Outside of the center in green surroundings and absolute peace the two-room apartment. Stylish and functional. Very friendly front desk. The owners gave us many tips for excursions given. The guided city tour the private minivan with Mr p. Was extremely exciting and educational, very recommendable.

We were satisfied all around. Us after unpacking as at home felt. It was more than enough Capacity. Everything was great clean and reasonable. For smaller children,( twins boys 2.5 years) a paradise good as nothing broken can be made. You can Berlin prima explore, with the öffis wonderful stress free and then be apartment guests. The absolute highlight were the Induktionskochplatten. More comfort than at home! We didn't want to come home. The next vacation will in any case longer. A great and Mega apartment hotel.

We were welcomed very nicely. Thank you for coffee, and sink in the kitchen. Unfortunately the check-in process was stay too short. However we will come back and then a bit longer. Both the hotel's transportation connections and the garden are really nice. read more

very good equipped apartment. Very nice owner. Unfortunately I had no choice time for sights, and so on as a business trip. Ideal for self provider ( supermarket/ shopping center in walking distance). Free Wi-Fi. Free and lots of parking spaces in front of the house. I will try, definitely always book here. Definitely 100% recommendation. Privately run Berlin tours are also offered. read more

Can these guest house only recommend. We had a Apartmentwohnung a few driving minutes from the main guest house distant -it was perfect clean- the furnishings was super. Mordernly decorated - so many Infomatierial over Berlin (various movies, Docs, Bücker etc.) parking direct in front of the door-what more could you want as a family with small child the lots of kind of odds ends umherschleppen must ☺ Ten minutes, by car and one is at the Alex. The public we didn't use it-but the tram stop is only a few minutes on foot distant. The apartment we recommend ... therefore unlimited further! read more

The apartment house and the garden are very nice, it looks from outside was friendly and welcoming.
The apartment what we had, had a custom size( bedroom, living room, kitchen, Corridor and toilet), the condition is very good... From living room and kitchen you get to the terrace...
It is all very quiet, so if it is warm and nice on the terrace can sit.

Family-friendly hotel, we felt very well cared for. The rooms are very well appointed, bright, spacious and very clean. We will definitely make a reservation. The location is perfect, wonderful large garden, ideal for families with children. And located in the heart of the city. On the large garden terrace after sightseeing we could very well relax and unwind. The access of the public transport in the city is easy and time-consuming. Very great we found the city tour by Mr skewers. We can only recommend it, historically very interesting and definitely not boring! read more

The connection is suboptimal. The rooms are perfectly appointed. Unfortunately during our stay never cleaned and no beds made. The hosts were very hard. Check-in and check-out were rough. read more

We stayed at the apartments with our two kids for 2 nights. From the beginning to the end absolutely fabulous, very spacious and clean, furnishings in great condition, nice little patio that unfortunately due to the weather we couldn't utilize as well as the kids playground. 100% recommendation, very close to all the sight, but still quiet and tranquil. read more

Very beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment!
A stay is fully recommendable.
the care was competent and very friendly! The city tour is in any case recommendable!
the subway Anbinndung is absolutely correct and the ways to the city center short!
the location is however, a little out of the way and quiet.
also the stay with dog there was no problem, on the contrary, the dog was a cherished guest!

The first time last year we were by the good website of Guestehouse attentive. Then seven days after our stay, it was clear to us, our next holiday to spend here. This year we were greeted as good friends and family welcomes. The spacious furnished apartment, the terrace and the park-like garden area invite for a relaxing overnight stay. You got there and you felt well.
The well appointed kitchen is really good. Especially to be recommended was the city tour with Mr Pike. Competent advice to all questions in and around Berlin. Madam a spit, the good soul of ... the house, left no wishes open and on the large and small guests always an open ear and a compromise. The surrounding area is quiet and yet not far from shopping and public transport. Park in front of the house in caliber and size is available in abundance. All around a successful stay in the heart of Berlin. We will also be asking for our next Berlin trip to shelter in spit. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel. read more

This great condo was perfect for us as a family. In the spacious garden could move freely and the children were very welcome. The dwelling lies absolutely calmly and nevertheless is one with the public transportation in the city. Very nicely decorated and very clean. The best were the nice landlord, some tips for us and were trying hard, the stay as nice as possible for us to be designed. We'll come back again for sure.
