Four years ago, have I with my father the hotel skanes El Hana visited. This time I was with my mother in skanes El Hana. Actually we wanted to fly in holiday, but for this price you couldn't resist unique. We each had a double room for single use on the fourth floor overlooking the pool area of the Sahara beach and view of the beach and sea. All of the rooms to the land side have sunshine every day, what the rooms with sea view have not. The room we were very satisfied, because our customer requests were fulfilled. ... We had a very nice, efficient and clean cleaner. Also found at the front desk was good. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Handling of complaints was the repair team very quickly (we had no complaints). The only downside to the restaurant is the table. Within two minutes, we have a great table for us alone get. The table was indifferent at this time of year anyway, because the Hotel is not full! 90% of all the waiters, as well as head of the restaurant were very rude. Some of the waiters greet only on tip, but not a problem for us:we were greeted, some of the waiters not, therefore we not greeted. But our personal waiter was very nice and always friendly. On the other hand was the food for a three star hotel excellent. Every lunch and every evening there were five different ice creams. There was even pomegranate, already seeded. You can't say anything about the quality and taste of the food. There is also at the snack bar (in the pool) from 16:00 o 'clock to 17:00 o' clock coffee and delicious cakes. On request you get cappuccino, and hot chocolate. There are waiters, cook, as well as the gentleman at the computer very, very, very friendly. This crew would have actually used in the restaurant, as in the restaurant was the friendliness scarce!!! On the whole was the entire staff friendly and approachable. After a delicious cappuccino or a hot chocolate with a piece of cake are every evening we went swimming in the indoor pool, amazing warm and pleasant. We were also each day on the beach and had fantastic weather. The beach at the hotel skanes El Hanna is our opinion the most beautiful beach. The ocean is cold, but we were very often in the sea. The sea is very clean. The first week there were about 120 guests, after a week only about 60 guests, however, it was very pleasant. Therefore, the only decent entertainment program offered. There were four entertainers in the hotel only partly friendly. Every night the music in care. The rest of the other things have made. If children were available, the entertainers kids activities made. The all inclusive was very good, there was 10:00 o 'clock until 24:00 o' clock drinks at the main bar, snack bar, as well as at the bar Americano. For hungry in the evening of 23:00 o 'clock until 00:00 o' clock sandwiches, they were tasty, I gladly ate a sandwich. In many hotels will immediately all the lights turned off 24 o 'clock, but not in skanes El Hana, even the music after 24 o' clock. Very nice hotel. Our conclusion: we stayed for 14 days (2 weeks), each one double room for single use, only 365.00 タper person. For a total of 730.00 タyou can't complain. It was a nice, cool and amusing holiday. read more

This is a hotel which already really beautiful is somewhat older. The cleanliness of the rooms is just bearable. For people with higher expectations this hotel is not suitable! The food is very ok. You can with the taxi in the next city drive, where you the whole time of people vollgequatscht your stuff wish to sell. We were there only once. The pool makes a good impression and there were always beach chairs available. Which positive is the beach directly at the hotel is. There are enough chairs and sun screens available. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are many possibilities for recreation for children and adults from tennis, table tennis, Midget Golf, animation, darts, pool over angeleiteter Wasserballsport etc. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit dated. If it rains strongly, is the water to the hotel purely. The hotel lies far from the city center away. With the taxi, which it on every corner there, you can into town. The price the taxis must at the start negotiated, otherwise you will be cheated. So you pay between 5 and 10 Euro in the negotiation. read more

We were already often in Tunisia, and this hotel was good. But if you want entertainment was at the wrong place here!!!!! Food was typical and well designed. The staff was friendly and with a Dinar even better. read more

The hotel has seen better days and needs to be renovated. The ants are available only from the room, if you the carpet away. The waiters are badly in need of a training, how one treats guests and clears the table-Ware. read more

For a beach holiday, the hotel was absolutely suitable. The sea and the beach were really super. Unfortunately, the food was very one-sided, since there was each day meat, fries and noodles. At the best one the waiter at the beginning a small tip you will head much better service. The floor in the room was unfortunately during our stay not once mopped. :( read more

The hotel was quite worn, the rooms were clean, ants without end, even in the closets, sheets in the smoke outside gray with henna and other indefinable marks dirty. Also with tips one could not achieve anything. The restaurant was very good and the waiters very friendly even without tips, with still more:) The food was a bit monotonous but always something on the whole nice cash for everyone. The rest of the staff (front desk, drinks expenditure) mostly made a genervten impression. The evening entertainment, was every evening from identical, made the impression itself already bored of it. ... What we really liked, that the entertainers and the restaurant staff for the children and the disabled tried. Beach and pool were really great. Beach chairs and cushions were available until noon. read more

This hotel is very in need of renovation, very dirty and the staff was, for the most part be ignored. As we have learned under the hand this hotel only 2.5 stars. But in my opinion the hotel completely renovated and should have no star more. Unfortunately, there was also the pool was a disaster, it did not care about our complaints. read more

We love it. The staff was very friendly, even without being tipped!!! Food was delicious. Pool and beach were very nice. entertainment was great. After the reviews in advance reservations, but that was not so bad as many wrote. It is not a luxury hotel, it should be clear. If you need, should look more stars. I would definitely recommend this hotel. read more

We had the reports of previous holiday-makers and flew read added, at the last minute.1 Week beach holiday in the summer. Very shocked by the room, later used. The food was good for Tunisia, but only if you left a tip, one had peace. The long lines in front of the food was annoying. The pool area was nice, as well as the beach. Unfortunately the couches were all reserved with towels and the beach Boys in a bad mood or you had to pay extra to get a broken chair. Otherwise, you had peace from hawkers the only ... allowed to stay on the water. The entertainment program in the evening: mini club, bingo, small show with loud music, dance and at 23:15 o'clock end. For 1 week OK, but not more. read more

The hotel is located right on the beach and has excellent Pool's. It is quite old and some could be renovated. But it is kept very clean. The staff is however very friendly and the food was good. If you are not a huge party pass and not a lot of luxury, the is well served with this hotel. read more

The hotel is in a livable condition. Our family room was beachfront and the spacious room was on two floors. The cleanliness of the room was OK, we didn't have a mold rough dirt or something else in the room. Annoying was a somewhat poison ants plage has been removed. Our all inclusive achievement of ten to 24 o'clock was OK, because the kids nonstop drinks ordered. The food was extensive. The location of the hotel was located directly on the beach which is unfortunately also rented to locals. From the airport to the hotel took about 15 minute it. ... The pool was clean and big enough. Unfriendly reception, complaints were handled very late or not at all. In the restaurant were our waiters friendly and courteous. The food was delicious and varied to the fruit, the only water/honeydew melons and grapes consisted. Conclusion: A family all inclusive holiday on a beautiful beach with guaranteed. read more

The food tasted very good to us! Was very varied. Amazing Saltatbuffet! Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and the bed linen was changed daily. Pool area was a real dream. To the beach from the pool area only a few meters the guard the beach vendors not too pushy. We have liked it very much! Would fly there again immediately!! read more

The hotel's leisure activities were awful. The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. It was the example in the lobby once over the tables cleaned, but really clean that was not. The hotel was as we can judge handicapped friendly. There were elevators and ramps for oreintated. To go shopping you had to take a taxi. The bigger cities, like Sousse and Monastir were about ten-20 minutes by car from the hotel. The food was good. There were always waiting taxis in front of the hotel and the train station was not far away. Also there ... were bus stops nearby. Restaurants and bars were there not close, that you could only take a taxi or the bus. There were many Asuflugm�glichkeiten. You could take a " pirate ship " a day over the sea drive, Quad biking or, for example, inside villages Bidu visit. The staff was incredibly rude, ignorant and has not for the well-being of the guest endeavors, only if it gave tips. Laughed, let alone was rarely smiled and it was only Curt responses to questions. As a tip: Gratuity is very important!! According to our own experiences, the room was clean with a tip. However, most fairly good English, German and/or other languages. Check-in/check-out At check-in were just the meal times told us the most necessary things said. Then the food menu and drink menu without information about this. At check out we were not even adopted. There was no Ciao or goodbye. Repairs (for example the toilet easy) were only after repeated Aufforden and carried out after a few days. The quality of the service was lacking. A few examples: -Not always enough towels -Hardly any toilet paper Not each day sucked Bed linens never changed, only the bed. -Mirrors not cleaned No remote control for a very small tv Food was OK, but could be no question of diversity. The beach was OK, but it was not cleaned. Algae and faeces left therefore was not removed current camels. To sum up, the hotel was nice, but the hotel should be avoided. The room was never cleaned properly, the furniture was always dusty. The toilet flush leaked the. The towels were either burned smell of chlorine or after. The shower curtain was moldy and the rod to rusty. In the restaurant the service and the variety in food to be desired. Some of the waiters because the drinks only after the dessert, where one is anyway already. read more

Of these four stars in the catalog was nothing to remember. The rooms were dirty and not the standard for four stars. The toilet was leaking and the water pipe a lake. After the third complaint at the reception, we spent the week and with a flooded bathroom. The staff were very rude 80%. The check-in process was quite good therefor, only the long lines was not so good. The pool area was very well-kept. Have stayed several times in Tunisia, but that was by far the worst Hotel. read more

The food was very long wait at the buffet line to a large cafeteria. Waiters are all waiting for the tip. The hotel has only three stars, no one has said and the furniture in the rooms. There is also no working power sockets in the rooms and cleaned only after tips. read more
