommodate families with children. The food and different theme every night with relevant entertainment was very special. We must also make special mention of Frieda at reception and conceirge desk for her exceptionally warm personality and friendliness. She is a real asset to the hotel and we were treated like royalty! ... We would dearly like to visit your lovely Saas Fee and hotel again in future and bring the kids along too! Alphubel is a lovely welcoming hotel with superb facilities and great food. The Supersaxo family and staff go out of their way to help, inform and entertain. The food and themed nights/entertainment, especially the "Swiss night" with music, fireworks and raclette, are great. The children love it and really don't want to leave. It is nice to be at the top of the village with the wonderful view over Saas Fee, yet able to share the ski locker facilities with the Waldesruh close to the ski lifts. read more

A good family run three star hotel with helpful staff and children not just accepted but welcomed. The hotel electric transport was available to convey guests at the start and end of the day and also at other times when requested.
The owners provide local entertainment and themselves in the evenings at popular times, and especially for children and families. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again. We stayed for 10 nights and our daughter and husband plus our grandchildren for a week with us.
One small improvement. A WiFi extender should be provided to ensure ... connectivity to Internet, especially on the third floor.
These are not very expensive, about 40 to 50 plus euros for a good make.
Overall, the hotel is in a good position with stunning views in fresh mountain air, reasonably good food and service,and a fair price read more

We have been coming to Alphubel for 5 years now, and it is always like returning home. The Supersaxo family and their staff ensure a warm welcome and look after our every need. At Alphubel you get a real idiosyncratic Swiss experience - it's not your average package holiday at all (thank God). So the evening entertainment involves Alpenhorn blowing competitions, glockenspiel, cowbell ringing, fireworks, Swiss mountain songs etc. as well as kids discos. Kids are well taken care of and get involved in pizza making, winter olympics, sledging, as well as playing in the games room (table tennis, playstation ..., bar football, air hockey) Food is very good and getting better every year, rooms are very comfortable, though not luxurious, and are not priced for luxury either. They offer a ski bus to their partner hotel at the foot of the slopes where there is a ski and boot locker - very convenient. Saas Fee is a very charming village - totally pedestrianised, no wild nightlife (that I could see.) and highly civilised. read more

Also this year we had a very varied, relaxing and therefore all around perfect ski - vacation in Hotel Alphubel. All of the staff shone a friendliness and warmth, its equal, without that you quality do. On any wishes is received, the food and offered drinks is above average, the again and again offered activities of the family supersaxo to gästeunterhaltung are varied and professional.
Our family room is comfortable and large enough, also comfortable two or three weeks could.
The child care is reliable, exciting and diverse for children decorated especially it is always suitable for kids and on ... the various age groups coordinated.

Was with a training with the leovadis ag in this hotel and we had informative 2 days in pleasant environment and are great care has been of the family supersaxo the owners of home. Excursions were very good prepared and the evening entertainment entertaining, we had a lot of fun together. The excellent cuisine has lots to offer and tasted from breakfast till to the diner. View from the bed on the Allalinhorn. Hotel at wonderful location. Owner often offer in the evening a entertainment with Topstimmung. The furnishing no longer corresponds to the current standard, is however functional and clean. Value for money is good. If we go back to SAAs fee are, we will the hotel definitely choose again. read more
