The hotel really is pure luxury. In the main building you find everything you need restaurants, bar, fitness center, indoor pool, spa area... We stayed in a family terraces suite, a extragebäude in, that is connected with the main house. There is still the villas, the loungers however at the golf course. (only for golfers recommended). The hotel shone and blinked in all corners. The guest structure was from young to old mixed. Many russian guests at our time because of a meeting the several days took. Due to the high number was the selection of food much bigger. read more

    The rooms are large. There were different categories. We had family teracce suite. The 2 rooms next to each other with 2 bathrooms, and closets one manageable. There were even 2 safe. The beds were so comfortable. The mini bar was with water, wine, beer, and soft drinks, as well as snickers and a waffle equipped. This was every day refilled. There was 1 a kettle for tea and coffee. In the bathroom there was everything you needed, the large rain shower was great. The jacuzzi on the balcony, we have unfortunately not try it. The room was very quiet and we had a beautiful view of the golf course. A pool was directly in front of our door.

    There was a main restaurant and several à la carte restaurant. The choice was very large, also the taste convinced us. The fresh squeezed juices for breakfast were really delicious. The coffee from the flask was not tasty, but the Cappuccino already. To all meals one got fresh rolls and butter on the table. Food was varied even if it often repeated. The antipasti were very good. Le melange the whole day you could cakes and pralines food. At the bars there were tasty cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. The cleanliness was everywhere 100% alright.

    All employees are very friendly, smile and even if you not always understands is the not a problem. German is not so good understood, but with english you always got along. If you had a request, the immediately fulfilled. Thanks to Fikri turkish burek from the patisserie and Metin from the restaurant, the us a private tour enabled. The room was cleaned daily. If you mean is, the would probably not good enough, but it was ok for us. The rooms are just huge and the maids have not only one to clean. Complaints were immediately dealt with.

    There were several pools around the hotel. One of them was heated. Since you could also in february about 20 c outside swimming. The pool had 28 c. The indoor pool was also beautifully warm. What i didn't pleased was, it is too dark there. The spa has 2 saunas, 1 steam bath, and a hammam. The massages are much too expensive, is only for the rich. It will also offered many courses from aquaärobic on dance, and Zumba. We did that, was perfect. The 2 russian animatorinnen are very pleasant, so it was fun. The fitness center is very well equipped. In the spa there is the vitamin bar, as you get the whole day fresh squeezed juices according to desire.

    The hotel is located between the Adam &eve and the Voyage Hotel at the end the street but directly on the beautiful sandy beach. The area of the hotel is very big. If you are in the center of Belek would like to, you can about minutes easily accessible. There were lots of shops in february closed. It was in every corner built. However that didn't bother us. Which i in Belek unfortunate is, you can either at the beach or only the street go for a stroll. It is not possible from the beach on the road to come, except by the hotel.

When is a hotel a top hotel? The Maxx Royal would certainly love to one of his. The efforts are unmistakably, however we believed, that the Maxx not the goal. We (family with two children 5/4-years-old) we have in february 2013 for the Maxx Royal decided. Prior to we have two emails sent (english) and inquired, the Maxx when booking with a on the surrounding golf courses could be helpful. This unfortunately unanswered. Alternatively we wanted to the, on the homepage offered, rückrufservice use-but our phone remained silent. The reception on-site was great (sparkling wine with strawberries during the eincheckens). ... The family room was unfortunately in the side building, which only about two very long hallways with the main building and very drafty are. The rooms are massive and great layout. Food in the buffet was tasty and brilliantly prepared. All employees in the hotel are very suitable for children (in particular Arthur) and always make an effort, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A large drawback, was the lack of a functioning babyphonesystems. Therefore we could none of the offered evening in the horseclub witness and had the evenings in the room spend. That was really a shame and could with a little effort be improved. The childcare is great and very pleasant, if anyway not really german. With the exception of the chief of service - Ugur (also very pleasant). Main annoyance during our stay was the constant construction noise. For a were the villas to the family room with heavy device seeded. To the other the neighboring hotel 'Adam & Eve' renovated. Unfortunately the the whole day and in the evening also still with lighting. At midday for children was not to deken. Also a terrassenaufenthalt was not really relaxing. On our complaint, we were told, that the main building no family room would give (lie! Have at the end of your stay a family met, the from the neighboring building to the main building have moved). We think, that international tophotels also have to be measured, as you with complaints bypass. And as our opinion the Maxx Royal perfectly malfunctioned. Here there are ergeblichen catching up with the training of the coworkers. Furthermore a ' great hotel ' no rooms rent, the the whole day from construction noise. At least a note would be when booking absolutely essential. Also emails to leave unanswered is spitzenhotelerie an absurdity. Zusammenfassed one could say, that the Maxx Royal a bit too large become great hotel is, in part areas still a lot needs to improve. As a family hotel the Maxx not really first choice, there are certainly better (at least in february). For couples or groups is the Maxx but definitely first choice; at least in Belek! read more

After we in february 2012 with friends a wonderful golfing holiday spent We were even this year (group of 6 golfers) completely thrilled. Large suites, spacious bathroom With jetted tub, separate shower and toilet, brilliant food around the hour. Here is the beszeichnung all inclusive and really justified (minibar filled). Heated outdoor swimming pool in this season was ideal. Perfect shuttle to monty golf course in 10 minutes. Our favorite for the coming year. read more

It was a dreamlike vacation in Maxx Royal, we are definitely coming again. Belek is however in january very strenuous, more distributors than customers, therefore all 3 meters the offer a freundschaftstees. Quality in most stores miserable, bad fake brands goods. However the hotel is premium! read more

We were in the Maxx Royal for the 2. time. The rooms are our opinion the best in the Turkey has to offer, size, ausstattung breathtaking tastefully. The beds are a dream, the mattresses were very comfortable. The cleanliness cannot be topped. The badezimmerkosmetika was last year a no name brand, this year there was Hermes, was refilled daily. The guest structure in january was mixed. The food particularly the service is perfect. All, really all of the staff were friendly and very attentive (also without tips). Under our room, in the garden area, had a small kitty lost and ... screaming for attention. My husband the management and the cat was immediately from some staff searched, captured and his fellow in the garden unstuck. This is the only suggestion which we for such a high Class Hotel have: please submit a cat house at! Sylvia Schubert is a woman from Germany with hotels in Belek and TUI amalgamated and planning to help! Also we are very grateful to ertugrul Arthur Güven thanks, its always good mood and friendliness has us our vacation even more enjoyable. We see us certainly next january again! read more

The complex is huge, if you in the main building is housed, then can one all important points relatively easy to get to, but the family room as well as the villas are very far away from the general facilities. The cleanliness in the hotel is 5 star as well. Near this hotel it is an area the fully in russian, this one should know before, because sometimes the behaviour of these vacationers be befremdlich. read more

    We had a suite with sea view in the main building, this was very nicely appointed and peacefully located. The air conditioning had difficulty to heat instead of cool (at night sometimes - 1 degree), the loungers on the balcony were impractical, because you only to put could, if you wanted to sit, you had to watch out, that you are not knocked something. The cleaning was as described above unkonstant. The bathroom as far as very nice, however it smelled from and to a bit of a musty smell.

    The buffet is huge and confusing, as well as the buffet alone. Also here the problem with the foreign language skills, if you have a chef approached, whether it for example the meat is beef or mutton is, was either not any reply or answer beef, in spite of that it was mutton. The restaurant is because of its size very loud, more than half an hour, it is hard work. The waiters were courteous and very fast, with appropriate tip went it even better manner. The dishes repeated themselves daily except for some 'stands', where for example one day sushi and on the other day tarte flambee and so on. Were offered. The hotel has 5 à la carte restaurant against a fee of 15 Euro per person, we wanted to be in the french restaurant, this had however closed, so we à la carte restaurant cannot rate. You could 21 hours on the day in the 'twenty one' bistro à-la-carte to eat, which we nearly daily actions. The dishes were average, but it was nice and quiet with a view on the sea. The bars were very well, exactly the same the offered drinks. The waiters there were also with an appropriate tip courteous and polite. However we went in such a huge hotel from, that also on the smokers among the guests idea will be made. This is unfortunately not so, you can sit outside and they also served, but it was very cool at night, patio heaters were available, but for the number of guests too few, so that the ' heizpilzplätze' always occupied.

    The foreign language skills of the hotel staff are mostly russian, you will be generally in russian, and addressed, this bothered us a bit. If you are not sure what compatriot it to do, in an internally. Hotel primarily english spoken. The frontdesk employees are rather cold, no welcome or friendly things, such as great vacation to be, also with the departure not a word, whether we were well or good trip home etc. The opposite customer service is very friendly and courteous. Also the cleaning of the rooms varied from very good to moderate, despite plentiful tip.

    We wanted to mainly wellness in this have a vacation, this was difficult. The spa area with two small saunas, and a steam room too small for the many guests. The indoor pool was overheated and full of screaming kids. A massage 50 minutes cost around the 150 Euro. In the pool area there was a heated salt-water swimming pool, it was however from the spa not directly to the pool, but had with bathrobe and so on. Through a large hall, where the patisserie and a 24 hours bar was, through running, then again the half main building to avoid. The beach was in a clean state, the loungers at the beach a bit uncomfortable, we could imagine, that it in the summer quite closely at the pool and beach to go could.

    The location is very quiet, from the airport 25 minutes transfer in pleasant small coaches. For shopping you drove with the taxi to Belek (5 € per drive ), the prices have our opinion in the last few years doubled or tripled. To see there are in Belek rather less.

My first trip in Turkey! The infrastructure outside of the hotel left to be desired. As golfers i in the immediate vicinity vorzufindenden places with different levels of difficulty as very pleasant and maintained felt. The hotel has my expectations fully met. To point out the notedly, in german dining barely vorzufindende friendliness of the staff. The staff noticed a corresponding konsumeigenschaftaten and was immediately on the spot, if something we wanted. Furthermore are the efforts of the entertainment teams, mr 'Arthur' to name but a few, with its show -events the evening music and tänzerisch put end left. The ... bar area in front of the hotel, the smokers opportunity to stay a while gave, were the service-team mr ' muhammet' a magnet convivial art also for non-smokers. I the hotel can in my friend and circle of friends very good, since it also in case of bad weather enough possibility for relaxing except 'golf' offered. Pure luxury. So is the hotel described. Near size of the room and facilities this completely. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves however to be desired. My complaint was handled quickly and fixed. However snuck into already on the next day the same inadequacy again. The food was versatile, however not varied. Everything tasted pretty much the same. Even if beef on the signs state, it was lamb. The audience was mixed over all regions europe's up to Asien. Main language was in the waiters russian. The complex itself was in the 'reconstruction mode'. Everything was prepared and repaired. As ... well as in the neighboring hotels. Noise was therefore unavoidable. The beaches were dirty with boughs, oranges, tomatoes, tonnes of plastic bottles and even dead chickens. We can definitely recommend this hotel! The Maxx Royal is in every aspect a hotel for feeling good. Architecturally simply superb (wow factor) the staff are very friendly and helpful. The offer the food (also fresh without gluten rolls) was enough for us and very tasty, to a stay of 1 week the parting very hard to leave, and we are sure, we will be back! read more

The check in ran smoothly, we had within fifteen minutes our room and our bags. Had a suite with a view of the sea. Dream view directly on the sea. As we alone last year four times in the Maxx were, we can only say, it was again beautiful. The rooms like in a dream, the cleanliness amazing. The food a dream. Everything is simply right. In the restaurant all were very diligent and nice. All have speak german. The new year's eve party, our six-year daughter never forget. Four own rāume only for the kids. A huge hûpfburg, a ... private bûffet, an area where kids disco was, parrots demonstration, the santa claus has gifts brought and so on you can not at all describe. Here once again thanks to sybal, Hakan and all other from the kids club. They have on the day so much stress, but still a nice smile had. Our party was great. There were 8. gánge. Was sublime, but not to create. The ball room was nicely done. There were about 1000 people in the hall. One has hûtte get, masks etc., a band played music made. For us it was a very successful party. The spa area i can only say: the prices were totally ok. We booked as a package for three rûckenmassagen 135,- Euro paid. The were reduced prices. If you maintain go for certain again more people to massage. The weather was the first days wonderful. As the outdoor swimming pool almost thirty degrees, you could wonderful inside baden. If you don't like it, could still the indoor pool use. What more can i say, we have the days there. If we also find wûrden, we wúrden nothing negative. We are already looking forward to it back on march, because it means again, Maxx Royal we come back. We are there with twelve friends around a couple of days chill out. Bay the hotel simply times, you would never regret it. read more

The number 1 in Belek: luxury outstanding hotel. Very well-trained and polite staff. From the cleaning lady to the manager. Very good quality and variety of the food. The hotel has its price; but every penny is worth it. We will definitely come back again! We have recommend this hotel. A request to the hotel management: They give 1.000%, so that their guests be comfortable. The is also! As friend of animals i should like to ask you, the cats of which with 0.1% to support, in their hotel info to survive try. With a very low financial ... cost would be the success-i am sure. And the possibilities has it hotel. Proposal: - vaccinate and castrate the cats - 1-2 katzenhütten - a central feeding spot - feed with not rotten leftovers. These innocent animals eat even bread. - a central tip box for this beautiful animals. I am sure, that their guests is willing to, for these animals donate.
