All in all a very nice hotel, attachments in good condition. But unfortunately not for german tourists recommendable as everything in russian is hardly to not any german knowledge not at the front desk nor on the whole facilities area. Overall the food was well some employees at the bar and in the food area very pleasant after you with a few € angefüttert has. In short: facilities ok. 90% russians, hardly any german knowledge of the staff, okay food. If you can live with it recommendable. read more

The hotel complex is very very long-stretched, so it was a long walk to the restaurant, which is a little inconvenient location at the end the hotel is. The hotel complex works very clean and well maintained. Which i personally somewhat a pity found is, that at least of the lobby no free wlan. For 1 hour you had to 9$ and for a half hour 5 $. The hotel to 90% by russians or ukrainians booked the rest are germans and englishmen. read more

    The room had an average size and is for 2 persons sufficiently. The furniture and the bed worked in the course of years already quite a toll. With the television one receives two german channels (ZDF and RTL) the rest were arabian and russian channels. The air conditioning was alright but quite loud. The cleanliness of the toilet was okay but i thought the shower already as impertinence. The drain was extremely disgusting and the mounting plate fell on the naked inspection from the anchoring the already to mould had begun. From the shower head was a trickle and the ' hauptduschzeiten' came only cold or lukewarm water. The sink strangely not. The sound absorption for the hotels not just famous are was extremely bad. I had regularly the feeling on the balcony or in the corridor to sleep.

    The hotel has a main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants and a so-called 'food court'. The food both at noon and in the evening i found as bad. Lunch, as well as evenings there were the whole week basically always the same. In the 'food court', it was always the same. The burgers the lunch offered were freezing and also the other food was not hot. The burgers were always understood with the hands, although carried gloves but knew one not which previously with these touched and the pliers which is actually for the responsable was envisaged was right next door. The glasses were almost always dirty which wasn't exactly the great length. During dinner you had to from and to time some minutes for fresh dirty glass wait. There is still 2 poolbars with these you will find the same picture. The a la carte restaurants i didn't try.

    The friendliness and the service in the hotel left in my opinion but already much to be desired. Already at the welcome in the hotel you got, for example, no show of the hotel where the restaurants or other bodies delineated were. Also the cleaning staff wish in the morning no 'good morning' and the staff during the lunch, the the food convinience was at one time just for 5 minutes disappeared.

    The pools seemed quite clean, however, was the pool tarp somewhat carelessly laid out. The pool was unfortunately not heated and so to the time of year but quite cold. The loungers were partly very dirty and were at least one of the pools very close together. The beach features an offshore reef, the sea could be reached by a footbridge. The water is really crystal clear, there was no seaweed or the like. The sand is however nearly rather a gravel beach with a few rocks in the front part. Also at the beach the same picture with the chairs. For children there is a playground and also a program. Also for the evening entertainment is provided (disco and so on. Where the russians very loudly participated)

    The hotel is located in 2. series with the sister hotel. The beach can be reached through a tunnel the road crossed under. The remaining about 500 meters you can on foot cover or with the 'shuttle' the from the hotel available is made. The hotel is about 6 kilometers away as the crow flies from the airport, what naturally its advantages and disadvantages,. Transport from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes and the return trip only 10 minutes as last in the series is. The somewhat larger downside is, of course, you have ever after wind direction but some very deep flying starting and landing planes, about 25 per day, to see and hear, what i personally not at all bother us. Shopping possibilities i personally not tested. The bus also, however, i have seen, that a kind of 'shopping time' is.

Before my husband and i went on vacation are, i looked, of course the reviews about this hotel at. I came doubt on, since some criticisms but already very strong. When we got there and realized, that some points of criticism not applied, we were very relieved. The hotel is not directly at the beach. This could be through a verbindungstunnel ( very nice designed motives on the walls and ceilings) on the sister hotel rehana royal reach. At the end the tunnel is a shuttle bus to the beach ( approximately 200 meters) went. Us enthusiastic to the hotel ... the numerous laid out flowers and grassy areas. Just lovely. We were already twice over in Egypt, but such a nice hotel we have never had. There are numerous pools and everyone a pool bar. The employees are of german not speak, but you could communicate in english or also by gestiken communicate. She are very friendly and ready to learn and see german vacation guests very gladly. The reason why you didn't speak german, is, that the hotel initially of english, italians and spanish was booked. Later the russian guests a. The hotel was the german organizers apparently not yet known. What the russian vacation guests subject, is this hotel probably not the only thing which with them being flooded. We have the experience made, that most of the russian vacation guests itself behavior -of course, there is also exceptions. What the offer and quality of food and drinks regards, there was nothing to moan about. We paid attention, of course, to dirty glasses, but couldn't find. Please go and enjouy with an open mind, you can always find something you can enjouy to eat,if there is a problem or need something the chefs will always try to please you.rooms good for a holiday stay .staff brilliant (ok may take 1 egp ,10p english) we have been to egypt so many times the rehana is the best value for money yet. We will be going back for our 4th visit in 2 years.many pools and bars to suit all. read more

So far my worst since a long time. Food was horrible, very a lot of pools only one heated. Bad slides so that the slides injured by the inferior quality of the slides. Had once the room have to change, because the beds were dirty and in the bathroom mold on the mountings were. To the beach it was about 20 minutes to walk. The beach was a single reef so that one without proper footwear lost. You always had to over a jetty into the sea for swimming or snorkelling. The whole beach is in a strong banking. So ... it not even on the beach chairs comfortable and was comfortable. At the end has in Germany shown we fleabites had. Never again this hotel! read more

Restaurant area: tablecloth, table-ware often dirty. Staff: mostly haphazard and overburdened not always friendly With insect repellent (strong cuter, stinky smoke) was every day the hotel complex fogged. Really annoying and for certain harmful. Pool: not heated, is in November too cold. read more

I liked the hotel, what I didn't like was the attitude to tourists from Russia greater than those from Poland. Even an email which i got was in Russian instead of Polish,even when I'm Polish.That's annoying and makes Polish tourist feel less important and not welcome. read more

Staying in this hotel was particularly memorable, gorgeous and incredible due to the animation team. It was so heart-rending to leave this place! Because animators can turn a usual day, a usual activity into something you will remember forever))) It's a kind of magic, I think. And, for sure, it is a very hard work, demanding a lot of energy. All other disadvantages seem insignificant, as the animation team make everyone forget all the problems.     To be honest, I never ate breakfast at this hotel ever. This was mainly due to the night's out and early morning arrival's back to my room. But the food wasn't really at all, my type of food. Although, I'm quite a fusst eater, the food was edible and I just stuck to pasta's and salad's and tried not to eat much meat as I got a bad stomach when I did eat it. But I'm sure there is something there for everything to eat.

    Service in the restaurant is great. Reception guy's are excellent. Omar and Amr provided excellent service at the reception and always looked after me and my friend. Cleaner Anter was also good, and always left creative towel art behind.

    The whole animation team was superb and always alive and energetic. But I have to give a shout out to 'MEGA' my main man of animation who made sure I had a memorable time. This guy has so much style and a good sense if humour. He kept a smile on my face the whole time of my stay. Non-stop dancing and a really good sense of humour. When you meet the handsome gentleman, then you will know why ;) I miss you MEGAAAAAA. Will see you again very soon in June Insha'Allah.

    The rooms were spacious equipted with everything you'd need for the holiday. Air Conditioning worked very well when needed. It also included a free safe which was secured with a pin number you'd choose. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The maid was in every day changing towels daily. We used to challenge the maid on a daily basis making flowers, people etc out of towels in order for a elephant and crocodile in return .... in which we got! Room 10/10!

    The main buffet restaurant had various foods including fresh pasta made to order which was my favourite for the few times we ate there! The hotel have 3 further restaurants, Indian, Italian & Mexican. These were our favourites and because we upgraded to Ulta All Inclusive, we were able to eat at these 4 times instead of the 2 advised. These could not be faulted. The Italian's have a 5 course menu and we struggled on 3 courses. Food was amazing with a choice of pizza's, steak, chicken, soup etc. The Mexican was our favourite by far! We always tipped and the staff appreciated this. Well deserved though!! 10/10!!

    We could not fault the staff's friendliness. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed daily too. We used to challenge the maid on a daily basis making them flowers, a person etc. to see what we got in return! Never failed to deliver! The staff are able to speak various languages including English and Russian. Could not fault this at all.

    The hotel had to main pools. Mainly the English are around pool 1 although we used to sunbathe at pool 2 where the majority of Russians would sunbathe. This is where the entertainment took place. The Animation team used to start at 10am with the infamous dances of La Bomba etc to get everyone going. This was followed by stretching, darts, water aerobics taken place throughout the morning. The afternoon entertainment would start around 3pm. The Animation team - Migo, Lara, Oxa & Sam were all FANTASTIC working day and night. Always full of energy and always getting the guests involved! Migo was my favourite (yes because he looks like Peter Andre!!) and has a great future ahead of him in entertainment! Can't forget Oxa though, the 'English' R&B star ;) Pefect speaking English and always wanting to learn more! The entertainment on a night was good although the shows are in Russian with very little English spoken as the majority of guests are Russian. This wasn't a great issue as we could still follow... a little! Not forgetting the Disco, Disco, Disco with DJ Walee! Great DJ playing a range of music with the majority being English .... just how we liked it! ;)

    After returning to the Rehana Sharm with a friend who was previously there December 2011, we knew what we were expecting from the beginning.

You're able to use your All Inclusive bands on the private stretch of the beach serving snacks too. There are a few shops around too just a short walk up the road from the hotel.

Time spent in Rehana - unforgettable! Were at the beginning of April with girlfriend.In the hotel organized a taxi for us in the city, which then delivered us in the hotel .In the country was in the first time and felt completely safe. Weather and climate remarkable, greens on area- amazing! Friendly and responsive personal. Quickly respond to all requests. Animation team always found fun for us: darts, tennis, water polo, dance, yoga. Thanks to them, want to return to the hotel again. Really miss Larochka (favorite animator). I'll be back soon! This has been an amazing holiday, the animation staff make you feel welcomed and they provide hours of entertainment. Every day we were greated with smiles and hellos, they encouraged us to join in the activities but were never pushy. Mega in the animation booth is a very lovely man who kept us singing to the music he played during the day. THe hotel is great, the staff are so friendly and willing to help, they bar staff kept us filled up with drinks, so thanks to Zidan, Sayed, Hassan, Ahmed for being the friendlest, bar staff in Sharm. The ... food is hot and plentyful, there is something for everyone and if you fancy anight out there are plenty of places to go in the surrounding area. The Rooms are spacious and clean, a good size shower and bathroom. If you want a relaxing or a active holiday this hotel has everything for you. I have travelled to may places and I can honestly say I will be going back here again it is not just the weather that is great about Sharm, but the people we met and the friends we have now made. Thanks to Zidan (bars), Mega and the whole team (animation), Ayman, (food and drink), Mohamed (room) and Mohammed (chef) for making our stay a happy one. xx read more

Rehana Resort upon arival looked really nice and throughout the two weeks we were not disappointed once. I travelled with a close friend and as two lads between 20 and 30 we definately hit the jackpot. The room was very spacious and well looked after with excellent views. The cleaners were excellent and a little tip went a long way. There were very few English people in the hotel but all the staff can speak English exceptionally well. The hotel was full with Russians and Eastern Europeans and all up for a good laugh! read more

    The room cleaners were brilliant. Everyday we would come back to the room and they had made something out of the blanket!! Very funny and amazing what they can do with a blanket, a cigarette, sunglasses and a scarf!!! You guys were biblical!!!

    The food was brillant. The best i have ever seen for an all inclusive hotel. Everyday there was something different to eat and all cooked very well. They had four or five stations outside the main buffet area and other than fighting Russians to get to the food, as a chef myself i was surprised at the quality of service.

    The staff at the hotel were all really helpfull and exceptionally friendly. The y would bend over backwards to help you, they really were very good. They all prefered english people and this was very noticable!! I think Russian manners were a little bit few and far between!!

    Well.....without the Animation team being soo good i think we wouldnt have had such a amazing time. They made the holiday for us and without them the hotel is really just a blank canvas! Lara, Jenia and Wael are the best!! These guys need to be highly praised as they looked after us really well and were all soo good. All of the animation team were brilliant in their own ways and we soon felt like we were part of their team. Being woken up every morning to Waka Waka was a memory well worth keeping!! A little stretch and out on the balcony to see georgeous Lara dancing away...lol,. I would return time and time again just to see these wonderfull people and i bet all the hotel would agree. SHOW TIME was wicked with awsome acts and DISCO TIME was always a laugh!! We were taken to a beach party one evening and i have never seen a club like it!! If you are looking for a party holiday then this i recommend and on the other hand the hotel offers soo much space that there is a wonderfull quiet area with a swim up to pool bar that is very tranquil!! Again i have to thank all of the animation team as they were brilliant and made our holiday worth every penny!!

    The beach was a five minute walk away so the shuttle was never really needed. The facilities in the hotel were very good and offered everything you would need for the stay. We travelled into nama bay a couple of times on the bus!! (Must do) lol. Even better when we pretended that we were hotel staff and basically got it for free!! The excursion staff at first were very pushy for the first week, especially the snorkeling team. They just didnt know how to take no for an answer!! We went on a quad biking excursion in the dessert which was amazing and well worth the money!!

Rehana Sharm Resort: beautiful hotel with one very lovely area. Friendly staff and the distance from the beach doesn't matter because you have to take a shuttle to the beach is served. These are the positive the part of the hotel. Negative we found the food three weeks was always the same, no variation. The staff in the restaurant was totally overwhelmed, to little staff, to little cutlery. Partly you have to cutlery get yourself. You could tip the help you at least not everything had to make it yourself. What is totally incomprehensible are stubborn rules in the hotel ... some even with the staff led to a lack of understanding. For example You had to exit the lot, because the time for which you had paid was expired. On the final day (after three weeks vacation) when we the room had cleared and checked out in the morning (we had to hand in our wristbands) and some time to pick them up through the bus to airport we had wanted to on a conclusion drink in the bar. We ordered alcoholic drinks are normally in the US all inclusive were costs. They told us we needed since we didn't have these bracelets pay. At first I thought this was a joke, after consultation with the front desk I confirmed the pay need. A staff I was small daughter under the hand a drinks and showed his understanding on the modalities of this hotel. Rehanna Sharm resort is not a bad hotel - nevertheless I would not recommend it recommend. read more

I was in June 2010 alone in the area. The hotel made a good impression. The food is rich and good, it was a lot offered. The staff were very friendly and tried to everything what is called for. It is only spoke 'English', which for me problem was. The pool area is very nice, but the quality of the water to be desired. I was only on the beautiful sandy beach on, the coral reefs are unique, to snorkel poem. In Sharm El Sheikh quite a bit was offered (old market, Naama-bay), El Arenal left regards. I went on ... a pilgrimage to the desert and Moses mountain( very recommendable). Altogether a great stay, the only minus was, only Russians and drunk English, but I went out of the way. read more
