    We had a bungalow (number 734). Thanks that the desire to the location next to the pool fulfilled! Clean, every day good cleaning, the mattresses comfortable.

    I have never had such good food had. The selection was huge and the taste very good. We have already several times 5 stars hotels, but nowhere the food was better. Brand drinks, mostly in the bottle serves, markeneis. A lot of fish, prawns, clams, etc. Made it knoblauchbaguette etc.

    The pool was super heated (about 30 degrees ) thanks for that! Our kids have like the turnreck done gymnastics and the other equipment. The animation was the large point of minus. The shows very bad.

    The spanish hotels are usually not directly at the beach. Approximately 500 meters walk, back a bit uphill. Our lazy 9-year-old daughter has but never complained. Way easy to reach, as it is everywhere something to see. Circa 7 kilometer to Playa de las Américas. The beach 'Playa del Duque' definitely visit, lies behind the small Castell. Brighter sand, turquoise ocean, the waves be careful! Sea about 20 degrees.

Altogether a very relaxing vacation. The complex is a village recreate, however with lots of stairs. The bungalows are spacious, unfortunately it smelled most unpleasant from the air ventilation. The pool is also great for small children, there the water at one end soft deep as at the beach. The loungers comfortable cushions and you could in any case directly at the pool fresh towels get. There is a playground outside with cable car and a bällchenspielplatz inside. To cook is the small kitchen in the bungalow however hardly, there are 2 hotplates, the very slow warm. The food in ... the restaurant was very diverse and delicious. read more

Very pleasant hotel, no concrete block, has lots of flair and breakfast outside in the courtyard is great. We had a bungalow, top floor with a large roof terrace, everything was very spacious and more or less fine. Bathroom was ok, the towels saw often old and very used, even if she completely fresh were. The food wasn't so the hit, everything as good as no seasoning, very greasy, salad not appealing, food often already cold. All in all a very nice hotel, next time we would however only breakfast to select, No more half-board. read more

Cleanliness and condition were completely alright small deficiency tv was ancient without videotext and electric appliances and function of the light switches/outlets were multilingual information.     That was our 8 trip to Tenerife and we were for the first time in Hotel Isabel family, but a great many the offer for very tasty i have stayed in all the years not yet seen. Thank you very much at the kitchen team! Sometimes we knew not really, which we first to eat should. Makes keep it up! Who finds here nothing is your own fault! A great thank you also to abdel at the bar. Super nice and very attentive to the guests. And even if it was full, it was the peace and quiet in person. We had 'all inclusive' and to have this there also sufficiently enjoyed. Drinks were great alright

Great holiday! Very well maintained hotel, very suitable for children. Nice bungalows, restaurant we didn't use, how could without catering, therefore i can say to it nothing. Pool was also always clean. Gladly again at any time! read more

    Living/dining area with a small kitchen and large bedroom with double bed. Everything was optically clean and alright. A cockroach was still look, although the room in the 3. floor. Our 2 meeting i dealt with, it was quiet. Otherwise, there were only in the outdoor area in the evening ' kakis' to see. Only in bath you had to drawbacks: bath tub with integrated shower, their separate operation due to defective was not possible. In sink drained the water only from, if you plug in nahm. The badewannenausstiegsgriff and the holder for the towels hung only half on the plug in the wall. For 4 stars wasn't adequate.

    We always vacant table tennis frequently used. If you have, you should own racquets with, or buy it there. The available solve on all sides the spreads from. One of the two plates was buckles covered, the other ok, but the networks were both broken. With something improvisation we could one but fairly tense. The gym was not very great, but also here one could with something improvisation a few exercises. The only treadmill was broken. The condition many things is miserable and 4 star not appropriate.

Nice hotel particularly for families. Our 5 years old daughter wanted not at all the (mainly by 1-2-fly-entertainers guided) mini-club out. Also the regular evening mini disco was a highlight for you. The loose architecture of the hotel, with its streets and little squares a village character exhibits, is very pleasant. The whole complex is well already somewhat older, which we however not when unpleasant. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The apartment in the bungalow was clean and spacious and our beds were good. read more

Once teneiffa never again Tenerife The loro park is only a rip-off. The food in the hotel was cold and tasteless. Little variety in the dishes. Very loud in the dining room that was however because of the many english and Russians. read more

Very nice hotel with really great kids activities. Our kids just wanted to go in the mini club and mini disco. Very good sports program and nice hosts. The way to the beach is a bit exhausting with children since it uphill or downhill. The pool was slightly heated, and the selection of food was huge and tasted reasonable. We had a bungalow with connecting door which i not recommend can these very badly soundproofed is. Otherwise, we had a large clean apartment but already getting old is. The sofa in the living room is for sleeping very hard (our ... son but still a very good slept on). Overall, we had a very nice family and the children had a huge fun, now i come back to negative point in our holiday and although we had in our apartment several huge roaches, and a move from the bungalow in a top located apartment was unfortunately not possible. Who no disgust blackbeetles has i the bungalow recommend it, but if you like me sleepless nights that is why should better into another hotel or in a upper floor of the apartments. read more

Everywhere were the gardeners and the cleaning staff at work, the hotel is great-well maintained. In the lobby free access to the internet, the key receives one unceremoniously at the front desk.     The bungalows are very big, but also already a bit dated. The kitchen and the bathroom in need of a renovation. Positive is, that everything worked. The bathroom is, as already mentioned, very old and small.

    In this hotel there are a restaurant, the two dining rooms is divided into. You will be on each visit to the table. I have before booking also a few reviews relating to the quality of the food here. Since i really must ask, where some people eat out. A bit better than in this hotel i have rarely seen. The selection was just huge and every day different, it tasted good and always. Clear could one or another somewhat more salt. However therefor is possible but the salt/pepper on the table. Also you have to consider, that you this hotel relatively book and for the price you can absolutely not weight. The drinks were good as well. There was' right ' Coca Cola and Sprite etc. In the restaurant it was always clean. After each guest a new tablecloth was presented. Totally, the noise level was below, from time to time have a few children noticeable, what a family hotel but is not unusual. The older guests were but also tolerant. The output was a small tip box.

    The service in this hotel is simply superb! All of the staff were friendly and had always a smile on their lips and were with a nice 'hola' hello. The frontdesk employees could mostly german. (there also worked a ausgewanderter german spaniards, who spoke perfect german) In the restaurant was also some waiters speak german, but with english you always. The bungalows were every day! Cleaned, just perfect.

    On the complex has many possibilities for sport to float. Tennis court, fitness studio, fitness equipment in the outdoor area etc. For children also a lot was offered: kids club, kids disco, funicular, climbing frames, football pitch. You have to say, these things all very new and well maintained. At the baby pool (circa 40 centimeter) it was quite quiet. Chairs were sufficiently available. The baby pool was in my opinion not heated.

    It is about 600 meters to the beach. You could still easily in the sea baden, even in december... The airport is with a rental car approximately 15 minutes out. With the transfer bus it took but about 1 hour, because some hotels were driven to. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. At the waterfront there were kanarentypisch plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk away from the hotel drove also some (lines) buses from. This but we didn't use it.

Conclusion after a week in the Hotel Isabel: the design of the apartment was totally out of date. The bathroom catastrophic. The plug The sink was hanging from the wall, the ceiling had water spots on, moreover, there were various Cracks to see. The geruchsverschluß at the sink, was not reasonable, it smelled terrible. The tv was ancient. The view from the balcony was with a view of the sea and very nice. All in all, not recommendable. read more
