A very nice family hotel. A bit dated. The standard double room was rather small. A bit unusual is the shared balcony for four rooms! In this first march week were very many young families with very many small children present! For this group the hotel is very, as the kids' program was very good, the children's ski school in the house and the practice slope for the ' lulu group ' in front of the house is. read more

    Breakfast buffet is very good! Dinner was very good! Dinner in the ' ainkehr' excellent! Germknödel and kaspressknödelsuppe in the 'Adlerhorst' and ' ponies' very good!

    Although we three hours before check-in arrived, we were greeted by the boss Brigitte warm welcome and informed! Nevertheless we as hofer customers were out and in the past in other hotels massive was noticeable, this was in this hotel at any time! On the contrary the boss Brigitte said, that we as a couple without children in the evening in the restaurant - innenmitten the young families plus toddlers-not feel welcome, we were immediately the offer made, which we in the restaurant ' ainkehr ' without an extra charge dinner may. And we have this with pleasure accepted! A wonderful ambiance with extremely friendly and courteous service (Bernhard and team) we were allowed before an open fire our dinner! Thank you very much again for this!

    Pool and sauna area very nice! But: since very lots of small children were present, it could not really be enjoyed! Often were up to 12 grandchildren in the small pool, there could of swim no longer! Since the present parents not very committed to have, their infants opposite, it could happen, that up to four small children in the sauna-shower and up to a quarter of an hour with loud maintenance and laugh the unattend to spend time! In the separate sauna area, where a note was: under 14 years no entry.

Competent very friendly staff, daily show cooking (pancakes omelets fried eggs) bountiful breakfast buffet muesli different yogurts, lunch soup plus cakes only problem that soup only at 13 o'clock and the procedure already at 12 o'clock was, dinner again show cooking additionaly buffet. Everything delicious. Drinks not included, swimming pool and sauna clean, lots of towels in the sauna area. Even for children there were bathrobes. Skiing schools next to hotel, doctor practice hotel building, slopes couple steps away... In short very nice winter sports region for relaxing family vacation read more

    All were very friendly, but unfortunately was the service not enough. If you can get drinks wanted, you had to practically take care - for breakfast, during dinner and also at the bar. A great shame for a 4-star hotel, that actually interests needs, beverages for sale. It lacked coordination. However as mentioned, all were friendly. But for the price you can more attention to expect. Room service was very good.

The hotel is partly renovated, however the work not yet in all the rooms complete. The from us booked triple -room was decent size, and close proximity to supervised children's playroom, much appreciated. The deductions in the zimmerbewertung are not implemented renovation payable. For a families-skiing vacation is the location directly at the slopes ideal, but are other activities and shops rather limited available. The food was good very good, however the daily buffet the Touch a (albeit very good) cafeteria. Indoor pool and various saunas (inside and outside ) are available, unfortunately was the last year available jacuzzi in ... the open current stay as' private ' declared and not usable. The small weaknesses of substance is the friendly staff balanced. read more

Successful holiday for all. Small weaknesses of the staff are the kindness and the effort to keep the guest more than made up for it. I would particularly like to highlight (handicapped ) the location of the room (direct at lift, 1st floor) and the offer the hotel management me by taxi a little further afield evening in a cabin to bring. See lots of guests from eastern europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia...) And corresponding manners. Plates fully dug and only half gegesseb... It was gebenten in appropriate clothing (not in your workout ) to eat to appear. This was very many guests not at all respects. The guests were not requested this to omit. The hotel captivates in our opinion because of the perfect location to the ski lifts, the excellent food, as well as the offered child care, what our small gladly accepted-mostly more often than \u263a. Our room was extremely spacious, the bathroom a bit small but sufficient. The food was excellent (mostly buffet), only at christmas had the waiters a bit with the service to fight - apart from that everything okay. The swimming pool with 2 saunas, and the like offers relaxation and is very clean. All together a well well planned hotel with much wellbeing atmosphere. read more

We wanted our 5-year old daughter once kärntern christmas allow! , therefore we were from 21. until 26-12-2012 on the tv. The was the worst christmas of our life! No organization, no consideration for children, gala dinner was a disaster! We are hungry to bed gone! I still wouldn't (at least with children) recommend, christmas of katschberghof to spend! I have an e-mail to the katschberhof written and not even a reply, let alone an apology or compensation! :-( read more

    The rooms were really reasonable! The bed especially the mattresses were in very good condition, that means not worn out. Everything was clean and big enough and not outdated. One thing to however somewhat be careful : the walls are very thin \u263a

    So breakfast is like everything else also, which is served very good! You really had all possibilities and there is something for everyone there! (the bacon at the scrambled egg is the absolute hit, rarely a so palatability abgeprasselten bacon eaten). The dinner is anyway brilliant! Also any wishes for example concerning lactose or vegetarian or similar immediately taken into account (not for me but for the a or other not unimportant).

    The boss is the absolute hammer, friendly, funny and just sympathetic, exactly like the president at the bar and also the lady of the buffets. Here you can a perfect service speak, it was to us with the food still waited patiently ( staubedingte delay), and any no immediately clarified or allows! Cleaning was great and in the short time we have unfortunately not the complete staff know gelern. The two young girls in the service do their job, and are helpful, but with a motivation and a face, the well to say we did not the pure joy radiates.

We had a short break with friends we enjoyed it very much, food spa was okay. Hotel clean staff very friendly and helpful. Everything included we come back surely sometime again. read more

Have the hotel for a overnight stay used and therefore not everything try, but with all the offered very satisfied. Especially impressive is the friendly and competent welcoming at the reception and the good service. All inclusive offer, as far as we can say, is totally sufficient And the food tasted very good. Certainly come back again. read more

Well maintained hotel in a beautiful location, feel good factor and culinary experience very big. Breakfast and dinner buffet excellent and something there for every taste. All day offered drinks, Mittagssuppentopf and afternoon coffee and cakes all inclusive wellness area with cabin, sauna, Kneipp baths, steam room outside sauna and jacuzzi with a view of the mountain world. Indoor pool With resting room and comfortable loungers. Staff always friendly and attentive. Also to later Essenszeitpunkten still plenty of choice available or be refilled. Room with a balcony, Bath not brand-new anymore, but clean and in well maintained condition. Guides hikes ... or excursions are offered in the hotel. read more

Actually enough here to comment: in this hotel fits all we were really satisfied. I would like to but nevertheless expand a little more on the individual evaluation criteria received. After we already several times in the hotel Hinteregger short break spent, we booked with this tv. During our stay originated the guests too many from Austria and a few from southern germany, which perhaps also to pleasant atmosphere contributed. In the hotel everything was clean, a friendly lobby, beautiful bar and large dining rooms. Altogether a beautiful feel-good atmosphere. read more

    With our room we were satisfied, plenty of storage space, safe and balcony with a view of the tschanek. In the bathroom we had a bath -shower combination washbasin with very large mirror, hair dryer and toilet.

    For breakfast there were different very good types of sausage and cheese, marmelade, honey, cakes, eggs, English breakfast, and muesli selection, as well as something for diabetics. Little coffeepot was served. Lunch was offered in a soup with bread and coffee, tea and cakes. The dinner buffet we found especially fine. Nice decorated appetizers and the salad buffet stood in front of the dining room, the soup and drinks were served. A chef distributed always good meat dishes, I think, there were also always fish. Afterwards you could the desserts or cheese serve. in the dining room there was not the usual noise level. My wife regrets today still, that you a lot the good dishes could not eat, as they strong toothache had.

    Here you can from the hotel management to the chambermaid for commitment and sympathy only give top marks. On the whole done one felt neither from the staff yet from the guests hecticness or discontent. We were as a couple a private table for the duration of our stay allocated. In the mornings we could from the hotelpost, which on each table, the menu read, as well as hiking suggestions, weather forecast and a nice saying.

    In the hotel there is a large hot indoor pool, steam bath, a very large infrared cabin for several persons, a steam bath, a large finnish sauna and two basins for foot baths. Before the indoor pool on the terrace there is a jacuzzi and a large sauna. Besides a very large fitness room with many professional, of high quality devices. Massages you could book. Guides hikes are offered or they make, as we, even on the way. Unfortunately we know everything. On the other side the pass street one comes into one and a half hours on the aineck ski area (2210 meters), is also a chairlift up. There one has then also many possibilities for hiking. In 40 to 50 minutes one is on the gamskogelhütte, depending on how long one along the beautiful carvings of view. From there you can the tschaneck (2024 meters) or gontalscharte for a round trip. The kareck (2500 meters) is better other side. It was this time because of snow bad.

    At the pass street is the Familienhotel Hinteregger with the massive wellness area, you can travel from st. Michael coming before the hotel Hinteregger turn right up, you will see the hotel Lärchenhof ( also a hinteregger hotel) and in between the hotel lies katschberghof, which since 2010 the hinteregger hotels belongs. The hiking trails lead directly from the hotel way. A minikaufhaus is located in the hotel Lärchenhof.
