A large resort right next to the sea with beautiful and well-kept swimming pools, everything was clean in an otherwise quite trash island. We had booked all inclusive and probably the average age down, although we didn't the newest are. I have mainly german-speaking and french-speaking langzeittouristen notice. read more

An outdated hotel. Outside hui (the gardeners were tried it looked good), inside pfui (just dirty). Monotonous, always lukewarm food(tasted a matter of opinion). Waiters, abundant, did almost nothing, except tip flow generously, then then precipitated just several around a table. Beds (mattresses) were again are clean, bed linen also, but the hand and bath towels smelled disgusting. Despite the complaints no improvement -3 weeks was, but the pool-and beach towels were soft and aromatic. Nice and directly at the beach located hotel, the 4 stars absolutely deserved. The food, however badly organized and the overstrained staff is it sometimes still rude. Negative highlight: we were a group, the ' only booked half board had. Just as we our 2 glasses of red wine to drink had begun, one waiter came up and took us wordlessly (!) Way. Obviously we would have only a bottle - in comparison to a/i-guests-to get, the us but also then nobody offered. read more

We really enjoyed the vacation.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The dishes and büfettdekoration were very lovingly prepared.
Area, pool, indoor very clean.
Carpet in the room old and musty.
Towels changed every day, smelled but unbearable. A shame.
Because otherwise was all great!
The beach was according to the season still not ' completely in use'.

The hotel is in general in good condition, we were in the bungalow (menzel) accommodated. Good value for money. The entertainment for kids was very good, as well as the offers in the field of sport. The sport started at 10 o'clock - 17 hours. There was archery, Volleyball, Zumba, Boccia, dance classes, aerobics, morning exercises after tai chi-chi gong and so on. The complex is not at all bad times so. Extensive, spread and quite nice with the individual bungalow complex decorated. The condition of the hotel is however much to be desired.
The rooms are in need of an upgrade and the furniture is worn.
The cats plage seems to be out of control, because it is a mass of animals in the hotel in all areas. Accordingly is everywhere the smell of the hangover. Itself the towels smell of cat urine.
The body of the guests are retired, as the winter of all nationalities. Very few young guests and hardly ... any with children. To the hotel there is in the surrounding area from 5 kilometers nothing popular attractions.
All-inclusive includes all meals-which absolutely sufficient are. The beverages are also inclusive, whereby the wine in the dining room absolutely lowest level is. - with wine vinegar equates.

We have been the 7. time in this hotel and are very satisfied as ever %blank%. The room was new in the main building, unfortunately without view of the sea but nevertheless beautiful and clean. The weather was except for a day very nice and warm, are already tanned and relaxed. This year in september we will visit again, have already booked and look forward. I can't understand, what most people about this hotel and especially the food to moan have, it is plentiful and very tasty; naturally there is no pork, but the müssteman know, if one there flies. ...
All in all a great vacation, like every time in this hotel. read more

I don't know what my predecessor expected. I was at the same time there, and i found it great. The waiters were even without giving any tip friendly, if you're friendly to you.
The garbage around the hotel was already an unpleasant affair, but the hotel is not to blame for that.
The only thing i missed, was somewhat more arab music, after all, you are in a arab country.
Hopefully there is for the price in the next january space in menzel! read more

I could see the song. You must be a pork are. Of the princes very good imagine.
Although i in its travel view of the sea had booked, was the 1. room with dreckblick in the 'garden'.
I refused in this room to go. The 2. room had wall view.
I then the front desk contacted the very friendly has said, that every room with a view of the sea since weeks of long-term guests occupied reserved.
Why know that its not? (whose tour operator only had an interest, its tours to get rid ... of the 2-3 persons with the taxi much cheaper got.
Abfluglisten, service did not give it.)
In the 3. room you could from the balcony a little the away sea see. However was the mattress full yellow/brown traces then after my protest was replaced.
I had the impression, that the room already long not cleaned, but after 4 complaints on the 5. day happened. (never go they with black socks through a room. You'll be amazed by what haarfarben to find).
Shower is in the bathtub. From the blocked sewage arrived once we hair and parts as corns appeared.
The room was newly renovated with the renovation on generous painting the walls was limited. Tiles, light switch, outlets came just right, in the artistic elaborations of the painter with it is to be included. But also so could the cracks on the walls/tiles not be covered up.
Now it was in the dining room.

Optically nice prepared food, plentiful, varied. Meat and vegetables, salads in optical delicious sauces.
But by my tour has at the buffet already a large traffic formed.
Now, i was so on capacity 20 and was of the opinion that the food sufficient for all. But i did not with the good organized raiding patrols the long-term guests expected.
Armed with 2 large plates per fighter i saw with growing astonishment, what you on the plates stack could. Suddenly without haste if one before the meal stood, each particle 2 times shooting, whether it is also good enough was.
Good lots of dishes were away, but liver and a kind of rough cut fennel in optically delicious white sauce were leftover. I quickly understood why. The liver was inside roughly, the fennel in a peppered mehlpappe - wassersoße, as the flavor of the other disclosures were.
There was roll with seafood division ' hot appetizers'.
Delicious looked. Ultimately cold and the crack for the food were the bills of the cuttlefish in the center. There was one day a (1 piece) fish with about 80 centimeter length for all of the guest. But from time to time it happened, that a food refilled du nobody queued is. Why? Clearly, there were no more plates!
I would like to further experiences refrain from. Ultimately but annoyed, that the product for a delicious meal was available but the chefs were ruined.
No food warm, mostly was freezing. But there were for hundreds of guests a (1 piece) microwave! And these irregularities did not interest anybody.
Funny the cats in the dining room. First on the set tables, then constantly for a bite begging. Nice for children. Surprised i was, which some miezen from the anus hang had. Worms! The hangover were very active. Everything perpendicular beach was annoyed, selects. You had me calmed, if too many miezen there are go again some in the crocodile farm. Is.
Cheerful the mood, especially the guests the it until 12 o'clock(lunch) to several large glasses of vodka, bucha. Brought. They were for the food often with funny trinkliedern maintained. Or the cry through the hall -Ali bring times 4 beer.

No more reports of all time loud music speaker sounds the freigeländes, bars, annoying entertainers. 40 tables in the sun at the sea with lee for hundreds of guests. Constantly reserved loungers, considerable security risk for children.
I have long time to decide who in a hotel goes. But unfortunately there are people (retirees, resin 4) the very low levels to live. And in this hotel you can 14 days for about 330 €, for around 600 to 900 € two months life.
You own bed sheets with, glasses, scooter!. And there is no cleaning staff in the room. Embeds the things to the next vacation a.
Better than in the cheap apartment on the 3. floor the winter to spend.
Very interesting information like one as resin 4 recipient several times every year there 14 days vacation makes.
Ultimately annoys me but, the food, big room, staff everything abundant would be to make a feel good hotel to make, but the management totally failed to coordinate, to monitor. Of course the greed of the guests a remaining does.

In the winter months rather a nursing home, since too many long term in the average age 55 +, the winter Europa escape.
The food has never the minimum temperature, coffee and tea(except vending machines ), not very tasty.
Internet available for 4€, unfortunately was constantly the server broken, thus nothing contact.
For the food it happened as in a cafeteria or mitropa, simply only loud, long queues.
The complex was pretty dull, nothing green except palm trees, they were everywhere.

The staff at the hotel at the front desk, as well as at the bars was very rude, made indifferent impression. One was treated preferentially if you just enough tip there was!
In the bar around point midnight the light was constituted, despite good visit of the bar area. The guests were rude and in the dark requested the bar immediately to leave.
The hotel room was of the premises very big laid out, however it was in need of renovation and dirty. Mold in the bathroom, air conditioning hung dirty from the wall, stains and hair from the guests ... previously were good to see!
During the silvestermenüs should (also all inclusive guests) their drinks pay. The menu stock unfortunately almost exclusively from fish. There was no optional court. The music speaker sounds was intolerable according to!
The indoor pool was raised chlorine smell not to use (as chlorine only its odor developed if urine in addition, was the quantity of urins in the water so to smell)
The fitness studio was unfortunately not usable since the device were defect.
Trash: as soon as you the hotel complex left one is in a dump again! So nice beaches, the country and the wildlife might be, it is hardly to be enjoyed, as the garbage (plastic, leftovers, metal scrap, glass.) On the whole island are ubiquitous.
Now positive: the outdoor pools were always maintained and cleaned. The hotel is very accessible for disabled people!

The hotel location is good, directly at the beach. The hotel is in need of renovation. Very in the years worn. The service left a lot to be at least on the sun terrace, you have to cutlery and napkins yourself. The advertised gym was lowest level and partly perilous.
The offered animation as aerobics classes are ok. As well as the daily activities.

For the price a top hotel. Definitely again. Internet in the hotel is rip-off (4 Euro the hour). With orange (internet-provider in Tunisia) costs a month with 5 gigabyte just 15 Euro. So prepaid-card.

With TUNISAIR, worst airline, with the we ever flew!

Collection for return flight at 01:50 o'clock! Wait in the middle of the night about 2 h on a deserted airport
The transfer but functioned perfectly.
Rooms:
The 1st room offered was, contrary to the booking on the ground floor and in a miserable state.
After complaint we were within a half hour a better room on the top floor offered.
The furniture was mostly in a very dilapidated condition.
Recently burnt in a room by a technical problem the fridge.
As the ... complex is very extensive, with longer distances to be expected. For us, as a bit quieter than the main building (bungalow building s).
Currently very much in the entire area reorganized (building and land).
Food:
Definitely very good, but be careful with the local cuisine, very sharp his.
For our taste every day varied food for everyone.
Service:
We had the whole week on the same waiter (every day 1-2 tnd tip), which always tried hard.
Unfortunately, all the waiters still a little more service learn (glasses were above touched, cleared away the plates, although you still for the food was and so on).
Hotel area:
Briefly and scarcely, brilliant, spacious, relatively well maintained, great sport, security around the hotel.
Bars:

In the entire area stray lots of cats through the area, which allegedly veterinary care. To believe a lot of very difficult for us, as all of the cats during our stay randy were. Furthermore, that the cats everywhere free access (restaurant, bungalow and so on).
On the other hand, by of the staff hardly something.
So bring enough love with!
Conclusion:
