Vorwegzuschicken is, that we the building already longer know. All in all it was again good. You can see the house but gradually, that it somewhat older is. In this respect, the planned modernization construction also necessary. Furthermore, it was told, it is however not more of Steigenberger managed. Furthermore you can tell, that a new management is. Was the previous director almost omnipresent, so now the new director hardly seen. A bit poor is the internet service. There are now daily 30 minutes free, but that is not quite the conditions of the time, as it in many hotels ... now unlimited, free internet access there is. Furthermore it is a bit of an inconvenience, daily a new zugansgcode getting. read more

    The rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishing is but ' in the years' old. Something needs to be done about it, which is also available for this year is planned. %blank% is recommendable, somewhat more schrankkapazität be provided. It has just in the winter nevertheless somewhat more for everyone, so that it could quickly be tight.

    The staff is friendly and courteous. You can tell, that Steigenberger accordingly selected is. Something ' ruckelig' it was at the beginning with the housekeeping. So was at two days the room to the lunch still not made, especially my wife, the not more ski runs, bothered us. This was then but taken care of. Also, i had to the ain or other times in the evening in the bar wait a bit, before it (again) something.

    The entire area is and remains a dream; particularly if the weather is nice. The skiing are excellent (3 areas nearby: kitzsteinhorn, Zell am See, saalbach -Hinterglemm) and one has evening a wide selection of restaurants and bars.

All in all a decent stay. However the staff was in the restaurant area very inflexible. To in the morning a Cappuccino to get, it took some effort. Lunch had it to blow to blow again, appetizer/soup, main course and dessert. We were a larger group and if some participants late, they sat before the cold soup. In the evening the bar at 23:00 o'clock, which was a shame. The surrounding bars were an alternative, but only for après-ski lovers. Over the furnishing from Steigenberger hotel is splendid arguments, i think they could once the interior decorators and change ... somewhat modern-but that was a matter of taste. read more

The location of the hotel is very good reachable mmittem in the center of kaprun. Friendly and courteous front desk on arrival and professionalism at the check-in. Very friendly staff in the entire place and also at the restaurant and the bar accommodating. Generous designed room with a large bathroom! Pleasant atmosphere in the entire hotel where you just be comfortable can. The hotel you can highly recommend and will stay there again. read more

A great thing about the hotel is his friendly atmosphere and its cleanliness. The device in the fitness room are new and clean. The dining room is big and exudes comfort, the food fulfilles all wishes - also a good wine list is available. The pool was we didn't use it, the sauna area is sufficient, however there were only a few relaxing loungers available. While we were there, there were lots of guests from the former eastern bloc countries present, so we were the only nudists in Of the sauna, towels were also not always under-there was no sauna ... rules on display, we had to accept this. We didn't use the spa facilities. Ski rental in the hotel was excellent, the bus ride to the kitzsteinhorn again expect pleasant, the stop almost directly in front of the hotel. read more

The hotel offers the usual Steigenbergerstandard, the you from this chain also expected. The hotel is centrally located in Kaprun and convenient to hiking and winter sports regions. The employees are very attentive and helpful, to fulfill every request. We chose a deluxe room on a higher floor, however we stayed in this class in other chains already larger and more beautiful room received. In general, the country due to the landscape and nice, however is the bathroom a bit small, the deduction works bad, the interior was a bit shabby. The carpet in the room pointed out stains and ... should thoroughly cleaned every day, or better yet replaced. Basically the room was on the first glance as clean. At closer inspection (view under the bed) it was clear, that I have not vacuum cleaner was. As Stauballergiker was my nose quite occupied and insulted. The wellness area is somewhat small, but nicely decorated. This also applies for the in-and outdoor pool, as well as sunbathing lawn. We were compensated by the highlights in the restaurant: not only the breakfast was great, but also the dinner was simply wonderful. Also the service was correct. read more

Not contrived Gastfrreundlichkeit. A perfect hotel to be comfortable! With the visit of Steigenberger in Kaprun makes you really can't go wrong but EVERYTHING WAS JUST RIGHT. The building remains part of my future assistance. read more

This hotel combines regional Awareness with international quality, particularly the restaurant( half board ) is recommendable, as the evening 4-course menu every evening other regional specialties. Description of the typical, Austrian cuisine in the typical wording. Special delicacy: the ski snack of 16 until 17 o'clock for the home comers from the ski slope. read more

the hotel is centrally located in the middle of Kaprun. Nevertheless really peaceful. The room, to the park, was nice spacious, very clean, as well as nice furnished. the breakfast left no wishes unfulfilled. Very appetizing prepared and the serving staff very friendly. It has every morning fun for breakfast to go! also the half board was very varied. It has the two weeks as good as not repeated. Also very nice competent waiters. the audience had several nationalities on. But no nation (East Europeans) was in the majority, thus we found it not disturbing. read more

    as I have already mentioned super friendly staff. It started with the front desk on, went over the service, bar, spa to cleaning staff. Requests were very quick fulfilled. problems, we except details not had, were immediately competently eliminated.

    the hotel offers because of its central location lots of possibilities for things to do. The ski bus, as well as the bus drove in next proximity, two minutes path. Shops, no matter what kind of lay also very close together. The trip to Zell am See, about 15 minutes.

Dinner (half board) the service was excellent every day. We have Christmas spent in the hotel with a very nice atmosphere and a stunning menu. The breakfast buffet is good and in the afternoon there was a snack (snacks from the buffet). We especially enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The manager cares a lot about the house and the guests. The hotel is a direct access to the ski shop. Three minutes and Intersport footpath the Maiskogllift away. The schmittenhöhe or to the kitzsteinhorn mountain ski bus can take you in just two minutes away. read more

A wonderful relaxing week is behind us. As always we felt like at home. Even if all staff were always accommodating and helpful were, due in particular to the staff in the restaurant, a huge compliment due to its incredible were particularly friendly to the children! Furthermore, the breakfast forces knew after only one day of all coffee preferences six! Food is great, room great, staff great-we thank you for a beautiful week and will be back next year! read more

We have stayed at the steigenberger Kaprun four times. Each time we were extremely pleased. We liked especially the warm and very personal attention. This applies to all busy, from the maid to the hotel manager. The kitchen has a very nice Austrian-Mediterranean cuisine, a Neinsagen making it difficult. We were in the hotel we felt comfortable all around. Everything was very harmonious, nice, pleasant, for refueling. The spa area, the terrace, the restaurant, the rooms, the staff. The location, in the middle of the beautiful town of Kaprun, surrounded by mountains. Now in autumn beautiful our teenagers have already enjoyed to us, for example, the good kitchen. read more
