    Appropriate size of the room and the bathroom was without a balcony. Fantastic views of the sea. No air conditioning, however you can sleep with an open window if the very loud breakers didn't bother us. Everything clean and tidy.

    It has a very nice bar with an outdoor area right on the cliffs above the sea. In the basement is the restaurant, where the breakfast is served. On the top floor there is a swimming pool with a bar, where one also snack can order. We have twice in the restaurant eaten. Quality varies from very good to well. Reasonable prices. Communication with waiter very tiring!

    The staff is friendly and gives themselves trouble. At the front desk is it partly a bit chaotic to. The book a city tour, but worked perfectly. Except for the front desk is from the staff hardly to more not at all english spoken. Especially in the restaurant very tiring!

    On the roof a pool and some chairs. As it of seabirds aswarm see also the pads of the chairs appropriate. However, there are pool towels with which you the cushions can cover. There are only a few sun umbrellas available.

    On the cliffs above the sea. Baden in the sea is however from the hotel from not possible. It has housing (also on foot) several restaurants. Vina del mar and valparaiso are 15 to 30-minute drive away.

    The suite was very well-kept and furnished to a high standard. Furthermore offers jacuzzi on the balcony many relaxation with a sea view.

The hotel is located directly on a cliff on a cliff at the coastal road between Concon and Vina del Mar, all rooms have a view of the sea (you can not disturb the sound of the surf). The hotel is modern cool and equipped, everything seemed fairly new. There are two bars (one for smokers), a sea-facing terrace, the restaurant/breakfast room is located overlooking the sea in the tiefgeschoss (no elevator, hence the bad reviews about the disabled-friendly). The service in the restaurant was very good, there was also a waiter with a bit of English. The food was ... delicious, the prices for food and drink were quite high for Chilean standards, in my opinion, but acceptable. The room was large enough, with everything, what you can expect from a hotel of this standard, equipped (including iron), resilience and clean. The rooms were quite badly soundproofed, one heard the stairwell opened the noise from the lobby to the room. At the front desk is English-speaking staff. Parking directly in front of the hotel. In the hotel's immediate vicinity nothing major, more houses with holiday homes. There is a Spa, but I didn't used. Conclusion: a nice hotel, after a day of sight seeing trip a-two days to relax, but you shouldn't be sensitive. read more
