Great holiday in a lovely resort with great Spa!

Our first all-inclusive and first trip to Egypt and I can't say anything else then that we had a great holiday. The room was spacious with a lovely view over the park and the sea. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily and every day there were clean towels, some layed out as a fine piece of art. There was also at least one large bottle of water free in the fridge every day, perfect. A lot of the guests have an East-European nationality, but that didn't bother us. the age range is between 25 and 60. The resort also has ... a lovely spa with very affordable splendid therapies. You are really treated like royalty here! The last day we could keep our room for a reasonable price and sadly had to leave this lovely resort and back to real live. But we'll sure be back! A big thanks to all of you that made this a wonderful holiday! read more

    We had a large room with balcony and sight on the lovely garden and the beach and the sea. There was even a small settee in the room and on the balcony. The room had air-conditioning, TV, minibar, electric kettle, safe, telephone and hairdryer. The room and the building were clean and looked after.

    There is a choice of several restaurants from French, Italian to Mediterranean to choose from every day, food is good and free (except for the fish restaurant), you only pay for the drinks. Every other place the drinks are for free, all day long. Overall the price/quality ratio is very good. Tipping is not a nessecity, but surely welcome.

    The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak English. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily and every day there were clean towels, some layed out as a fine piece of art. The hotel has its own laundry service and has a doctor service. A clinic is just outside the resort, just across the street. We had a problem with the lock of the door which wastaken care of immediately.

    The hotel has a gym, but some adjustments on the equipment is welcome. The resort also has a lovely spa with very affordable splendid therapies. You are really treated like royalty here! The pools are good and clean. There are enough sunbeds with sunscreens and clean towels every day.

    The hotel has its own beach and coral rif. The airport is just 15-20 minutes by car. There are plenty of shopping facilities nearby. Excursion possibilities are plenty. Keep in mind that Sharm El Sheikh is a town build at the beach in the desert, so don't expect large shopping malls, but for relaxing and sea activities it's wonderful.

Unfortunately no-one speaks german. Russian and english languages. None has us with complaints understood as we did not speak english. Food almost always the same. Especially dessert and breakfast. The selection is not sumptuous read more

    Ageing. Had a locked connecting door but not to our kids, but any italians the morning around 6 already noise made. If you in bed lie mostly du du lie on the runway is so loud the noise of the nearby airport

    Never such a bad hotel in Egypt had. Every day there was the same. Everything was bad... Tasty. The dining room is a canteen very loud and you can not even sit outside. During of the vacation everyone had received from us at least 1 day diarrhea and afterwards are now both children stomach intestine get sick.

The whole complex is very spacious. There are three relatively large pools and a wide beach at the sea, a water-fun -complex consisting of slides and various facilities for disabled guests for children. There is also a main restaurant, six specialty restaurant, two pool bars, a beach bar, a lobby bar and an English 'pub', but subject to a charge is. The rooms are eleven ' main buildings distributed, which the complex on two sides frame. Further rooms are around the aqua park, where the spa establishment is located. In the main building the lobby there are also several shops ... for souvenirs, drugstore items, cameras and jewelry. The whole complex is really a bit outdated already, but still a solid impression. The cleanliness of the rooms and the outdoor area is very good! During my stay was hardly waste-not even cigarette butts-around! It is a all inclusive-hotel. In the main restaurant there was from 07:00 to 10:00 a breakfast buffet, from 11:00 until: o'clock lunch buffet and from 6:00 P. M. until: o'clock dinner buffet. The beach bar offered also lunches at. In the afternoon there was in the lobby bar also cakes. The beach bar and the two pool bars are from 09:00 until: o'clock open. The lobby bar is around the hour in use! By chance, I got a list of current guest structure to see (was on the back one I entered sheet expressed. The paper was simply again used-chapeau on okonomie workbased!) - after this list were about 1000 guests in the hotel, some 60 children. Around half of the guests were russians, furthermore there were about 120 Italian, about 80 Poland and a handful of british. They made about 80% of the guests from. The average age fraud in my opinion about 40 years! read more

    The generously measured rooms are in a good and clean state. The furniture is a bit worn, but it is still a stable impression. Every room features a balcony, kettle with coffee/ tea and accessories (never used it), a mini safe, tv and air conditioning, as well as a fridge. Otherwise is on hand to every guest per day a liter drinking water to. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but nevertheless necessary, since even at night the temperatures came were reduced. In the bathroom there is a bath tub and a hair dryer. The towels were changed daily.

    Quality, taste and cleanliness the meals left no review. Sometimes a bit slack seasoned, but salt and pepper are everywhere on the table. Also in the restaurants and pars is the service pristine, if you from time to time my appreciation shows. Plates and cutlery were mostly clean, perhaps a few water stains. Dirty plates I think also in expensive restaurants at home! The cleanliness besides that was very good. If someone something fell down, it was wiped immediately. The breakfast buffet was a bit boring due to low variety. On the lunchbüfetts I can as a result not use nothing say. The dinner buffet was respectable. I was always as one of the first to eat and could the splendor of the display and the decorations see wildlife. Later recalled the buffet more of a battlefield, which but also the guests from the east, and not the staff is attributable! The food in the specialty restaurant, where was previously a table reserve had, was in the all inclusive included, but not the beverages, which separately had to be paid. But these are very cheap.

    The service was very good. The employees were always friendly, never chumming up or aggressive in the sale of their services. They are very talented in languages and partly also a neat smalltalk not averse. The egyptians know, know, that you are polite, provided you politely meet. A honest congenial 'please' or' thanks' at the bar, and now and then also times one or two Euro tip work wonders. Unfortunately there were more the guests, what negative anything else, in which they hardly ' style, have proclaimed themselves, unfriendly and parsimonious were. These were also not more so served in a friendly manner.

    The offer the entertainers was very varied. However I could me with temperatures of 38 degrees very enthusiastic! ;-) The pool areas were relatively clean. The wind was just sometimes a bit foliage in the pools blown. But that was quickly removed. The loungers and umbrella in a quite good condition and employees run in shot held. There is at the pool bar in the relax area, as well as in the lobby bar wi-fi for 10 Euro per day. However is the speed difficult to be desired ( a maximum of 0.1 mbit). Furthermore, there are 'pub' still wi-fi by the hour, however with verzehrpflicht of at least 4 Euro. In the lobby there are otherwise a couple more internet-computer's. On the rooms there is no access to the internet

    The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport in northern direction of sharm el-sheikh, to be more precise in 'nabq'. Outside the hotel there were in the immediate vicinity some gift shops and super markets, about 15 minutes' walk away there is a nightclub, various banks, a larger supermarket and a burger King.

Very very bad food, because the hotel only Russian guests set. We have a deluxe room booked, that was large and great view had, however was the furnishings rather dated and the bathrooms were relatively clean but in a lousy general condition. Partly very friendly staff, however were also some very blunt by the behavior of the Russian guests. They were very pushy and had any decency. Without English language skills one is in this hotel bad repealed. It is a great shame, that we not recommend this hotel can, but the Russian guests, the always there have us the ... vacation missed. read more

We were from 16,08.-23.08. 2012 guests here, unfortunately understood us only 1 man at the front desk It needs from the organizer to be shown, it a hotel only for Russians and Italian is. The Outlets in the hotel are only in Russian labeled, also the entertainers can only Russian or Italian conversation. We were now already 4 time in Sharm El Sheikh, but this hotel we can German tourist not recommendable. read more

Generally speaking the hotel is in good condition,maybe with some need of modernisation.The beach is so close and the pools are very nice and clean.The room was really big and was with sea view.The staff was really friendly and helpful,apart of the reseption staff who was really serious and ignorant, not helpful at all.The food was repetitive most of the time,but still lots of different choices.The evening entertaiment was the same every night the same Russian songs,apart of few good nights when we had nice Egyptian,Italian and English songs.Overall ... we had really good time the kids enjoyed it and the weather was really nice. read more

Hotel complex was nice, only toilet at front desk was not clean. Room for us reasonable A biesschen tip for The Putzmannen and the room is clean and nice. Service in the restaurant is disorganized and poorly. Want to Plate already clearing if you still the last bites on the plate haste. Plates and cutlery is not clean. The Food is catastrophic. Not salted, badly was peppered, zerkocht... And have we after the second day, nothing more in the hotel eaten, because we had a sharp stomach had! read more

Both my wife and I kite surf and over the last 5 years have stayed at this hotel 2 &3 times a year why ? fall out of bed onto the beach go kitesurfing We have seen the hotel develop it now has a water park for the kids Food - not up to the European standard but you are in Egypt its getting better The hotel has got awards for its food hygiene standards Rooms - are spacious and clean with a fridge and tea / coffee making in the room Staff - are friendly and helpful and not ... in your face Overall an excellent relaxing kitesurfing holiday read more

We stayed for 9 days in this hotel. Our room was almost direct at the beach. Great view! Unfortunately the bathroom was a disaster. The bathtub was old and scratched, just unsightly. The food was very took some getting used to. The service was good. If you tips has, then the service was very good. The staff loves money on everything. You have to be good understanding of the English language already, otherwise you can't communicate. The' worst' they were many Russians. Of course not all! However, they are just loud and have no behavior. Pushing, push and nerves were ... the favorite pastime of this guests at the buffet. The weather and the beach were very nice. But again we will not come back. In the last 2 days we had the diarrhea caught. read more

We come first to the positive impressions, the US was noticeable. the complex was very spacious and made a well-kept impression. The garden area was of the gardeners the whole day edit. The buildings are well divided but already somewhat older, which shows. the rooms had a pleasant size and a decent terrace. the beach is For kite surfers paradise. You can 100 meters into the water and it is only up to the knees in the water. A bit further outside of course you could also swim there. Whoever reasonably good on foot is, can outside of the complex ... also go shopping and strolling. For german guests the hotel is not recommendable. There were about 90% Russians, a few Italian, English and 2 German in the hotel. Large hotel area, well-kept garden with a nice pool. The rooms are large and clean, always functioning air conditioning (Without it just didn't work at all in the August). The waiters were mostly friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet Completely OK but dinner could have been more varied. Short walk to the flat sloping beach, unfortunately there is no reef for snorkelling. If you want to swim, the long jetty to something Deeper water. read more

The nice employees of the hotel have all agreed. Love people! The lots of Russian and Polish tourist drink already in the morning alcohol, what very annoying can be. The hotel Pier doesn't reach the reef edge. So just a few organisms (but Rochenfamilie ) to see. The diving trips with the team were great and affordable. For 2 weeks vacation suitable. But the music program in the evening was every day the same. read more

13 of us have just returned from a fantastic holiday! The hotel was great, staff amazing (apart from the staff on reception when checking in) restaaurants clean, beach beautiful. really lovely. The rooms were very clean, our cleaner was so sweet! He came in every day to tidy up, make the beds etc. I think the only problem about the hotel is the food in the main buffet resturant as it is mainly for targeted for the Russians, however the quality of food was a good standard and there are 2 other resturants to visit. There wasnt ever any variety ... or enough fruit available. Overall I will and have already recommended this hotel to everyone. The aqua park and spa are fantastic to! There isnt much entertainment at night time for the English unfortunately, the kids club is 90% aimed at the russian children which was a shame for my little girl as she didnt understand the songs. The playground has also seen better days! However we will definately be retrning april/may next year! read more
