Always gladly and again and again I shall take these pousada visit and book. Help transfer, tickets and the Council is so warm, that one not any more way and if one considers already when you stay again, if not the long journey from Germany would be. read more

The complex consists of a spacious, tropical garden with 6 bungalows, as well as some apartments, so very easy going. Everything is very well-kept and harmonically placed into the landscape. There the owners German are, were also lots of German guests there. It was easy access to the conversation and prima over the experiences as brasilienreisende exchanges. read more

    Our bungalow consisted of a spacious room with shower bath, as well as terrace with hammock. Mini bar and safe were available. It was cleaned every day. We had a beautiful view of the sea, the lighthouse and the village. The bungalows are nicely arranged in the spacious garden. Because of the exposed location and the easy going atmosphere it was relaxing and quiet.

    The property is a typical breakfast offered, that means as '1st course' was beautiful sliced fruit, as well as fresh squeezed fruit juices. The '2. course' included plentiful rolls, butter, cheese, ham, as well as delicious guavenmarmelade. As '3. course' came three different treats ( daily changing ) on the table: cakes and other tasty treats. To everything plentifully coffee. All this in a semi -open Pavillon in the tropical garden with colibri can arrange enjoyed.

    The warmth and willingness to help the owner Marga and Helmut makes next to the beautiful environment much from, to absolutely comfortable. As you in Brazil not could get along farther with English, it is useful, that Marga and Helmut German and on transferfragen, tours etc. With their language skills can help.     On the complex there is a sunbathing area with chairs ( dreamlike view of the sea), as well as a small pool without chlorine. Towels are provided. Evenings you can end the day nice at the bar with a Caipirinha ( or similar) at the end.     The pousada is located on a hill at the end the small village of morro de Sao Paulo. Since the luggage is transported, one must only his own body weight get up. But the is worthwhile really, as above is a paradise with dreamlike view and peace. The picturesque town is quickly reached (5 minutes), there there is everything that you need, shops, restaurants and small supermarkets. Also the beaches are quickly reached (from 5 minutes; the longer one runs, the lonely you will).

Our stay pousada colibri was dreamlike nice. The bungalows, the bar and the pool are carefully developed and were perfect, on increasing, with a view of the sea and the rest of the place. You get the impression, the paradise found. The furnishing the bungalows includes everything, which one needs. Even a tv there was, in our view, unnecessary, since you to enjoy of sea, island, the mentality of inhabitants and above all the peace, no tv needs. Rather simply times in the hammock in front of the bungalow and take a break from everyday life or comfortable with other ... vacations the unique caipirinha from Helmut enjoy! The breakfast was really delicious, varied and above all enough to to the mittagstunden nothing more food to have. The owners us, thanks to our non-existing portuguese knowledge, often organize excursions on the island helped. Also further away from excursions, like for instance in the chapada diamantina they could us tips and contacts for excursions and places to spend the night and us when booking help. The distance to the different beaches(1-4) is between 15 and 30 minutes must lots of stairs be mastered about 150 the pousada is therefore for disabled not very suitable. The location morro is 15 minutes away. There are restaurants, shops, discos and small supermarkets. Excursions can be booked at the place. Better but you asked you before at Helmut the stands with advice and act to the side. Prior to the island with a catamaran 3 hours (75 Real) or taxiflugzeug for 6 people 20 minutes (150 Real very cramped)

They are there, this magical places on earth. You just have to know, where. Pousada Colibri in Morro de Sao Paulo is one of the places, where the symbiosis of nature and relaxation perfect job is. Wonderful and comfortable accommodations, a dreamlike pool area, a every morning surprising, rich breakfast with nice service, and views of the Atlantic ocean, the couple Steps up to pousada from day to day forget. Strategic ' is, the pousada well situated. On the one hand within 3 minutes directly down at the ancient, little frequented beach direction Gamboa, on the other hand almost exactly ... fast and the praias 1-3 right of the village, where the hustle and bustle in things bars and night life. Behind, from Praia 4 rows itself several wonderful Bays together, where you sea, Sand and sun alone can enjoy. In the 3 weeks, where we were allowed to be, we have had a very nice and consistently pleasant guests experienced, this extraordinary setting the pousada Colibri also much appreciated. The operators Helmut and Marga a massive thanks for their hospitality, warmth and always existing attention. So if you really want to relax, you should time landing. And the humor will never too short! read more

We were now already for the 2. time the colibri and definitely again go, as soon as it is. The 155 stages are it a thousand times value this small oasis to find. The bungalows are absolutely perfect if you're not a 5 star palace Such places you will find at the 4. beach for a lot of money, and it wasn't what we were looking for. We had private bungalows with a beautiful view sought, and found. All people we in the colibri met were really nice, especially off course the hosts. You feel good straight away under friends. ... The pool has an absolute wonderful view and is not verchlored, but has pleasant salt water. A small lawn allowed a sunbath in the morning, is however the rest of the day was pleasantly shady. Perfect if you want to make a lazy day would like to make. The most beautiful beach is but only 50 meters away (vertical.). Off course not to forget is the breakfast! Delicious fruit, bread, sausage and cheese, homemade jams and every day various brazilian details. And in conclusion also cakes! You can find enough to eat, so that you at the beach not again to eat would like. The best breakfast that we in Brazil met. And we are already for the 8. time in this wonderful country. All together simply a one-off and really recommendable for people who gladly a few meters go around a paradise to find. It is worthwhile! read more

    There is a pousada, so actually you expect only breakfast. This is great, as described above. But you can also until late evenings drinks at the bar get, included super caipis. Very lovely area with cabanas or luxurious rooms in the middle tropical nature, with veranda and hammock all, on a hill back the village, with a view of the sea. Very beautiful small pool without chemicals, with a sunbathing lawn. Spacious breakfast, in open from Palmbau nice staff at the table served, with daily surprises. Warm care by German owner Marga and Helmut. And... You can watch Colibris, the flowers slurp! read more

1 times and 7 times returned is meaningful enough. Have here anytime again nice and interesting people met. The owner's family can only as friends wish. The total relaxation, because the main issues of the day are: which beach I or stay I but my beloved hammock? I guess evenings a caipirinha or what other at the bar? Where it for dinner back? Can then sometimes longer... Is always something going on on the island. And if I didn't want to stay in the pousada and enjoy the peace and quiet and the glorious views of sea, village and lighthouse. read more

The location is very nice, even if you a small hill to climb. For wheelchair users not convenient. If you want their peace and quiet, an excellent care by Marga and Helmut, great views, pleasant guests, good staff... What else could you want? For a larger family a nice house with a kitchen and a terrace, barbecue and a pizza oven available. It is worthwhile! read more

Marga and helmut parking with advice and act to the side. Help and advice. We have us very, very comfortable. Great view on the sea, a small rise each time unfortunately necessary. The staff helped take the luggage. Very beautiful and varied all (from remote to brisk) walk to the village in five to ten minutes to walk. To the beach one runs ten to 15 minutes, or if you are on a quiet beach, about 20 minute. The island. zieml is already quite touristy, as a result, also the prices in the restaurants. The location is fantastic beautiful Pousade ... of, for our brief stopover on Morro for the three nights it was perfect. Breakfast was very good and varied. The German couple are very friendly to each guest. We can highly recommend the Pousade. read more

The hotel was built by the owners themselves. Marga received their guests and were part of the family. Stunning atmosphere of the most beautiful places in the world a. The pousada has a wonderful location on a hill with wonderful view of to Salvador. There is something for you and is still in the middle. The climb to the pousada 157 steps! For many years we are (frequent!) convinced repeat offenders: we return once a year in the tropical pousada Colibri back.
