The hotel is generous with large vorräumen. The rooms are large and comfortable. The cleanliness in the hotel and the rooms is very good. The breakfast is very plentiful.     The friendliness in this hotel is amazing, from the maid to the boss all very friendly. Also the child friendliness noticed. Every wish was fulfilled immediately. The rooms are every day really clean made. Here it is the guest always comes first.

Here trfft cityward the world at night, breakfast or half board. The hotel is in very good condition. (unfortunately no lift the structure is not possible). The approximately 35 rooms, apartments family rooms and apartment are cleaned daily. For christmas and new year's we were once again in one of the nicest hotel's from the bavarian forest. read more

    We had room 302 with a balcony and view of the Zwiesel. All rooms have flat tv television and refrigerator. According to Georg get the rooms soon also still another safe. Every tad were the rooms thoroughly cleaned.

    A large dining room with a good atmosphere. A small room with a counter and about 5 tables. Cleanliness and hygiene were here as in the entire hotel largely written. The waiters Ramona and Sonja are attentive and fast. Excellent-moderate is the cook ' Anita ' the always a varied menu brings. In 10 days not even the same menu. The menu consisted of starter, soup or salad, main course and dessert. There were always 3 main dishes to choice.

    So often we the magdalenenhof were there never something to complain about. If we had wishes, they were mostly fulfilled. The staff around Georg (good soul of the hotel is helpful and very nice).

    Zwiesel is located 10 minutes (walk ) away from the hotel. The next larger town is Bodenmais (very recommendable 'frazels grillhütter 'right on the main street) with the Bayern train in 15 minutes. Near the stay in the hotel you get one of the visitor's tax (against payment) with her the journey is the ski bus for free.

We are with our sons for skiing to Zwiesel. Very good was the short walk to the descent on the arber mountain and the well-signposted tracks to cross-country skiing in the area. With all questions, regarding ski rental, winter sports region, trip we always had a competent, cheerful and very friendly contact person the chef of the hotel. Yes, the magdalenenhof is a hotel for feeling good. We have now already the 3. year the new year spent in this hotel and this year return. In short details - Food: At the breakfast is a great variety at the buffet; faster, friendly waiters with additional orders during dinner is a choice of 3 main courses, very varied. Umbestellungen not a problem, for children everything only possible done; allergy sufferers, are vegetarian in good hands, there preferred meal is possible and're only going to be understanding of everyone is available. Indoor swimming pool – sauna: Very clean, relaxing atmosphere; ... pool features a counter current system, so swimmer joy at the pool; by 24-h -opening has every opportunity to swim. In short is, the hotel is worth a visit, you feel immediately on arrival very happy and relaxed home. read more

We were for christmas in the magdalenenhof. We were very well looked after. That especially noticed, that the chef was always available and open for everything. Holy evening was beautifully decorated with Nikolaus and songs and christmas story. The restaurant was very good and varied. The house is open for children and we love the live in this house. By the pool we could us great relaxing, she sauna is spotlessly clean. We will definitely spend another vacation there, but then in the summer and longer. read more

We had a great week in the magdalenenhof. Room and bathroom were newly renovated. We had a kind of 3/4-board-at noon so there was still hot drinks and cakes. The majority of the guests were in the middle ages (about 50) and for hiking there. There were also some families with children. A few from Holland, otherwise everything was german. read more

    The breakfast buffet was really great. Different rolls from a local bakery, wide choice with sausage, cheese, muesli, jam. Scrambled eggs, you could in different variations to order. You could the eggs also do the cooking yourself. Furthermore, there was waffle dot-could itself. For breakfast we would the full marks. Including was also lunch (around 15 to 17 hours), hot drinks and cakes. No cakes-rather fertigkuchen from the supermarket. However, we were there only twice. The large shortcoming was the dinner. Three courses. Starter was five times a beef stock. With the main court one could the previous evening from 3 dishes. Then a dessert. Our opinion was everything quite ' maggilastig' -not bad, however also not the large kitchen. We had the impression the from day 4 the food much better but still not really good. Perhaps a new chef? Remember of course that we only 38 Euro/person/night paid. For that you get no award-winning cuisine! in the dining room was a pleasant atmosphere, the prices were unobtrusive.

    The nice manager, it is a 'girl for everything'. It makes the front desk, helps with the carrying and served during dinner.     The location was for us optimally. In the local tax are the public transport inclusive. In smart pace one moves in 12 minutes to the train station. From there go hourly trains in 4 different directions. Continue to drive also several hiking bus way. The times you could very simple remember: everything at 10 o'clock - the breakfast so you could comfortably acceptable. From the train station it is again about 3 minutes to the center from Zwiesel. We were only once was briefly there-one can also save.

Hotel mr W. run, that is the soul in the house. Always in a good mood and ready for fun. The half board includes a rich breakfast buffet ( even if you as' last ' arrives, there are still everything), afternoon coffee, tea and cakes, with at least 3 different cakes to choose from. Evenings you can get a -course menu with 3 different main courses to choose from. Apart from that, the hotel is very clean, the rooms spacious, new bathrooms. You feel touristing. read more

    There are the many signposted nordic walking round (3 different lengths ) right at the house past, in the winter is the cross-country ski slope and the ice centre can be reached very quickly. Nearby is also the bus station ( indicated gästepass free) and about minutes the train station reachable. Shops are by bus or on foot ( city center ) reachable. Excursions there are plenty of, for walks ideal starting point.

Great hotel. We are now for the 5 time in Magdalenhof. We had a great room with new bathroom and were absolutely satisfied. Very good food. Great value for money. Bar-B-queue with all guests outside sat and live music... Massage Therapist in the house is very recommendable. Me he prepared again, not executed. Very nice for relaxing and relaxing... we have stayed here for the second time to the cross-country skiing and hiking. We are already looking forward to next year. We are thrilled by the size and furnishing of the room and the beautiful view. It is really quiet. The selection and the quality of the meals is very good. Very informal atmosphere. as a married couple the cross traveling. Zwieseler runs 150 meters distant. Breakfast buffet very good. Dinner -selection of 3 dishes-good. Saunaand indoor pool reasonable. When fully booked the hotel is this area a bit small. All in all we were very satisfied. read more
