Very beautiful room, our request for a quiet rooms has been taken into account. Check-in was quick and easy, even though we shortly before 23 o'clock arrived. The room was modern and very big. We didn't have breakfast, so i can't comment on that. read more

Great hotel for a city trip. Especially praiseworthy was the clean and inviting condition of the room and the breakfast buffet. Staff was very nice (check-in took place apparently by trainee, competent expert was but nearby), parking garage could for 12,50 Euro a night be used, would be but because of parking nearby definitely not necessary. Right next door cozy pub, connections nearby, and shopping center (kaufland, etc.) We will be back! read more

The hotel is in Hamburg Bergdorf, a little bit out of town from the city center. The s-bahn and bus station is about 3 minutes walk. The ccb with many shopping possibilities is in direct proximity. The hotel we have in connection with the new year's eve prgoram booked. It was simply great. We can only recommend it and it definitely again make. The whole program was great. The hotel is approximately 5 minutes from the train station mountain village way. The S-Bahn needs about 20 minutes from the Hamburg central station to Hamburg-mountain village train and re was about 10 minutes the connection is so good. The staff are very friendly, wether at the front desk or in the restaurant. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed the breakfast (6 until 10:30 o'clock, so ... until 11 o'clock) suits well. Very nice hotel with friendly staff in a quiet location (for Hamburg standards ) with good connections to public transportation. Very ambitious breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired. read more

We have the Ramada hh-mountain village for the 2. time visited. The S-Bahn train station about 5 minutes on foot away. It takes about 20 minutes with the S-Bahn to the main train station Hamburg, exit monkebergstrasse. By car needs one likewise 20 minutes over the a25 to hh-city or the landungsbruecken bridge /Reeperbahn. Parking garage (12,50 Euro per day) we didn't use, because we in the immediate area a free car park on both evenings got. The room was- as in all Ramada-hotel-standard. Everything was very clean. A closed closet there were not. The bathroom with toilet and ... shower fulfilled its purpose. Shampoo and showering things was available. The staff from front desk to service in the breakfast room and cleaning staff was fast and polite. The quality of the breakfast left nothing to be desired. There was enough spaces in the breakfast room without waiting to peak between 09:00-10:00 a. m. We felt very good and would gladly come again. read more

The location of the hotel is however on the outskirts of the town from Hamburg, but with the s21 one is about minutes in the middle of the city. There was also very close restaurants and some shops. The staff were very friendly ( front desk and restaurant). Parking is in the underground garage (12,50 Euro per day) also no problem.
