Food especially delicious, all of the staff very pleasant, room clean, good bed, spa by a hallway with bathrobe distance, great dressing room with shelves on the on and departure day. The room was very spacious and from the balcony direct view of the thermal spring. For the new years fireworks from our room was the best-so a great view! The rooms are cleaned daily and also in the rest of hotel was always everything lightning bright! Surprised we were the guests, as from young families up to older people everyone. In the restaurant, in the bar... Everywhere you feel very comfortable and a very relaxing bathing enjoy! read more

Although we the stay in the hotel and except the beverages nothing had to pay, we were on the 13-12-2012 extremely friendly at the front desk welcomes. The food respectively the staff in the restaurant deserve the best rating. Small cleanliness flaws (dust behind the lamps in the bathroom) and a light habit of the furniture in the apartment. 210 the nice care or the pleasant ambience in your house easily made up for it. We were from 28-12-2012 until 1-1-2013 in the Hotel Kowald and were thrilled by the first second on.
The frontdesk was very friendly and cordially and there were the most important things like for instance meal times, when the thermal spring aufsperrt, and so on told with a warm welcome. The beach bag with 2 beach towels and 2 bathrobes you got right at the front desk, which is very good as you the size the bathrobe you would like or need just can say.
We had a double room a with a balcony with a view of the therme ... booked, which very comfortable and clean. Also had a nice view. The room is so about 25 square meter large.
In the bathroom was the toilet, the shower, a sink and a lot of counter space for all the stuff that you with, a large mirror and a magnifying mirror. Further is in the bathroom a hair dryer, a handtuchtrocknerheizung, a stool, two hedges for the towels and it was a small shower gel and a shampoo and 2 toothbrush glass on the counter space next to the sink and 2 towels and 2 towels and a showering rug. It was always everything very clean. Towels were changed daily.
(our opinion could have been a bit more hedges for example inside at the bathroom door or similar be installed to the thermal baths the wet towels and robes somewhat better distributed hang up.)
In the room there is a double bed with very comfortable mattresses, we have the best sleep, 2 bedside tables, a desk, an armchair, a couch, a flat-screen tv with a lot of channels and radio stations. Further there was a closet for possibilities for to hang up and legemöglichkeiten and in the closet was also the safe the one with its own six-digit combination programd. In the closet are also 2 more pillows and a blanket. Then there is the eingangtüre a counter for for example jackets to hang, shoes to stand up and a seating area to the can't go wrong with wear shoes or a bag for on it and there is a shoe horn.
Aitting in the room a mini bar (surcharge). In the mini bar fits a 1.5 liter of mineral water bottle of purely which one perhaps itself taken for the room.
As i have already mentioned we had a room with a large balcony 2 chairs a table and an ashtray and there is an extendable badetuchaufhängemöglichkeit.
Our room was always super as everything in the hotel.
Breakfast buffet is served between 7:30 a. m. and 10:00 a. m. It is an absolutely great, the selection was huge and it was so delicious. Lots of different sausages, hams, caper sausage, cheese, crunchy fresh pastries and bread, jams, cereal, fruit. Yogurt, milk, thomaten, cucumbers, peppers (green, red, yellow ), and much more different variations of egg, abgebratener bacon, small warm sausages, several teas, coffee, water, fruit juices, (the delicious grape juice and apple-grape juice drink). Eggs you can also still from the card without an extra charge, like for instance scrambled eggs with pumpkin seed oil, fiery scrambled eggs, classic scrambled eggs and so on, furthermore you could also coffee like for instance espresso, large brown and so on from the card without an extra charge. The service and the quality are great. You can not at all stop to eat.
Dinner is in the restaurant between 6:00 p. m. and 8:30 p. m. and in the bistro between 6:30 p. m. and 10:00 p. m.
In the restaurant there was a 6 course menu (antipasti and salad bar, 2 starters, 2 main courses and 1 dessert). Main courses were 3 to choose from, one of them vegetarian. Also here is the food just amazing. It is so delicious and lovingly and beautifully prepared.
In the bistro is the food super, there you can from the menu choose what you want, so 3 courses (starter, main course, dessert) and it's not less extensively. Were in the restaurant and also in the bistro and can both to 100% recommendable.
A lunch is included in the bistro between 12:30 a. m. and 2:30 p. m., but we never used as we so full from the breakfast were.
The bistro has from 12:00 to 24:00 open.
In the bistro is a designated smoking area and a non-smoking area
In the price is the entrance to the thermal spring and the schaffelbad includes, what the Hotel Kowald further to a unique hotel. Of course with walkway directly from the hotel in the thermal spring. In the thermal baths are also for kowaldgäste own pool chairs are provided, the schaffelbad in a very quiet area.
The thermal spring was generally very nice, bright, clean and especially in the schaffelbadbereich with delightful retreat possibilities and very good beach chairs, some are really nice soft padded and there were also cushions on it. There is many saunas, pools, steam rooms, infrared and much more dining is sufficiently available. Great thermal baths.
The silvestergaladinner was the dream. 18:00 hours champagne, 7-course gala dinner, it was brilliant. The staff has also there done, easy it was certainly not for such lots of people such a great, delicious gala dinner to conjure up and the waiters there is also secure several kilometers run, everything is smoothly and was very good coordinated.
Afterwards it went in the bistro with live music. At 0:15 o'clock there were on the thermenwiese a beautiful fireworks, which we from the balcony our room regarded since we had a terrific view had.
Parking spaces are in front of the hotel available. You got in arrival at reception a parking card into the car sets.
For the return trip there was still a bottle of grape juice as a present of the hotel.
We have felt completely comfortable, the complete staff is great friendly, good food, everything is great clean, beautiful rooms. What else could you want.

The food was simple lovely, we love the cook embraced could have been.
The rooms were rather weak equipped. In the brochure the rooms are better dargstellt than it in reality shows, and in the different categories there was not really an increase.
Value for money rather moderate.
The issue loungers there was a small problem, there guests other hotel in other words; 4 seasons etc. Loungers in undserer department occupied.
