When I search for a affordable hotel to Oktoberfestzeit on the hotel Tessin prodded. The small hotel is located in a high rise building-complex directly landsberger street, you hear with the window closed no traffic noise! The S-Bahn Laim is only 5 minutes away, alternatively, tram Fürstenrieder street about 7 minutes
Parking for costs in the garage or if you're lucky at the roadside in front of the house.
The reception was friendly. Unfortunately was my single room very small. A colleague had a double room alone, what normal size. Rooms are functional, not anymore at the newest standard, but ... everything very clean.
The breakfast was surprisingly rich with lots of fresh things. Real plus point: A forgotten document has been found and I directly forwarded. read more

Once and never again!
Have a room booked in the hotel and I was promised, that the key at 1 o'clock at night in a casino to be deposited. I told this the hotel with my plane only at 23:00 hours arrival would.
The staff said it is not a problem and the arrival possible. Now, I am the good 49 kilometer from the airport to the hotel and it was then no key for me to guarantee. Then the emergency number called and the manager said. He knew of nothing. Although I actually with him the discussed. Now ..., I should look for another hotel was his help.
On the next day I have since called and was a liar besschimpft and I should not more in the hotel book.
I am now a lot but such a kind of a people I have never experienced something like that. Unfortunately was Munich at this time good, which is why I am almost obligatory for the hotel again decide needs.
But every and look for another hotel. The rooms are way too small and the business it is only about the money. Breakfast is bad and not worth the money.
The location right then a busy street where it day and night approximately is.
Let it rather even if it cheap for Munich seems! read more

Hotel was difficult to find as it is on a Hauptverkehrs street in a house is.
Had to the underground car park use for parking Lack, but was OK.
Rooms are fine but small. You may not luxury expect. For a short break but reasonable
When we a 2 night wanted to stay, suggested that the front desk is a pennies at the price, because our internet booking much too cheap.! Also at the final bill he wanted to us 4 instead of 2 underground garages squares deduct. Surely only a mistake. Nevertheless be careful ☺
The breakfast was ... totally satisfactory.
Man is fast at the suburban train and in the center.
Man may no high expectations have, but for a short stay completely okay. read more

Completely sufficient for 2 nights for the city trip. Super easy access to the subway not far into town. Getting a bit old, but very comfortable furnished. Bathroom very clean! The hotel has it's own parking for the car, I believe for a small Obollus. Food unfortunately we cannot rate, since we'have ate anything. read more

We stayed here on a weekend in Munich, to the Oktoberfest grounds. The hotel is very centrally located, directly opposite the train station. It is a few minutes from the centre of Munich. The hotel looks at first glance not very inviting, very old building, a block of flats. But if you enter the hotel, first doubts are forgotten. The hotel is nice and bright and friendly equipped. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are rather small. The rooms are clean, friendly equipped and furnished with everything that one needs. Telephone, tv equipment, Internet access is also. ... The bathroom is really small. Secondly, you can hardly. But everything was nice and clean. A hair dryer is not available. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast, this is more than enough and varied. There are fresh rolls, toast, fruit, fruit salad, sausage, cheese, Nutella, honey, different jam, mozzarella/tomato, fresh coffee (you get in the thermos can directly to the table), tea, orange juice. The hotel is highly recommended, for a Zell Wochenen stop, for a long time the room is just too small for two people. Overall a very nice, well located Hotel. read more

When we selected in the run-up to this hotel and booked, we were very of the 'magic' hotel pictures and looked forward to the hotel facilities and the modern, colorful appearance.
Of course there was already the first problems at check-in, because it was no reservation before. What was very weird, I end October 09 the room was booked and had contact with the hotel. But after an hour of waiting and without any problems we got our room.
The room was very small and had a very small bathroom. For two nights it was fine, but for longer stays ... the room would have been too narrow and too small. Also look it had nothing to do with the hotel pictures you can see here.
The decor and furniture of the room was worn and the beds were worn out. Also in the bathroom had some unpleasant place.
Yet every day our bed and we got fresh towels.
The breakfast buffet had variety but the next day it was the same as the day before and it was just as the plates as they were on the day before. The boiled eggs were on the second day fresh from the refrigerator, but there was always fresh rolls.
In conclusion, all in all it was satisfactory for a short city break. For longer stays and for the money actually insufficient.
Nevertheless, I do not think that we would stay at this hotel. For the next trip to Munich is another booked.
But the easy access to the underground, the main train station and the city center are optimal. The hotel is located in an area where many foreigners live. read more

The hotel is a converted floor in a 9 story apartment block. The rooms are quite small. After a long drive threw the bed and I was first surrounded by a huge cloud of dust. Although the bed was changed from ausschütteln the ceilings, but you might not much. Sometime they tried the ambience in the "hotel" movement. In addition you drove to a large Swedish store and bought eager but with no plans. The rooms are new chairs and trash but closet and bed are about 30 years old and 5 times on and dismantled. Also new bedside lamps ... were installed. These are but very disturbing right over the pillows and do not way. The breakfast is compared to the rest of good enough, but you had to take care since not too far wrong. There are fresh rolls and the usual coating. In the very very small bathroom continued with particle board abgehangenen mold on the ceiling and on the walls. Immediately after our arrival, we complained about a broken lamp in the bathroom. At check out 2 nights later is still broken On the upside, the whole hotel is equipped with free wireless internet and the really excellent transport links. S Bahn station very close and you can with every direction city center. In addition I was very surprised when I found a safe. The more I was disappointed this festgedübelt was not on the wall and so could be taken out of the closet. For those I need no safe. read more

I found this so-called hotel an impertinence. The front desk was rude and the rooms are in an old apartment building between normal condos. The rooms are also used rooms have been studio apartment. On entering the room poked a strong musty smell in the nose and in my room was positioned old fridge. The bathroom was filthy and the mirrored wardrobe half falling apart. The carpet in the room was also very shabby, the bed was numerously strong noise. Luckily it was clean linen twice a week. Breakfast on the paid I skipped accordingly. The public transport is only ... five minutes away and fortunately I only had one night stay. read more
