The Sheraton Tirana belongs to the first addresses at the place. Alone the location in a quiet and green part of of the city makes it recommendable nonetheless. First class breakfast and very large room! read more

I stayed at the Sheraton Tirana several times in the past year, but only for 1-2 days. Based on my late flight I always came in the middle of the night to check-in to the hotel, and also the staff at that time were very polite and tried. You could also easily change rooms if you want a smoking room, or even a Kirtag right outside of the hotel and it was very noisy. Also I could change without a problem. There is a range of treatments to smallest prices, and also the pool is great. The staff in the ... middle of the night for us a table set in the garden, because we wanted to sit outside. Breakfast is a buffet, the plentiful was, the quality was not overwhelming but absolutely okay. There is even a chef with a small grill, the different things you throw on the grill and it has been for breakfast. Outside of the hotel there was a small forest, through the fitness enthusiasts can go jogging. The staff speaks Albanian (anyway clear) and otherwise only English. So all in all it is a great hotel for this country and I would highly recommend it. read more

The Sheraton Tirana is by far the most expensive hotel Albania. The Sheraton Tirana is the hotel with the worst value for money at all. This hotel is nothing: Not the price, service and not at all the rooms. But the next thing: You enter the hotel and is at first strongest sunlight between overwhelmed by the smell of swimming, from the pool area through the lobby- everyone who, not for Sensitive. serve as a reception 2 tables, which is only one hour front desk, but they will be intensive discussions you could wait waiting waiting there is a concierge ..., but not responsible for the explained you have to wait. Staff phone calls, back and forth to the waiting Tho just not a guest. The moment you enter our own to precise 5 minutes any with Office in the background and explains his desire, this intrusion is visible unwelcome, but one rises (though reluctantly!). On the way to the room faces (yes this is the key word) that the carpet along the whole corridor is COMPLETELY filthy, the sticky sometimes still have generations of drunk guests have been trow up against 'mood, absolutely disgusting! The room: the first words are missing. Phrase, shabby and dirty, what more could you can't say. Obviously not renovated for years, old furniture, 20m2 TV, shabby wallpaper in the bathroom the toilet seat broken, blind spots on the mirror and of course also not very clean, under the beds very long not vacuumed. The beds in a manner addressed can only be described as "over the top" can only be described as. I still 2 other rooms, because I did not think at these prices, but it looked exactly like it! Where is the management of this hotel all day long? In Tirana has at least 5 hotels which are not only better located, but the cost considerably less, and by far better, especially clean, are so I am then also escaped. read more
