I chose the hotel for personal reasons, it fits to my private needs.
I arrived there and got a room with two broken windows, feathers of pidgins in the room. I ask for a change of the room, which was approved by the front desk. Help was provided.
Breakfast can be improved, it is not always fresh. Ask for fresh food.
The hotel has got a banquet area, too (weddings!). This can be bothersome if you are jetlagged and would like to get some rest. The hotel is then crowded with people.
The location is not recommended for a typical ... tourist visiting Delhi.
The service is very good, late check in at 3 am is not a problem coming from a night flight from Europe.
Minor installations need to be made (fridge broken, shower did not work properly). That was handled immediately.
Responses by General Management on complaints is lacking. read more

This is a cheap, well managed city hotel, in which one 1-2 nights stay there long. It is on a very loud main road. Across the street is a park, we didn't venture into, around it were otherwise gloomy buildings with many small garages, as well as during the day and at night loud yapping dogs. The hotel has a nice, well-equipped bar and a restaurant with a good selection of food and drinks. The small swimming pool next to the entrance to the hotel was not filled. read more

this hotel is located at the end of a busy street in the small shops and service is but for us not usable Europer is the people are but very friendly and always had a smile for us. In the hotel the breakfast was for us, it was the best since it even Körnerbot and Schmelskäse was. The pool is very poor and he was very cold. The room is not the newest but it was very clean in the bathroom everything was available from the comb to razor. The staff spoke English and helped when you had a request ... with great pleasure. Although we only stayed two days here but I think you can stay here longer. read more

Our room was toward the backyard, were howling dogs and our lullaby alarm. The surrounding area is rather scary at night. To open the Windows is not recommended, mosquitoes-smog and noise. The pool was sadly not to be used. It was missing the water and enclosure was ailing. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The head waiter pleased about every word in the German language and tried to learn. PS: always tip about 10 rupees have per person. read more
