The royal Ascot hotel it is a refined hotel. The complex is very clean, numerous hotel employees take care of the greed of the customers.
We had the room with night and breakfast booked.
The guests are mostly Indian/origin of Pakistan, a few Europeans were also there. read more

Great base for exploring in the old town and the creek-walk about ten minutes. Everything was clean and friendly. The breakfast was OK, the pool on the roof is very nice and offers a beautiful view of the city. read more

We enjoyed for five days sightseeing. Very good price performance ratio for four stars and more better. About six restaurants in the house very good selection. Half board total charges was firm and not immediately clear. There are three ascot hotels and rather confusing at the time of booking. Royal ascot is main building; Ascot right next door, and ascot apartments elsewhere. From the roof you can see the old city (Bur dubai and creek) and, where appropriate, still further to burj khalifa, etc. read more

We were very pleased with the hotel. Although we arrived in the morning around 7.30 o'clock arrived at the hotel, were the rooms ready to move in. (Official check-in 14:00 o'clock)
Since we traveled with our children, we were glad that our room by a door were connected to each other.
With the service in the hotel we were generally very pleased.
the rooms are more than spacious, for our two sons were two large beds in the room.
The bathrooms could be larger.
The pool on the roof terrace our kids loved after a busy day in ... dubai excellent. In particular, because we were mostly alone there.
In Addition positive is the short transfer from the airport, only 15 minutes.

We were now the second time staying here at the royal ascot and were not disappointed. After arrival in dubai for 1 o'clock in the morning we had a nice five stars Hotel happy. The first impression was determined by the old, refined lobby in dark wood. After we checked in we were brought to our room on the sixth floor and tasteful. The room room was large, the furniture dark, the floor made of wood, the bed was worn out despite the fatigue, the bathroom was also large. Everything made a clean impression. Remarkable was the cold, the ac was on 18 °C (we have just returned from thailand!). Despite adjusting the ac on 23 ... °C it was cold in the morning unchanged. On our complaint, the ac was not alright, came after a short time the haushandwerker, promised to repair. To check out the next day was nothing amended! Due to our short time in dubai we took us for a tour for the price of about 25 €a sedan with driver, which pleased us very well. Afterwards the hotel was quite good.
The worst thing about the hotel was booked with breakfast, we were in a dark, through a light slot moderate illuminated area with very low ceilings rhan (in the evening there should be a liban. Rest.). The staff were rude, the room made a unkempt and upkeep. The breakfast was in every way unlovingly, the limited selection, the quality was bad. In summary we can say, that the hotel had deserved more than three stars, the breakfast no. For those next stay in dubai we will definitely choose a different hotel. read more
