Very good value for money. Almost all rooms have a sea view. Generous pool landscape. No reserve of loungers necessary, since abundant. Several comfortable double beach chairs available. Breakfast on large terrace possible. Free parking garage. A 5 star hotel a good 4 star house is. read more

We spend our holidays for 10 years in this hotel. In the all in all we were always very satisfied, except this year. In addition to our room on the 7. floor they have taubenfallen set up. Every day have 3-4 pigeons is captured. After a demand at the front desk said then, that the pigeons again be suspended. For those who believe! I am aware, that this action especially because of the tourists ( taubenhasse ) make. It is still unacceptable.
The location is though a bit out of the way but the beautiful view of the ocean and ... the beautiful beach promenade values the whole hotel once again. The staff in the restaurant and at the front desk is partially very unfriendly and arrogant.
A shame, but i will this hotel in future probably not any longer visit. read more

Nice in the landscape integrated hotel apart from the commotion, with extensive gardens, a delight for cacteenliebhaber! Large pool area, but the adult pool (and the peace and quiet) preferred ☺. Very good food and varied, something there for every taste! Really enjoyed we in the morning the breakfast on the terrace, especially the good coffee served by senior enrique! Had a room on floor 5 overlooking the sea. All in all, we really enjoyed the vacation, are definitely coming again! read more

Who noise is, is here just perfect. From monday to friday there are loudly renovations, which admittedly are needed, but stemmarbeiten with partly several hiltis at the same time are just annoying.
The hotel complex overall, very much interlocked set up, this got lost the hotel guests in the spacious grounds. The garden is very well maintained.
In our 3. week was a meeting in the hotel. By the many participants, at the same time in the restaurants aufschlugen, it was very loud! Otherwise, it is a rather quiet hotel, so we know it to be at least the previous ... year. This year were noticeable lots of scandinavians there, as also in the evening/at night volume (alcohol level) noticeable. read more

A stunningly designed central reception/restaurant/bar area which is light and airy,the grounds are well designed with separate area for children,3 pools,2 outside bars and a spa which we didn't visit.Good views of the sea and coastline.A nice promenade connects the hotel with Maspalomas about 1.5km away. read more

After 2010, we were for the 2. time in this beautiful hotel. The staff were even this time again extremely friendly and attentive. Particularly the service in the food area has a compliment. You sat hardly and already after the beverage desires asked. Also table-ware used was cleared immediately.
The food was again very diverse and delicious thanks to the industrious kitchen staff.
Would be nice, if some broken tiles time would be replaced. Disturbs a little the image from beautiful hotel.
What annoyed us, was the behavior of some guests. The tendious topic of reservation of the chairs. Here ... were from the staff the towels, the before 10 o'clock on loungers etc. Were put away, but it was really great wicker loungers, where you with the entire family fit inside. Here is the opportunity, that some of these loungers the whole day towels and personal things were, so that do not other this loungers uses, and it was for hours nobody, the dorthinlegte. We thought that this was a pity, because this wicker loungers were really brilliant and so came only a few in the enjoyment, to use them. Perhaps you could see something.

Very quiet and genehmes hotel. The food was very fishy, what us personally does not in such a way tasted, but it was nevertheless something for everyone. The rooms very big and quiet. Only the internet connection worked only partly in the lobby and was so slow, it was unacceptable. Even the internet worked partly not. For us it was very unpleasant, because we are self-employed and our mail on vacation retrieve must.
However apart from that, the hotel is fully recommendable. read more

First time h10. Hotel super nice. Room was directly to the pool, what very nice was. One felt very welcome. Beach shopping no ten minutes from the hotel to reach. Food is a matter of taste. Something for everyone. Tip not all from the staff understand german, with english can inform itself one well. Pools are beautiful but iced water is expressed still mild. Even children's swimming pool very cold. Entfehlung water at the beach is warmer for swimming. A hotel to be comfortable. We come gladly again. One should overlook by little things at home one lives also not ... better ☺ staff is great nice to children and it is always somewhat for kinderangeboten from the entertainers. read more

A really beautiful design hotel of lobby and bar, the rooms are slow to be renovated.
The only hotel in Meloneras the side with sandy beach. Already something protected from the wind.
Unfortunately was the shallow pool not heated, only a pool in the relaxation area somewhat warmer suitable for swimming. The sauna area with 25€ very expensive and the sauna without the oven, no brew possible.

We stayed at the 26-1-2013 for one week at the h 10 Meloneras palace. Everything was exactly like luxairtours
Described. We had all-inclusive and, privilege room and service booked. Room and bathroom large and clean. Balcony with a pool and view of the sea. Staff is friendly and helpful. With, deutsch'kam a good clear.
This privilege service we could evenings in the à-la-carte restaurant food, very good. We were 2 times there. In the buffet restaurant was the variety of dishes varied and good. For example. Beef filet and
Entrecote. (what expensive). At the buffet there was simply everything. The ... h 10 Meloneras palace absolutely recommend. Weather was perfect. Who here negative was in another hotel.
It is a peaceful location and a quiet hotel. read more

The 5 stars Hotel H10 Playa Meloneras palace, was of us and is the worst what we in our long-standing travel happened, worse than Cuba! If you the complex from the outside on the surface the stars justified, because the complex very well arranged and quite thought was built. Detail one may however not again. read more

Last minute offer on jahn-reisen 'best price' booked through travel agency bur, kleinblittersdorf.
Loud call centres' jahnreisen ' there should be a completely normal double room. In fact we were in the basement under gehsteigniveau bundled, as it is a so-called ' cheap rooms' is. After discussions with the very competent reception we were absolutely friendly and correctly treated and were given a room with a balcony and a view of the sea, however under the note, that it is a voluntary concession is.
The email to jahn-reisen remained unanswered! The travel agent bur but very hard.
If a tour ... operator at least the response to an e-mail is, should with jahn-reisen be careful.
The hotel itself features the friendly staff and architecture. Breakfast was very varied and there were even sparkling wine in cooler, fresh preparation from omelets and freshly squeezed orange juice. Dinner we did not book, but it looked fantastic.
External restaurants right on the waterfront and with the taxi (cheap) you could with 5 Euro to Playa del Ingles the large centro commerciales (mixture of local and shops) drive. On foot on the very nice beach promenade right next to the sea you can about minutes to the nearest c. c. go. If you like at the beach runs, then from the lighthouse Maspalomas miles on the dunes of Maspalomas along to Playa del Ingles hiking.
We stayed for almost 15 years in this area and are thrilled time after time. read more
